The hotel is very close to the airport, can't get a taxi, can wait for the shuttle. English is not very good communication, no one answers the hotel phone, but fortunately, I finally went to the shuttle smoothly compared with the airport staff. Novotel is a large hotel chain, but it is the worst sanitation I have ever stayed in. The bathroom is not very clean and the toilet is dirty.
