I think one should not go for 1 day Take a week stay over this hotel And be at hotel enjoy the view from hotel Go to take swimming and come back take rest If you want to make something go by yourself. You have all the things here for cooking food. If you want to cook just bring your ingredients and food and make here And the you can enjoy and no need to go out from here just enjoy. My stay was very short but in future if I have time I will try to go here and stay at least a week

The apartment isn’t spacious but very cozy. The building does have an issue with the elevators—there are only four of them, and during morning hours they’re often crowded due to the number of residents. However, for this specific apartment, the elevator situation isn’t much of a problem since it’s on a high floor, so you’ll almost always get in on the way down. For residents living below the 10th floor, it can be challenging to find space as the elevators are usually full by the time they stop. The only downside was that it’s a spare room with a locked door connecting to another unit, and the neighbors started watching TV as early as 5-6 a.m.

I wanted to try this suite long time ago, and last night finally got the chance to stay organised by mana mana. Reception are super friendly and helpful. Even through she just starter to having her late lunch, she also help me to solve my check in 1st. I’m really grateful to met such a great staff. 👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻 There’s got some shortcoming about the bed sheet and aircon. I can’t even take a good rest during night. Because of the aircon very noisy. Management may have a check of that. Overall are super satisfied for my stay. 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟

The rooftop pool is amazing with stunning view - which includes Petronas towers, KL Tower and Merdeka building. At night time it’s even better! Location location location. Great spot, very accessible to anywhere. KLCC is a 10 minute walk. The apartment has a good express cafe and a good restaurant below. Check-in was easy. Notified the guard who linked me with the person handling the apartment. Was given Room 18-8. Apartment was alright, cleanliness was ok. Great view of the city. But showerhead was dismantled which was addressed the day after. A few of the ceiling lights were not working and en suite bathroom sink was choked (Nothing was done about these issues nor was any apology given). Wall decorations were dated and irrelevant and needs replacement. A section of the window blind was missing. Aircon in master suite was super strong but was very weak in the living room area. WiFi was excellent. Washer/Dryer and all other equipment worked fine. The places needs a little sprucing up and a fresh coat of paint. Other than that, it’s pretty alright.

Nice suite in a good location. Booked the room for two nights. After checking in at 6 AM I had to change rooms at noon. That was a little bit inconvenient. This hotel doesn't have a front desk. For checking in and checking out you have to call a number and someone is coming 10 to 15 minutes later. When leaving, I was checking out at 5 AM to catch an early flight. I called and waited 20 minutes but nobody came. When I called the number again, the same person, sounding very sleepy answered. He probably fell asleep again after the first call. Finally 15 minutes later somebody came to check me out and return the security deposit.

I just feel like this has a spa resort feeling for me but is actually better than that. Stayed so many place has never felt a special connection towards a architect of a housing like this. Online booking is not true. What we saw online it's not what we get. The house looks beautiful in the picture but when we go and open the house it's different one. We are Singapore we keep the country clean so what type of must we get . Beware of some humans like very clean even the furniture carpets utensils and etc etc. I'm afraid to book apartments online from now . What can you all do on this. You all jus take the money or we pay only half. After we view and stay the balance we pay on that 1st day if not the apartment cards can be seized by unable to use. Hope my idea can be relieved for others who wants the apartment very clean and classy. Thank you M Khaleel

Very nice and cozy apartment on the 28th floor. Bed linen and towels were clean. Good and fast wi-fi. Instead of a TV there was a projector. In general, the design of the room is very beautiful, somewhat reminiscent of a bungalow in Bali :) cool view of the city and Petronas Towers. There is everything necessary for life (dishes, household appliances). On the 10th floor there is a public area with a swimming pool, fitness room, co-working space and barbecue area. The elevators are fast, the wait is less than a minute. Check-in and check-out are very simple, according to the instructions from WhatsApp. There you can get all the necessary information. Very pleased, thank you :)

Location was great. Unit was suitable for families. Morshad Khan was very prompt and helpful on fee times we had challenges on checking in and wifi issues. Reservation Service Assistant is a bit inconvenient to contact and gave us the wrong door passcode and quite unable to resolve the wifi issue until Morshad came to help. Overall, the experience is good, Morshad made it better. Would appreciate if there was a brief proper orientation of the amenities of the unit.

So far so good. My family enjoyed it. At level 1 you will got everything such as clinics, hair cut shop, coffee shop, Mart, Mynews etc. Also at level 6 got bowling and level 7 swimming pool.
