The room is located on the east wing of Schönbrunn Palace. Previously the room was used to receive heads of state and foreign guests. No matter the room facilities, the location or the view from the window is impeccable. If you must say the disadvantages, the shower area is slightly slippery, and breakfast needs to go to the parkhotel not far away, which is relatively average. Although the price is very high, but the room can accommodate four people, considering the absolute value for money.

I went to Germany to attend the ITB Annual Meeting in Berlin. Due to the visa appointment time, I chose to enter Austria to apply for a Schengen visa and stay at the Vienna Imperial Hotel, a well-established Austrian State Guesthouse. The hotel has a good location, back to back with the building where the Golden Hall of the Vienna Music Society is located, which is worth recording. The room was upgraded from the front desk. It was a small loft with a loft. The main room had a small door leading to a narrow balcony passage, facing the roof of the Music Association. There are many power switches in the room, and it takes some time to figure out the lighting points controlled by each switch. Slippers are provided in the room, there are good beddings, and chocolates are delivered every day, which is very warm. The elevator in the hotel is relatively small and slow. Fortunately, there are not many floors, so it is bearable. If you are in a hurry, you can also take the stairs, which is a bit of a circuit. The restaurant is a bar on the ground floor. The buffet selection is not particularly large. There is also a menu for ordering hot dishes and hot drinks. The overall taste is good.

Get another Ritz room card haha, this location is very good, about five minutes walk from the Golden Hall, there are also some restaurants and supermarkets nearby, the location is very good.
The front desk helped to check in was Madeleine, secretly recorded her name, she was too good, talking organized, super meticulous, super friendly, let me have a good first impression here.
The price of the room is not low, the same price can live in a suite in China. The space is about 30 square meters. The shower space here is more spacious than Budapest. Haha, there is also a bathtub, and the toiletries are also diptyque fig series.
The room supplies free glass bottle mineral water every day, and there is no turndown service on the Buda side, but the overall is also very good.

This is the first time I live in such a room. The side of the big bed is facing the door. There is no sense of privacy when entering and exiting the door. The waiter comes at 5 pm every day to ask if you want to serve. If you want to take a rest and wake up, you must open the door to respond to this service. The students are willing to stop knocking on the door, and they don't know how to train. The feeling is really bad. The hotel swimming pool and gym are on the basement floor. The quality and service of breakfast are very good. The overall experience is disappointing in the Ritz we have stayed in . However, the hotel is within 500 meters walk from the Golden Hall and the National Grand Theater, which is very convenient.

There is nothing much to say about the environment. It is a small hotel. The restaurant on the roof is very good. Breakfast is ala cart. There is no swimming pool. The cleaning is average. The most important thing is that the doorman is a bit ******. Every time I enter the door, I can hear him speaking Chinese. I don't know what he is mumbling. It's a bit annoying. It feels a bit not worth it, but overall it is still high-end

The location is very good, in the heart of the city. The lobby is on the first floor, the entrance is on the 0th floor, and there are two doors, front and back, and there are commercial and historic sites outside. The room meets the standards of this level of hotel.

On arrival we were greeted warmly by the staff they had prepared for our arrival arranging airport transportation. Once in house we were immediately taken to our room where Champaign had been placed welcoming us on a special occasion. We did have one accessibility issue for us and the staff made arrangements to accommodate our needs in a different room than we had reserved. They went above and beyond to meet our needs. Rooms are exceptional and have kitchenettes with stocked refrigerators, coffee makers and all necessities. The bedding and towels were well supplied and replenished throughout the day. Their attention to detail and our needs were excellent. Our concierge obtained opera tickets which were excellent on short notice and arranged drivers and guides. We did a private hotel tour with Gunter the manager which is remarkable and very enlightening regarding the old city walls and defenses which are now an integral part of the hotel. The preservation is remarkable. His history review of Clementine was helpful in understanding the history of Austria and the hotel. I recommend the tour and suggest one consider the wine tour. These are only available to guests and worth the time. Security is excellent with 3 secure doors and elevators to your suite. The suite was very comfortable and furniture comfortable and functional. Lighting is excellent. Room service for breakfast is excellent and you could set your watch by the arrival time. We have been so impressed with the culinary experience at the Palais. The doormen are very attentive and helpful as are the front desk staff. The housekeeping staff are very discrete and work around your schedules. I will certainly return and we have experienced how attentive and service oriented the entire staff have been. Every issue was addressed and services down to shoe polishing were accomplished seamlessly. We highly recommend the Palais Colburg after our recent stay. Its location close to the Vienna shopping and old city is very convenient. Cabs and Ubers readily available.

We were warmly welcomed - even though we arrived far too early to book in ( but it’s never too early for champagne!). The suite was well appointed and stocked and extremely comfortable. The staff were extremely helpful but unobtrusive - assistance and service were impeccable. The food was excellent again with excellent service. A highlight for us was the historical tour of the PALAIS which was arranged for us. It was memorable.

We stayed here during our trip to Vienna. We were able to check-in to our room at 1:30pm after two long flights, so that was very welcome news. We stayed in their Junior Suite and found it to be great. The ceilings were quite tall so that added to the roomy feeling. Heated floors on the bathrooms was also pleasant. The breakfast is also decent and had a good selection of pastries. The AC in the room is just slightly not as cold as we would have liked even though we've set it at the 18 degrees but it was not so hot as to be unpleasant. Location wise, it still takes a good 10-15 minutes from the shopping district and there are hotels with better location but this obviously isn't something the hotel can change. All in all, everything went smoothly and it is a solid hotel in the area.

The service is super good, our room minibar is free, coffee free drinking water can also let aunt take a few bottles. If you have any questions, you can find the front desk. When you come back, you can also book a taxi for us. The speed is very fast and the breakfast is rich. The location is not very central, slightly northerly, going to the inner city for one or two kilometers, there are too few people nearby, and the street is empty.

It's pretty and the hotel lives up to its reputation, but the hotel is too small and the noise of passersby talking on the street at night is too loud.
I think it is at the level of a boutique hotel.
It's friendly and the hotel service and cleanliness are good, but it's an old hotel so the facilities are below expectations.
- GEUNMIN
It is a historic hotel. You can see the street view when you open the window. When you check in, you can reserve a spot in the cafe with the front desk. You can go directly to the cafe according to the time and taste the delicious Sachertorte. Worth staying

The location is very good, a bunch of famous shops nearby, it is very convenient to go to museums or important attractions, all on foot. The concierge helped book a seven-person car to visit the farther attractions such as Schönbrunn Palace. The driver was very nice and there was no additional charge for the timeout.

I came to Vienna four times and lived here three times, every time I was very satisfied. Shopping is convenient and breakfast is OK. The doorman is also very nice. The older one actually recognizes me and greets me. I was pregnant when I saw me last time. I brought a small BB this time. Feel very warm

What can you say? This hotel has everything you need for a city break in Vienna. Beautifully decorated, Josefine is cosy with a modern take on classic themes. We had a cosy room, tastefully decorated and well equipped with a comfortable bed and plush decor. A beautiful separate shower and WC, and hand basin in the room made it feel like we had taken rooms in 1920s-era Vienna, as Christopher Isherwood would have done on a flying visit to Vienna. We loved the Roberts radio, which reminded us of the one in our first flat and the ability to stream music. When in the room we listened to Austria's Classic-Radio which added to the ambience of the room. We usually like to stream content to the TV, but this wasn't available on the TV in the room, but saying that, we didn't have time to watch movies. Downstairs you have the Phonotek room, where you can get a drink or a coffee whilst perusing the vast vinyl collection ad playing some bangers. We liked some of the old German records especially ones by James Last and the extensive range of disco floor fillers. We also like piped 1920s-1930s music around the hotel. Josefine has a decadent sibling that opens after dark called Barfly where you can sample some of the finest cocktails available in the whole of Vienna. The sounds of Jazz from. 1920's through to the 1960s ease the pain of your feet whilst you sip on a Whiskey Sour or a Rusty Nail. It's one of the best bars in Vienna, according to Timeout. Breakfast at Josefine is a ritual of the highest standard. You'll have to book and after you have been seated by the lovely staff. We had the standard breakfast included and you get the widest range of options from omelettes, salmon platters, Viennese porridge, toast, beautiful local bread (including Gluten Free Options), bacon and eggs and continental options. There are additional options available such as Eggs Benedict at extra cost. Once you've made your choice, there'll be coffee and juice served in anticipation of the main event. And the main event is something else. Your breakfast choice is served to you on stand, just like the ones used for afternoon tea, and it makes breakfast feel unique and glamorous. All housed in Barfly's beautifully decorated green, gold and rich velvet red decor. A real experience and one of the best hotel breakfasts. With those little attentions to details you expect in hotels charging twice the price. And that's the thing about Josefine, the little details. The key for your room and the key fob; the bottle of wine to great you; the coffee in the Phonotek room whilst you wait for your room; the dressing gowns and slippers; the little notebook they give you so you can record your stay. All these little things make Josefine different along with the ability to step back in time. And did we mention the roof terrace? Take a drink upstairs and look at the stars or a fantastic view of the city. Be aware. that Vienna is a windy city so take a coat, just in case. Location i

What a fantastic place. If you like 1920’s nostalgia then this is perfect !!!! The rooms are amazing. The cocktail bar is a must, the cocktail menu is bigger than an encyclopaedia !!!! Very easy to get into central Vienna via u-Bhan (underground). The staff are very courteous and helpful. Would highly recommend

The location is very good, the service is very good, the bellman quickly delivers luggage to the room, the guest room provides a large bottle of mineral water every day, due to the evening flight when leaving, although the front desk can not check out late, but can provide a gym locker key for guests to change Or shower. Dining and shopping around and visiting the museum are especially convenient.

Perfect location, within walking distance to shops and sights
