Overall it was disastrous staying at this establishment!! We were so looking forward to this trip but it was ruined by the stay in this apartment units. We stayed four nites. The lobby was very smelly akin to smell from a public Men toilet. We booked four rooms. The issues were as below:- 20th Flr - Room internet was not great as the router is at next door , a 2 bedroom unit. 18th flr - Rooms internet was not working for entire stay. No offer to move to other units or provide any solution to issue. 15th For - Room Aircon was faulty. It was loud and not cold. I was sweating in middle of nights. Complained on day 1 and follow up everyday but no one came to fix or update us the solution until the 3rd night I had to lash out at them. It was fixed the following day but all too late for nothing. It was totally unacceptable with this level of customer service that no solution or refund/credit was given for the sufferings we've gone through. Poor follow up on the issues by customer service team. What was very disappointing is they knew of the internet issue at 18th flr and yet they put us there. We felt we were cheated paying for less than advertised. The smart Tv was useless as it relies on internet connection. Hairdryer was faulty and never replaced even though we follow up everyday. The only positive I can say is the location. Being in the middle between major shopping centres. It is located in between Pavilion an TRX. Anyone who still wants to stay here, avoid 18th floor at all cost... you have been WARNED!

Living in this apartment is the right choice, the room is very comfortable and clean. There is a washing machine, microwave, electric stove which are very useful for those of us on holiday. The location is very strategic, close to Pavillion Mall, Fahrenheit, around the apartment there are also places to eat which are very easy to reach just by walking. Next to the apartment there is also a mini market However, in my opinion, the weakness of this apartment is that the lift is not adequate. When I was here it coincided with the Eid al-Adha holiday, there were lots of visitors and the lift was full of visitors so it was difficult for me to access the apartment up and down, I had to wait a very long time. but I will still stay in this apartment if I visit Kuala Lumpur again, because it is very comfortable, especially for families. Thank you Axon Residences for great experience😊👍🏻

Room location: Very good. The infinity pool on the top floor is worth staying in during the day and night. It is several hundred square meters. Children also like swimming🏊! It's a pity that there is no restaurant when you go out. To eat, you have to take a taxi 2 kilometers! Convenient parking! Self-service check-in, the front desk saw me Honey Moon and checked in at 1 o'clock. There will be an empty room! Everyone else is waiting! The one-bedroom, one-living room suite and restaurant🍴kitchen are all very large! Of course I brought my own bedding! One bedroom and one living room is 60 square meters. You can roll around in it and watch TV on the sofa! The unparalleled view is on the top floor. There is no bar on the top floor and you cannot bring food or drinks! What a pity! Hygiene: I feel like I can’t even find a single hair! The toilet bowl in the bathroom should be pure white, and I, who is a germaphobe, would clean it after I left and restore it to its original state! They can just change the sheets, but I would stain the sheets with toothpaste because they are dark in color and I am afraid that my aunt will be lazy! Service: There is a Chinese online WeChat service for self-service check-in and all answers. Facilities: There are tableware and pots in the kitchen of the room. You can go to the Twin Towers to buy food and cook it yourself, wash it and put it back! It’s worth everyone’s stay! Prices in Fes have already increased by thousands during the peak season and during the Spring Festival, but they are very conscientious by hundreds! In addition, the Twin Towers The salmon in the supermarket below is so delicious. It smells like fresh milk from Norway. I regret not buying more. It is one-third the price in China. Durian is very expensive at 65 ringgit per kilogram. There is no need to buy it.

A chic view of the Petronas Tower from the roof of the building where the pool is located. Very close to the center. Spacious modern apartments. It was clean. Bad noise isolation: At night the street changed the asphalt - it was well heard on the fifteenth floor how the equipment works. Neighbors noise - also was bad to sleep. Very few supplies: there was no hand towel, no legs, kitchen towel. There were few rolls, spoons and other dishes. The hot water was only on the first day, the rest of it was quite cool.

Nice suite in a good location. Booked the room for two nights. After checking in at 6 AM I had to change rooms at noon. That was a little bit inconvenient. This hotel doesn't have a front desk. For checking in and checking out you have to call a number and someone is coming 10 to 15 minutes later. When leaving, I was checking out at 5 AM to catch an early flight. I called and waited 20 minutes but nobody came. When I called the number again, the same person, sounding very sleepy answered. He probably fell asleep again after the first call. Finally 15 minutes later somebody came to check me out and return the security deposit.

We arrived at reception with a room booked months before. We had booked on Agoda. Star Residences Art Apartment KL, owner Alexander Polyakov, 5 nights. At the reception which is not a real reception but a station for the security guards, they tell us that we have to call the host. We send him a message on whatsapp and he doesn't respond even after viewing it. He also ends calls. Thanks to the kindness of the guard at the reception who lent us his phone, we immediately contacted Agoda. The host doesn't seem to be responding to them either. Moral cancellation of reservation. The option offers refund or other accommodation. We ask to find us another accommodation. In the meantime, time passes and it is getting dark. Do not book with this host, he is not serious at all. While waiting, I open the booking app and find a room in a residence that on the map seems very close to where we were. I pay in cash and I book. Residence klcc which fortunately are apartments in the usual building of the first. So there's no need to move. Fingers crossed in the hope that the host responds this time. He responded, came immediately and saved the day for us. Since it was 5pm on the same day, the price was really discounted. Agoda refunded us immediately. Apartment, nice, spacious, clean. Mitiu (I don't know if his name is spelled like that) was very helpful, he even got us a pot to cook pasta. The Petronas in sight, panoramic swimming pool on the attic, central area. I recommend this residence but please do not book apartments owned by Alexander in residence star one because you risk sleeping on the street. Opt for klcc residences and possibly with Mitiu which is a guarantee.

This is a relatively new property located directly adjacent (or across the street, depending on how you look at it) to one of the newest attractions in Bukit Jalil, i.e. Pavilion 2. The hotel itself is situated within a retail mall known as Aurora Place, with multiple eateries and shop-lots available here, in addition to hundreds more at Pavilion, for the benefit/convenience of those who stay here. This was my first ever visit to Bukit Jalil... and to summarize the review of my two-night stay here, below are the major pros and cons of this hotel, based on my personal observations: Pros: 1. As mentioned in my 1st paragraph above, the location is extremely strategic. F&B places are easily accessible and mostly within walking distance. Plus, a simple matter of crossing a pedestrian walkway to get to the Pavilion Mall. 2. The rooms (or suites) here easily cater for travelers with small families, with two beds in each unit. 3. This being a relatively ”new” hotel, most of the furniture and fittings still look pretty new or are in good condition. 4. Lastly, the rooftop swimming pool offers a nice view of the surroundings (and also as far as the KL city skyline). Cons: 1. Probably the biggest letdown of staying here was the fact that the hotel does not subsidize parking fees for their guests; the reason being that the car park belongs to the Aurora Place mall and is therefore not under the hotel's management. However, with no other free or cheaper options available within the hotel's vicinity, the parking fees per day (and per night) do contribute a significant addition to your hotel fees here! 2. The hotel management also needs to put in more emphasis on pest control. I have managed to see ants and other ”creepy crawlies” either within my unit or outside at the corridors.

This time the family trip specially chose hotel-style apartments. The three bedrooms and two halls are very spacious. The kitchen is equipped with pots, pans, forks, spoons, refrigerators, washing machines, microwave ovens, electric irons, and you can cook by yourself. This is the first choice for family trips. The location is also ok. In the Kuala Lumpur Convention Center area, take the pedestrian bridge to Babylon Square and the Petronas Twin Towers in about 15-20 minutes. There is a swimming pool, gym, laundry room and canteen on the third floor of the apartment, which is cost-effective.

Service was good cos when i asked the service agent to change a newer kettle for me, she immediately changed a new one for me. The room deco was kinda old and worn out, tiles of bath tub was broken with tape covering, curtains was stained with brown patches, wall ceiling was torn with water dripping, condition of the room was quite bad. The gd things are, shopping mall are just downstairs, with supermarkets and eateries, 7-11 etc..very convenient! Hope they will refurbish their rooms so that more customers willing to return back to stay. I would rather book and stay at the hotel instead of apartment. Hotel is on the left, and apartment is on the right.

Online booking is not true. What we saw online it's not what we get. The house looks beautiful in the picture but when we go and open the house it's different one. We are Singapore we keep the country clean so what type of must we get . Beware of some humans like very clean even the furniture carpets utensils and etc etc. I'm afraid to book apartments online from now . What can you all do on this. You all jus take the money or we pay only half. After we view and stay the balance we pay on that 1st day if not the apartment cards can be seized by unable to use. Very nice and cozy apartment on the 28th floor. Bed linen and towels were clean. Good and fast wi-fi. Instead of a TV there was a projector. In general, the design of the room is very beautiful, somewhat reminiscent of a bungalow in Bali :) cool view of the city and Petronas Towers. There is everything necessary for life (dishes, household appliances). On the 10th floor there is a public area with a swimming pool, fitness room, co-working space and barbecue area. The elevators are fast, the wait is less than a minute. Check-in and check-out are very simple, according to the instructions from WhatsApp. There you can get all the necessary information. The apartment itself is centrally located and there are good security/valet officers. It is about a 10 minutes drive to Mid Valley and the train station is nearby too. Payment is a breeze too and instructions are clear. There are a lot of good food too nearby if you care to walk. I find that this is the hotel for friends and families but the ”second floor” is pretty steep and not meant for very young children. It is more suitable for families with teenage children instead. There are enough facilities in the house too like Netflix. However, the walls were peeling leaving residue and cleanliness was a slight issue as there were hair here and there. There is also only one access card per room and this made it difficult if you are going out with friends (who wants to do their own things).
