Very convenient location, located near the metro station in Chinatown. Nearby attractions. The hostel itself is cozy, but since almost all the rooms have no windows, it is better to come here only to sleep and walk all day and explore KL. There is a bar on the roof with a good view.

Very close to Central Market It was right behind the Central Market as soon as I left the hostel. The bed sheets in the room are a little dirty. There are places where there is no electricity in the bed. There are lockers, but they cannot be stored because there is no key. My keyed lock was disabled. The shower was with the toilet. It was cheap, so for those who only stay overnight I recommend it.

It's such a great value. I got a third-bedroom apartment directly. The view is also great. You can see the complete PNB118 building and the spiers of the Twin Towers. The swimming pool experience is also very good. In terms of transportation, it is very close to Independence Square and the National Expo, which is very convenient. I met a very responsible and nice housekeeper, and the overall evaluation is that the price/performance ratio is very good.

The apartment was big enough for a group of 6. Toilets and rooms were relatively clean, and a small kitchenette and fridge were provided, which was very convenient. Location wise, it is a short walk to the KL monorail and close to the city centre. The gym in the building was pretty small but sufficient for weights and a treadmill. The infinity pool view is amazing. The service provided by the host was very hospitable and friendly. He answered all my queries promptly, definitely worth booking for a large group visiting KL!

Had a last minute cancellation of our accommodation as it was not up to the standards of what we paid for so we had to look for another place, came across Opus Residences, read the reviews and immediately booked it. even tho it was a last minute booking, they were so welcoming and they definitely did not disappoint! we had an amazing view of the twin towers from our rooms and it was really worth our stay. they even offered so many activities like karaoke-ing, golfing, PS5 and even late check-outs. this place was definitely worth the price, we really enjoyed our stay.

We arrived the homestay around 3pm and had been informed the host the arrival time earlier before that’s but when we managed to check in they informed us the home stay is occupied before and we still need to wait for them to do cleaning , and we had no choice and force to wait till 4pm for checking in to the stay. Secondly is when we managed to go in to the house the password is not valid. It was a horrible and terrible experience for me.

The night market is within walking distance. The landlord is very nice, responsive, and always online to solve problems. Nice suite in a good location. Booked the room for two nights. After checking in at 6 AM I had to change rooms at noon. That was a little bit inconvenient. This hotel doesn't have a front desk. For checking in and checking out you have to call a number and someone is coming 10 to 15 minutes later. When leaving, I was checking out at 5 AM to catch an early flight. I called and waited 20 minutes but nobody came. When I called the number again, the same person, sounding very sleepy answered. He probably fell asleep again after the first call. Finally 15 minutes later somebody came to check me out and return the security deposit.

The property was amazing. Very stylish and modern. It had extra features that you normally are charged for at most hotels - such as your own 2in1 washing machine/dryer! Online booking is not true. What we saw online it's not what we get. The house looks beautiful in the picture but when we go and open the house it's different one. We are Singapore we keep the country clean so what type of must we get . Beware of some humans like very clean even the furniture carpets utensils and etc etc. I'm afraid to book apartments online from now . What can you all do on this. You all jus take the money or we pay only half. After we view and stay the balance we pay on that 1st day if not the apartment cards can be seized by unable to use. Very nice and cozy apartment on the 28th floor. Bed linen and towels were clean. Good and fast wi-fi. Instead of a TV there was a projector. In general, the design of the room is very beautiful, somewhat reminiscent of a bungalow in Bali :) cool view of the city and Petronas Towers. There is everything necessary for life (dishes, household appliances). On the 10th floor there is a public area with a swimming pool, fitness room, co-working space and barbecue area. The elevators are fast, the wait is less than a minute. Check-in and check-out are very simple, according to the instructions from WhatsApp. There you can get all the necessary information. Location was great. Unit was suitable for families. Morshad Khan was very prompt and helpful on fee times we had challenges on checking in and wifi issues. Reservation Service Assistant is a bit inconvenient to contact and gave us the wrong door passcode and quite unable to resolve the wifi issue until Morshad came to help. Overall, the experience is good, Morshad made it better. Would appreciate if there was a brief proper orientation of the amenities of the unit.
