I didn't expect to stay in such a good apartment this time on a business trip to Phnom Penh. The rooms are clean and the facilities are new. WI-FI is too fast. The connection to the company ERP is very smooth. It does not affect the work at all. It is a crash of other hotels. The landlord is warm and thoughtful, and the environment is beautiful. It is the first time to see such a large open-air swimming pool. It has to be 200 meters in a circle. Fortunately, I took a swimsuit and swam happily. The breakfast nearby is very rich. The landlord also recommended the nearby seafood buffet to us. The crab pot is a bit unsettled and has an endless aftertaste. It is a 10-minute drive from the airport, so it is very convenient without rushing. This time I came on a business trip with my colleagues, and I am going to bring my family back to travel next time, or live here.

The service attitude was very good. They helped me with the precautions, car use, phone cards, etc., which saved me a lot of trouble. The room was in good sanitary conditions, and I could wash clothes. The mattress was especially comfortable and had good support, unlike other hotels, which were either too soft or too hard. I had a good and peaceful sleep. In addition, the hotel is close to the city, and it is very convenient to go to the airport. The entrance is very quiet and orderly. This apartment is actually quite good. It has a fairly large floor area for only 200-300 RMB. The decoration style is a bit old-fashioned. You can walk to the fun mall in Toul Kork and a number of restaurants nearby. The reason I gave a low score for the service is that when I arrived at 11pm that night, the hotel door was already closed. No one answered my knocks, so I just stood there stupidly on the main road. Fortunately, the customer service of Black Diamond responded very quickly and started to help me immediately. Finally, after waiting at the door for 20 minutes, someone finally came to open the door and let me in (at the same time, Ctrip customer service was ready to arrange a nearby hotel for me). When I went in, they said that the room I originally booked was no longer available. I almost ran away. In the end, I was upgraded to a two-bedroom family room...

Good Luck B&B is very close to the airport. Friends who want to have a good rest after getting off the plane can choose this hotel. The boss is very nice. I brought two extra-large luggages and I was afraid of trouble, so I planned to put the luggage in the lobby. The boss said that there were many people staying and people coming and going, so he helped me carry it to the third floor 👍👍👍 The boss's tea is also very delicious. I really slept well. After checking out the next day, the boss enthusiastically helped me get a taxi and kept emphasizing the price I needed to pay. This hotel is not near the city center but it’s a nice place. The staff speak basically zero English, but we figured everything out. The service was what one would expect. There is a little cafe at the front of the hotel. It’s maybe a 30 minute walk to go to the city center.

In the apartment, the air conditioning is not powerful, and the bathtub is slippery due to water leakage. It is not cleaned every day, but otherwise it is fine. The location is in the central area, convenient for traveling and eating, and the price is cheap. I recommend it. I will stay here again next time, just change to a room with good air conditioning.

What a great hotel at a busy district. I love my stay there. Staff is good at English. Helpful and warm welcome. It is good for a short stay. Convenient for guest access to restaurants, cafe shop, local food and Mart. Many foreign food chains available at the area as well. Though there is disappointing with the bed and Ac. Bed is too soft. Feel deep down to core. And Ac is loud. Btw, still recommend to stay.

I booked a female only dorm but I guess there weren't any females so the rooms were all given to guys and there was some lack of communication between partners maybe. I knew from other reviews that there are no air conditioners in the dorms, which is understandable given the price, so the young guys, looked like teenagers were resting shirtless and got surprised when I walked in 😂. I decided not to stay, but it would be cool to practice the martial art lessons offered here. The guy at the desk refunded me and also covered my tuktuk cost to the next hotel I booked.

Information flow poorly managed. I believe they weren’t even aware of my booking, I made the booking a week in advance though. It’s self check-in service. Unfortunately I haven’t not received any check-in details in advance. They don’t have a reception desk based at the condo, so I made a few phone calls, but no one pick up. Luckily the condo information desk team was there to pass through my booking information to them. I have waited quite sometimes. Then I was assigned to a random room which had not been cleaned yet. So I complained and they moved me to another room immediately. Overall it’s inconvenient with the check-in service. But the room and facilities are quite acceptable. Although the room looks new, one thing to improve is the cleanliness. Also, I don’t like the smell of the refresher stuff in the room.

The six bed dormitory room is spacious, the staffs there were so nice. The hostel located close to the riverside, so you could get the stunning view at the rooftop. It also close to 24/7 convenience store like Big C Mini. The only thing for that this hostel should improve is the bed curtain, as you could see in the photo, the curtain's length just cover half of the bed, which make me feel not that privacy.

The suite is very wide and the location is very convenient! 10 minutes walk from the river bank, out of the center of the CBD. The hotel has two large swimming pools and a massage-style open-air pool on my roof, and the children have a great time. The restaurant next to the lobby is very delicious.
