Check in process was tedious and inefficient, multiple steps and multiple photos to send photos and still had to nudge them for response. They will only give you the check in details within the hour of the 3 pm check in, but even then the passcode on the lock was wrong. No one picked up the phone when called for trouble shooting. Unit had faulty blinds and a drain that was constantly dripping water that could be heard from the bedroom… also had to inform them of missing toilet paper and crumbs on the sofa. Sofa also looked mouldy and water stained so I didn’t use it at all. Feedback was shared to them via text but they remain unresponsive.. Stay if you’re not picky and ok with hassle

The apartment itself is centrally located and there are good security/valet officers. It is about a 10 minutes drive to Mid Valley and the train station is nearby too. Payment is a breeze too and instructions are clear. There are a lot of good food too nearby if you care to walk. I find that this is the hotel for friends and families but the ”second floor” is pretty steep and not meant for very young children. It is more suitable for families with teenage children instead. There are enough facilities in the house too like Netflix. However, the walls were peeling leaving residue and cleanliness was a slight issue as there were hair here and there. There is also only one access card per room and this made it difficult if you are going out with friends (who wants to do their own things).

Pros Checking-in is personalized. I had a dedicated employee to process my registration. The moment I entered the space, it feels just like at home. All basic necessities are provided unlike other apartments I've been to. We are talking about detergents, kitchen wares, tablewares, hangers etc. The loft space is very comfortable for 2. Maximum we can fit in 2 more adults. Safety is awesome. All areas need to be tagged to enter and your room has specific code. All is Good. Location is strategic to nearby LRT station. Pretty close to MidValley and Bangsar area. Cons The building is shared by Alila Management. You might get confused as to where to register etc. Make sure to get direction to Apartment lobby. The EST management do not have a proper concierge counter. A lil' weird to sit in an open space at the lobby to check-in. Standby cash to pay up front for the parking card (one off).

The convenience of the location was the best thing about it. We booked a room that said was on a high floor (40), but ended up on the 12th floor. When asking about it, they said, it’s based on availability but it was never mentioned in the booking. We purposefully searched for one on a higher floor as we were warned about the noise from the train station. Got there, the bathroom had mold and took them 3 days (and 2 attempts) to resolve it. It just didn’t feel clean. I would stay in that building again, but from a different management company.

Nice suite in a good location. Booked the room for two nights. After checking in at 6 AM I had to change rooms at noon. That was a little bit inconvenient. This hotel doesn't have a front desk. For checking in and checking out you have to call a number and someone is coming 10 to 15 minutes later. When leaving, I was checking out at 5 AM to catch an early flight. I called and waited 20 minutes but nobody came. When I called the number again, the same person, sounding very sleepy answered. He probably fell asleep again after the first call. Finally 15 minutes later somebody came to check me out and return the security deposit.

It was great because it was a duplex, and it was even better because check-in and check-out were so simple... Plus, it was so spacious that even 7 family members could come over to play, and there were many beds and it was great. We arrived at reception with a room booked months before. We had booked on Agoda. Star Residences Art Apartment KL, owner Alexander Polyakov, 5 nights. At the reception which is not a real reception but a station for the security guards, they tell us that we have to call the host. We send him a message on whatsapp and he doesn't respond even after viewing it. He also ends calls. Thanks to the kindness of the guard at the reception who lent us his phone, we immediately contacted Agoda. The host doesn't seem to be responding to them either. Moral cancellation of reservation. The option offers refund or other accommodation. We ask to find us another accommodation. In the meantime, time passes and it is getting dark. Do not book with this host, he is not serious at all. While waiting, I open the booking app and find a room in a residence that on the map seems very close to where we were. I pay in cash and I book. Residence klcc which fortunately are apartments in the usual building of the first. So there's no need to move. Fingers crossed in the hope that the host responds this time. He responded, came immediately and saved the day for us. Since it was 5pm on the same day, the price was really discounted. Agoda refunded us immediately. Apartment, nice, spacious, clean. Mitiu (I don't know if his name is spelled like that) was very helpful, he even got us a pot to cook pasta. The Petronas in sight, panoramic swimming pool on the attic, central area. I recommend this residence but please do not book apartments owned by Alexander in residence star one because you risk sleeping on the street. Opt for klcc residences and possibly with Mitiu which is a guarantee.

This is a relatively new property located directly adjacent (or across the street, depending on how you look at it) to one of the newest attractions in Bukit Jalil, i.e. Pavilion 2. The hotel itself is situated within a retail mall known as Aurora Place, with multiple eateries and shop-lots available here, in addition to hundreds more at Pavilion, for the benefit/convenience of those who stay here. This was my first ever visit to Bukit Jalil... and to summarize the review of my two-night stay here, below are the major pros and cons of this hotel, based on my personal observations: Pros: 1. As mentioned in my 1st paragraph above, the location is extremely strategic. F&B places are easily accessible and mostly within walking distance. Plus, a simple matter of crossing a pedestrian walkway to get to the Pavilion Mall. 2. The rooms (or suites) here easily cater for travelers with small families, with two beds in each unit. 3. This being a relatively ”new” hotel, most of the furniture and fittings still look pretty new or are in good condition. 4. Lastly, the rooftop swimming pool offers a nice view of the surroundings (and also as far as the KL city skyline). Cons: 1. Probably the biggest letdown of staying here was the fact that the hotel does not subsidize parking fees for their guests; the reason being that the car park belongs to the Aurora Place mall and is therefore not under the hotel's management. However, with no other free or cheaper options available within the hotel's vicinity, the parking fees per day (and per night) do contribute a significant addition to your hotel fees here! 2. The hotel management also needs to put in more emphasis on pest control. I have managed to see ants and other ”creepy crawlies” either within my unit or outside at the corridors.

Mula2 dia tak bagi check in sebab dia ckp apartment aku tu utk 2 org, sebab aku bwk anak 3 org tak boleh masuk. Dia mintak lagi seratus dia bagi bilik lain, aku ckp tak nak tambah bayar sebab semua aku dh bayar siap2. Last2 dia call boss dia, baru dia bagi bilik yg lain dia ckp, tapi x payah tambah duit. ************* sampai apartment sangat memuaskan, bilik baru renovation. Naik satu lift dengan lift hotel. Sangat2 risau.

Very good location, right next to KL Sentral and also 7-11’s and other shops and restaurants. Wi-Fi works ok in the rooms but not amazingly. Beds are clean and comfortable. Shower and toilet area could be a little bit cleaner but nothing to complain about. You are provided with towels but recommend you bring your own shampoo and shower gel. Staff are very friendly and check in process is easy. All in all I would stay here again.

This time the family trip specially chose hotel-style apartments. The three bedrooms and two halls are very spacious. The kitchen is equipped with pots, pans, forks, spoons, refrigerators, washing machines, microwave ovens, electric irons, and you can cook by yourself. This is the first choice for family trips. The location is also ok. In the Kuala Lumpur Convention Center area, take the pedestrian bridge to Babylon Square and the Petronas Twin Towers in about 15-20 minutes. There is a swimming pool, gym, laundry room and canteen on the third floor of the apartment, which is cost-effective.

Online booking is not true. What we saw online it's not what we get. The house looks beautiful in the picture but when we go and open the house it's different one. We are Singapore we keep the country clean so what type of must we get . Beware of some humans like very clean even the furniture carpets utensils and etc etc. I'm afraid to book apartments online from now . What can you all do on this. You all jus take the money or we pay only half. After we view and stay the balance we pay on that 1st day if not the apartment cards can be seized by unable to use. Hope my idea can be relieved for others who wants the apartment very clean and classy. Thank you M Khaleel

Very nice and cozy apartment on the 28th floor. Bed linen and towels were clean. Good and fast wi-fi. Instead of a TV there was a projector. In general, the design of the room is very beautiful, somewhat reminiscent of a bungalow in Bali :) cool view of the city and Petronas Towers. There is everything necessary for life (dishes, household appliances). On the 10th floor there is a public area with a swimming pool, fitness room, co-working space and barbecue area. The elevators are fast, the wait is less than a minute. Check-in and check-out are very simple, according to the instructions from WhatsApp. There you can get all the necessary information. Location was great. Unit was suitable for families. Morshad Khan was very prompt and helpful on fee times we had challenges on checking in and wifi issues. Reservation Service Assistant is a bit inconvenient to contact and gave us the wrong door passcode and quite unable to resolve the wifi issue until Morshad came to help. Overall, the experience is good, Morshad made it better. Would appreciate if there was a brief proper orientation of the amenities of the unit.
