We went to Qingdao to watch a concert very late and checked in at almost 12 o'clock. The landlord very considerately arranged for the housekeeper to pick us up at the intersection. The moment we opened the courtyard door, we forgot about our fatigue, and the exquisite small courtyard reflected As soon as you see it, the nearly 180-square-meter house is fully equipped with thoughtful L'Occitane toiletries and almost everything you can think of, including disposable bath towels. There is Coke and soda in the refrigerator, as well as coffee and tea, although it is too late. Enjoy it one by one and thank the host for his kindness. The sea view is so beautiful, and the beautiful Yan'er Island is right outside the door. It is very close to May Fourth Square and the Olympic Sailing Center. Located inside a housing compound. GPS navigation brought me to the door, which was fortunate as it would be hard to find otherwise. They could do with a sign in English – meanwhile, look out for the Chinese characters 观海. It looks like you're arriving at the back door of a ground floor apartment. The receptionist was friendly and helpful, using a translation app where necessary. The atmosphere is cheerfully scruffy and youthful, with hundreds of visitors' signature all over the walls. Facilities are basic – the showers are over squat toilets (plenty of water though), and there are no drinking water refill machine (buy plastic for 1 yuan at the reception). The lobby area is tiny – they actually advertise the sofa bed in the lobby as a single-occupancy. Not a great idea – don't confuse it with a tiny single room as I did. They upgraded me to a dorm room. The mattress is not soft. The location is good for a visit to May 4th Square and the seafront. Overall, it was okay to doss here one night, but I found Kaiyue Hostel much better value.

歷次旅遊所住酒店民宿中最滿意的一次，民宿一切你想到想不到的物品老闆都有準備，燃氣廚房、洗碗機、帶烘乾洗衣機、四開門冰箱、智能馬桶、兩個高箱雙人床，兩室一廳三個空調，各類做飯用品、創可貼、電池等等，難以一一列舉，軟硬件極其完善，比我家日常生活準備的東西都全面。入住前，老闆事先三個空調全開，進屋一陣涼氣令人感動。三天沒有多餘的話，沒有如同防賊一樣的警告。位置離燕兒島地鐵站走路三、五分鐘，發自內心希望安利給所有赴青島旅遊的朋友。兩個缺點：因為是老樓，沒有電梯，再有房子呈現裝修比較新。瑕不掩瑜，住宿整體感受非常良好。
