Feedback as follows: 1. Upon check in, we found the entrance door lock was mulfunctions. Immediatwly contact Host will send someone to repair. However, it is not done. 2. Sofa bed which listed as facilities was not able to use. After much conversation with Host, she send service staff to fix the issue. 3. Master bathroom window couldnt close. 4. No kettle to boil hot water which is unacceptable. The worst is Kitchen did not equipped with cooking pot which we can boil water. Overall, house is not ready to cheeck in guests. please look into the safety of guests. Good side is clean & comfortable bed.

Nice suite in a good location. Booked the room for two nights. After checking in at 6 AM I had to change rooms at noon. That was a little bit inconvenient. This hotel doesn't have a front desk. For checking in and checking out you have to call a number and someone is coming 10 to 15 minutes later. When leaving, I was checking out at 5 AM to catch an early flight. I called and waited 20 minutes but nobody came. When I called the number again, the same person, sounding very sleepy answered. He probably fell asleep again after the first call. Finally 15 minutes later somebody came to check me out and return the security deposit.

I just feel like this has a spa resort feeling for me but is actually better than that. Stayed so many place has never felt a special connection towards a architect of a housing like this. Scroll through some comment section and see european guest stay excellent comment and decide to book it here for a try for most of them have great taste with regards in life so i just book out of curious and it just surprise me with so many great qualities. The property was amazing. Very stylish and modern. It had extra features that you normally are charged for at most hotels - such as your own 2in1 washing machine/dryer! The rooftop pool is amazing with stunning view - which includes Petronas towers, KL Tower and Merdeka building. At night time it’s even better! Last2 dia call boss dia, baru dia bagi bilik yg lain dia ckp, tapi x payah tambah duit. ************* sampai apartment sangat memuaskan, bilik baru renovation. Naik satu lift dengan lift hotel. Sangat2 risau.

This time the family trip specially chose hotel-style apartments. The three bedrooms and two halls are very spacious. Online booking is not true. What we saw online it's not what we get. The house looks beautiful in the picture but when we go and open the house it's different one. We are Singapore we keep the country clean so what type of must we get . Beware of some humans like very clean even the furniture carpets utensils and etc etc. I'm afraid to book apartments online from now . What can you all do on this. You all jus take the money or we pay only half. After we view and stay the balance we pay on that 1st day if not the apartment cards can be seized by unable to use. Hope my idea can be relieved for others who wants the apartment very clean and classy. Thank you M Khaleel

Very nice and cozy apartment on the 28th floor. Bed linen and towels were clean. Good and fast wi-fi. Instead of a TV there was a projector. In general, the design of the room is very beautiful, somewhat reminiscent of a bungalow in Bali :) cool view of the city and Petronas Towers. There is everything necessary for life (dishes, household appliances). On the 10th floor there is a public area with a swimming pool, fitness room, co-working space and barbecue area. The elevators are fast, the wait is less than a minute. Check-in and check-out are very simple, according to the instructions from WhatsApp. There you can get all the necessary information. Very pleased, thank you :)
