The mattresses and pillows are comfortable, the internet is fast, very clean, towels are changed every day. The breakfast is quite tasty, the dining room itself is aesthetic. The staff speaks Russian. Of the disadvantages: they moved us to another room one day and once the cable broke down nearby and there was no electricity for about 2 hours.

The owner , Yusuf is very kind person and very supportive. He is always reachable.
There is kitchen. All kitchen equipments are there. Nothing to buy extra. It is actually better than staying a room in a hotel. You will feel so much freedom !!
There is a washing machine and we don’t need to pay at all. there is free washing powder.
I stayed 3 nights at the basement room.
Heating system was perfect. I did not feel cold there.
Shower and toilet room was not so big , however nothing to bother me at all.
Cleanness is perfect.
Cleaning lady cleaned my kitchen as well.
If you expecting to have 5 star hotel bed quality , you will not have it here .
However ,
The owner , Yusuf is fantastic person.
You will feel good during the stay here for sure !
He can kindly organize the Covit 19 test within 72 before the flight.

The wooden mainhouse is as cosy in Summer as it might be in Winter, adorned with a majestic and well worn stone chimney.
The garden and deck over the water create an intimate setting with the wonderful Ağva area, between river, forests and the black sea.
The staff is friendly and attentive and the service was on point.
The food offering covers Turkish basics and they are tasty and plentiful, some western staples are on offer too.
The rooms are comfortable enough and each bungalow is hidden in the beautiful garden vegetation, one is even surprised so many rooms can feel so secret in such a small setting.
The çay samovar sits by the quiet waterway and is enjoyable all day long with the lazy sway of reeds ruffled by the wind off the sea.
Overall a fantastic stay.

The hotel is located in the heart of the city, 10 minutes walk to Istaklal street but far enough not to hear all the noise. I’ve read on the forums that Istanbul is a noisy city and prepared for the worst - took my earplugs and eye mask with me. They came in handy but I slept like a baby in this place.
The room was clean, aircon worked perfectly, shower was great and, most importantly, the owner was very helpful and accomodating.
Highly recommended!

The room staff is responsible and gave me a free upgrade. Jeysel, Can, Emnr and Faon at the front desk are like a caring butler. I decided I would sleep in clothes. It was cold, outside smell, terrible sound isolation. Then I realized that it was a hostel (the sunk was right next to the room). There were constantly until 2 p.m. going to the toilet, in the showers and talking in elevated tones. The room had a teapot, but it was such a terrible quality that I decided not to use it. Another unpleasant rainfall left the cleaner, who came all unhappy and demanded my keys in 11.40 (i.e. 20 minutes before my departure). Why not disturb the guest and pick up the keys on the receptacle??

We arrived in the morning but there was no staff opening the door for us. We called and it took around 15 mins for us to wait outside of the door. We realized that the staff may not be around the reception 24/7, which is not helpful especially you are the first time in Istanbul and not familiar with the surroudnings. We also tried to book a taxi to the airport from the hotel service. It turned out that they informed the taxi driver the wrong airport name and it cost us an extra 500 lira in total for the taxi fee. A bit hard to communicate...
