The hotel is actually a unit in the residential area, warmly furnished, well-equipped, and it feels like returning home every day. There is a large supermarket open until 12 pm nearby, and there are many restaurants to choose from. The only problem I encountered was that I couldn't find the office to take the key at check-in, because neither google map nor gps could find the address. If you can change the password, it is more ideal for guests to check in by themselves.

We stayed at Wakabaya 2 nights, a family of 4 with our twins. The house was lovely, good location and the host Mr. Wakabaya was very nice and hospitable. We had a great time in Takamatsu, thanks to Mr. Wakabaya’s many tips on activities and restaurants. The rooms were clean, typical Japanese style in a typical Japanese house. We enjoyed our stay at Wakabaya guesthouse very much, and if we return to Takamatsu we will definitely stay there again. We absolutely recommend Wakabaya guesthouse!

Good receptionist Improvement point The distance between the locker and the bedroom is close, and the sound is echoed The sound of closing the curtains is quite echoing. I stayed with my wife and my cousin and wife. The cleaning was very good, the choice of furniture and lighting was good, and it was so loud that I could speak out immediately after entering the room. I didn't use it this time, but it is convenient for those who stay for a long time to have a stove or washing machine. Kawaramachi station is the nearest, the convenience of the train bus is high, and there are pharmacies and convenience stores in the neighborhood, so I think the location is good. It takes about 10 minutes to walk to Royal Park Hotel Takamatsu, which is the location of check-in / out. Also, when moving by car, there was a lot of traffic on National Highway 11 in front of the hotel, and the intersection was right there, so it was difficult to enter the right turn lane and I had to take a detour. I think it is better to walk instead of a car when checking in / out. As for parking, there is a toll parking lot near Alphabet Takamatsu Kawaramachi II, which is more convenient and relatively cheap than using the parking lot opposite the Royal Park Hotel. (Recommended to staff) The atmosphere of the room was calm and it was a very cozy night. I would like to use it again if I have the opportunity.

The premises is at a convenient location, very close to the covered shopping avenue. The lift access is good for suite case travellers. The room is clean and spacious enough to accommodate 4 px. One draw back was the lack of information on the need to check in through the Royal Park Hotel which is about 10 minutes walk from the premises. That was very frustrate to stay outside the lift lobby for an hour, before meeting a group of Japanese young men whom told us to check in through the hotel. Apart from the troublesome check in experience, everything was fine.

I stayed at the B&B hotel on the first day of coming to Takamatsu. The hotel is very close to Wading Station. We took a bus from the airport to Wading Station and walked to the hotel for about 5 minutes. Nearby is the sightseeing corridor commercial street. Convenient, it takes about 15 minutes to walk to Lilin Park. The hotel has just opened this year, so the whole is very new. We booked a Japanese-style room with tatami mats and can sleep 3 people. The room space is relatively large in Japan. The only downside is that the bath and toilet are outside. Separate, it may not be convenient for people who often have to go to the toilet. The hotel does not provide breakfast. Fortunately, you can buy breakfast as soon as you go out. There are quite a few restaurants. Overall it is good and suitable for multiple people.

It was new and clean! It's crowded with foreigners. Towels can be rented for 100 yen. Shampoos are Pantene? The shower rooms are as clean as new (actually they were just renovated), which I was happy about. But there aren't many of them, so it might be inefficient when it's crowded. The staff were very friendly and I'd like to go again. ^^ I especially recommend it for people who want to interact with foreigners or work before going to bed. Anyway, it was really good!

The staff was kind and polite. The bed, shower, washbasin and toilet are clean. The washing machine and dryer felt a little old, but it was not functionally problematic. Even after checking out, you can leave your luggage until 22 o'clock, so you can sightsee in a light state. The location is very good, within walking distance of tile town station, and the shopping street is close, so it is not troublesome for food. You can get a map of the surrounding area with the recommended shops.Among the shopping streets, there are many fashionable shops such as ”Machinoshore 963” in the area that will be relatively newly developed. You can also walk to Takamatsu Station. There are two points that I was a little worried about. One is that there is no shelf that can put a smartphone in the bed space. The hotel is conveniently located, just a 15-minute walk from Takamatsu JR Station. Near the hotel is Takamatsu's lively pedestrian street. There are many famous local delicacies on the street, and the location is very good. Although the hotel is an apartment hotel, check-in is at the front desk of the RIHGA HOTEL next door. You can search it directly on Google map. After completing the check-in, the front desk clerk will provide the route map and keys to the hotel. When entering the hotel and taking the elevator, Remember to use the electronic disc on the key to activate it, otherwise the elevator will not come down. The hotel's internal facilities are all available, and its area is larger than hotels in the same price range. It is an apartment-style hotel with very good value for money.

It feels like a more general place to stay. Of course, the price is similar to the middle and lower price of . The boss is still polite. There is a simple rest equipment, no TV, there is a Co***n area to eat,  There are Japanese comics I can see, there are different restaurants and convenience stores nearby, The traffic is quite convenient.  Especially remember the lights and fans in the room.
