The environment is good and I am satisfied overall. It is that the landlord will privately ask for the deposit of rm300. I am very dissatisfied because it is self-check-in, so the deposit is online transfer and it feels a bit scary ”The owner will give you the key code after you have returned the deposit, but the deposit will not give you back within 48 hours. I am very dissatisfied with this!

Location is good, next to NPE highway. Near to Sunway Pramid, Pavillion Bukit Jalil, but need to drive. Amenities perfect. There is a washing machine, drier, cooker, microwave, fridge. The condo itself has a skypool which u can book and have thr infinity skypool to yourself. Also there is gym, basketball, badminton and Futsal courts, not to mention even a boxing ring! Free parking too! Just nice for 5 to 6 persons.

The environment is very good, the public area is very clean, the female dormitory is very convenient for girls to travel alone, each bed has a socket and a small light, there is a bathroom in the dormitory, and the uncle of the youth hostel is very, very nice! I was very worried before I saw a few reviews on Ctrip. The uncle was super nice and enthusiastic throughout the whole process. He would recommend restaurants, lend raincoats, and drive to help pick up and drop off when he was free. The location is very close to the Axiata Arena, which is very convenient for eating, watching games or concerts. If you are willing to stay in a youth hostel, I highly recommend this one!

An important tip is to note the check-in time is 2pm-4pm. This is Air BnB style. Please take note of the local mobile number to dial or whatsapp call because there is no typical reception. Also kindly note it is Block B. Overall its an average stay. Ok for its price. Good location just 10-20 mins taxi Grab ride to Mid Valley mall a big shopping centre that is prominent in KL. The tiles are in pretty bad shape though. Stepped on the floor and it feels that it can crack under your feet any moment.

Nice suite in a good location. Booked the room for two nights. After checking in at 6 AM I had to change rooms at noon. That was a little bit inconvenient. This hotel doesn't have a front desk. For checking in and checking out you have to call a number and someone is coming 10 to 15 minutes later. When leaving, I was checking out at 5 AM to catch an early flight. I called and waited 20 minutes but nobody came. When I called the number again, the same person, sounding very sleepy answered. He probably fell asleep again after the first call. Finally 15 minutes later somebody came to check me out and return the security deposit.

Had a last minute cancellation of our accommodation as it was not up to the standards of what we paid for so we had to look for another place, came across Opus Residences, read the reviews and immediately booked it. even tho it was a last minute booking, they were so welcoming and they definitely did not disappoint! we had an amazing view of the twin towers from our rooms and it was really worth our stay. they even offered so many activities like karaoke-ing, golfing, PS5 and even late check-outs. this place was definitely worth the price, we really enjoyed our stay.

The property was amazing. Very stylish and modern. It had extra features that you normally are charged for at most hotels - such as your own 2in1 washing machine/dryer! Last2 dia call boss dia, baru dia bagi bilik yg lain dia ckp, tapi x payah tambah duit. ************* sampai apartment sangat memuaskan, bilik baru renovation. Naik satu lift dengan lift hotel. Online booking is not true. What we saw online it's not what we get. The house looks beautiful in the picture but when we go and open the house it's different one. We are Singapore we keep the country clean so what type of must we get . Beware of some humans like very clean even the furniture carpets utensils and etc etc. I'm afraid to book apartments online from now . What can you all do on this. You all jus take the money or we pay only half. After we view and stay the balance we pay on that 1st day if not the apartment cards can be seized by unable to use. Hope my idea can be relieved for others who wants the apartment very clean and classy. Thank you M Khaleel

Very nice and cozy apartment on the 28th floor. Bed linen and towels were clean. Good and fast wi-fi. Instead of a TV there was a projector. In general, the design of the room is very beautiful, somewhat reminiscent of a bungalow in Bali :) cool view of the city and Petronas Towers. There is everything necessary for life (dishes, household appliances). On the 10th floor there is a public area with a swimming pool, fitness room, co-working space and barbecue area. The elevators are fast, the wait is less than a minute. Check-in and check-out are very simple, according to the instructions from WhatsApp. There you can get all the necessary information. Location was great. Unit was suitable for families. Morshad Khan was very prompt and helpful on fee times we had challenges on checking in and wifi issues. Reservation Service Assistant is a bit inconvenient to contact and gave us the wrong door passcode and quite unable to resolve the wifi issue until Morshad came to help. Overall, the experience is good, Morshad made it better. Would appreciate if there was a brief proper orientation of the amenities of the unit.
