|0.77km from city centerI really liked the apartment complex. It has several swimming pools, beautiful cozy lounges, including those with panoramic views. Near the hotel there is a large shopping center, a night market, a port - for a trip to the islands a 20-minute walk. The room was relatively clean. I have already accepted that in Asia I will have to live in the same room with insects, so don’t forget a special spray against cockroaches. Please keep in mind that you will clean the room and take out the trash yourself.
How to get room keys: register at the security post, go straight and left to the hall of building B (tower B), the boxes with keys are located in the back of the hall, then enter the PIN code sent to you in advance and pick up the key.
How to open the door: the door will make various sounds and will not open, be patient, carefully place the card (no need to enter numbers), wait for the “the door unlocked” signal.

But the only two problems I had there’s only one bathroom and the TV isn’t smart.
Overall the host was respectful even I woke up late and she gave me extra time to check out thank you very much.

The hot water is good, the wifi is decent, beds comfortable and the air con in the rooms is amazing. It has all the little details you want. The staff were the highlight for me, so helpful and nice, I miss them! It is not too far from the center of town but far enough from the noise.

Later, when we arrived, the aunt of the boss was waiting for us at the door of her house. We called us all the time, and told us. This matter, then contacted the hotel for us, just opposite his home, the price is almost the same, she always said sorry, then accompanied us to check in, answer our various questions, also told us to go to her the next morning to eat Breakfast, if you want to go somewhere else, you can ask her, or she can help us to report the group. The next day we will return to Bangkok. She will contact us for the car. The price is right. It will take more than an hour to go to the hotel in Bangkok. Also, the toilet is spacious and clean. Good security for a hostel category.

If there are 4 people traveling together, we need to communicate with the customer service online to live in the same building and on the same floor. There is a kitchen with a refrigerator, so you can cook. It only takes 3 minutes to walk to the beach. It only takes 20 minutes to walk to the pedestrian street. Massage nearby is a little cheaper than the pedestrian street.

Great pool on the 31st floor with panoramic views. The ad stated that the room had a large balcony and a sea view, but in fact it turned out to be very small. We arrived at night and no longer had the strength to sort out the number. The next day we went on an excursion and only contacted the owner in the evening. The next day, the owner offered to look at the other two rooms and the opportunity to move without additional payment. But we already had 2 days left before leaving, we had a lot of suitcases and things, so we decided that there was no point in moving. The owner responds to messages fairly quickly, unless it is night time. The apartment needs renovation. The walls are scratched, there is grease in the kitchen, one cupboard door is not working, the faucet in the sink is leaking onto the floor. Other options were cheaper, I took it from this owner because of the balcony and it turned out to be a scam.

|0.48km from city centerThis is probably the 4th time I've stayed in this funky guesthouse. Unfortunately this time I was in the midst of coronavirus spreading across Pattaya. For nightlife this location would be hard to beat, however I have noticed they have not updated any utilities or any fixtures and fittings. I always stay in the superior suite, front side and the back side suite, which is a lot quieter. I noticed how hard the bed was, literally no cushion inside bed. Also the sofa has had better days, it was so hard after 10 minutes your bottom goes numb. Apart from the comfort issues of the furniture and bedding, the guesthouse function was satisfactory. If they could provide comfortable bedding and change the sofa, it would still a top-notch stay for night lovers

It is located right on the route of regular songthaews, which is a big plus! In terms of accommodation, the apartments are a little worn out, but for me personally it was ok, in terms of comfort, it was good :) In general, the location is good, if the Jomtien area is suitable, then I would recommend it, taking into account the price rooms, I rented for 1700, found better and cheaper, but further away.

There are beautiful swimming pool on the top floor 59th, fl. 40th, fl. 30th and the ground fl. of the condominium. You can enjoy the ocean view from the room at the 11th fl. There is a night market just right next to the condomenium. One thing you need to know if you drive a car and need parking. There is no car entrance from the beach front road (Jomtien first Rd.), you have to use the main condo entrance from Jomtiem Second Road.
I called the owner when arrived the condo sale office. One of his friend showed us the room and give a key card. The room is new and just clean but I found an opened water cap and a fruit bit left under the table which was unexpected for us. The bed is comfy, the bathroom and the aircon is great
It is easy to find variety of street food at the night market just next to the condo and the beach is just a few walk from the beach front entrance, very convience. This room in the condo is worth for money.

For example, it should be improved.
The trash can is rusty, and it's scary to see.
The wallpaper has peeled off and is not beautiful.
Towels ok
The blankets need to be improved because they smell bad.
Including pillows and pillows, the shower is damaged but still able to shower.
The central area is ok in the style of a condo with a very beautiful sea view. 
Parking is a little difficult, you have to get a card stamped, but the owner and the law enforcement are able to facilitate, ok.
