When we 1st arrived at checkin, Reception advised us we are upgrading you to a 2 bed apartment. I stated we only booked 1 bed apartment through Easyjet Holidays, but he ignored that & gave us the 2 bed. He said that will be £75 please!? I asked what was that for, he stated AIR CON & WIFI. We paid for a self catering Holiday around £900 for both of us, so wasn't exactly cheap, cheap!! Since we went to Portugal in October 2 weeks after for £500 at a 3 star Hotel much better self catering with Easyjet. I have never ever had to pay for AIR CON, on any of our Holidays abroad. maybe it's a thing in Turkey. I complained to Easyjet upon our return, but got a standard reply. Stating it does state there might be extra charges! Which I did know about, but not AIR CON, Therefore had to pay for air con £45, and didn't take up the WIFI offer for another £30. The apartment was ok. I would rate it about a 2 star but clean! We had a small balcony looking over the pool. Big enough for 2 people. It had a reasonable sized bedroom, a big lounge, and a separate kitchen. Bathroom was still the design from the 80's. You can't flush toilet tissue down the toilet by the way. Presume their sewage pipes are still small! I think this Hotel more suited for families, since they did a lot of evening shows by the pool side. Which we did enjoy watching from our balcony. Also a lot of pool activities for the kids. Food wise I don't know, since we never used their facilities so can't comment. The beach is a 15 minute walk away (About a mile), which we didn't mind since we enjoy walking a lot. Beaches are nice, with a lot of Restaurants & sunbathing spots along the shore. The marina is to the left, which takes you to all the Yachts & 15th Century Castle. We took a boat trip to Cleopatra Island, that was lovely with all the history. You disembark on the Island, and have about 2 hours to sight see & have a dip in the crystal clear waters. Then on the way back, get to jump off the boat in a few more spots. We had lunch included & all drinks except Alcoholic ones. All round a good trip to do. There are lots of other trips available. One day we took the bus to Icmeler down the coast a few miles. You can hope on a mini bus for a round trip for 2 people for about £3. We took another bus trip to Turunc slightly dearer since it's past Icmeler round the coast about £7 return trip for 2 people. The bus climbs up to a about a thousand feet capturing some lovely views below & out at sea. Eating- Breakfast only eat at Speedy's Restaurant round the corner from the Hotel. All home made & fresh lovely. We tried 1 or 2 other places for the same price, but they were horrible so don't bother. The Breakfast most places works out at around £10 per person a bit dear inc a hot drink. Evening Meal- We went to 'Taj Mahal' on the main front near the beach a bit pricey, but well worth it. Arrived at the Fidan not our choice all due to Love Holidays hotel providers going bust, but on arrival we were taking to our room which was an attic room it was fine no complaints air con in bedroom & kitchen area . The pool is very small but never busy so loungers were always available, the pool bar men were very nice.. We ate breakfast a few times and was nice, until we had dinner and I ordered Chicken with Garlic on 1st bite I noticed the chicken was raw, asked the waiter to take it away, he came back and asked if I wanted it well done seriously I said no, then came back asked if I wanted something else and I said yes please lasagne...after our meal we went to pay our bill and noticed that the chicken meal was still on our bill my husband took this up with INGRAD who sits there all day /night taking the bill payments, we challenge why the chicken meal was still on our bill Her Reply was the chicken was OK, she said she tried it then on us challenging her she said I never looked at it make your mind up INGRAD she was the most rude woman I've ever came across , told me if I put a bad review she would not remove the chicken meal from our bill I just laughed. The maids are lovely but room needs to be cleaned as in mop floors that was never done I had to ask, only bad thing I could say and never removed any rubbish bags from the room. On eve before leaving we asked if we could keep our room on and and the reception girl quoted us 40 without a smile dour face bugger same face every day , so we left it and approached the evening staff who quoted us £30 what a laugh but we were happy with that. . .can I just say we have been coming to marmaris fir 20yrs and have never had any problems.

My plans suddenly changed and I made a reservation, but they were very kind and accommodating. The room was new and clean, the location was great, the price was cheap and it was spacious! The owner's brother and the woman working there were also very kind and it was a good memory. Please note that the bass from the club next door is really loud and there is no elevator. I was tired from traveling, so I thought I might not be able to sleep, but when I woke up, it was morning, but if you are the type of person who can't sleep when it's noisy, it may be difficult. As for the elevator, the owner helped me carry it after checking in, so that was solved! It is within walking distance of the marina for Rhodes, and there are many restaurants and shops nearby. I highly recommend it for those who don't mind the noise!

Just got back from a two week stay, our second visit this year. Another lovely time was had by us all. From the maids, reception and bar staff to cooks, we couldn’t fault any of them. All so pleasant and helpful. Pool very refreshing, not many parasols though, so if your a pool person and like shade, then you’d have a problem staying here. All new loungers since June. Never got hassled to stay and drink/eat at the hotel and wasn’t a problem to eat/drink around the pool area if we brought stuff from outside. Rooms are lovely, but still some water retaining in the bathroom whilst showering, so you have to be careful. Breakfast was the same as June. Two drinks (tea, coffee, soft drinks, hot chocolate) cheese, beans, egg on toast or Turkish breakfast. Suited us as we’re not big breakfast eaters and I liked the fact it was served until 11am. Music is very loud but turned down at midnight, however, there’s two surrounding bars blasting music until quite late. It never affected us, but it did bother my son up in the top floor as his room was right opposite shake bar. Rooms were cleaned every day and we had fresh towels/toilet paper/toiletries stocked up without ever needing to ask. Would definitely stay again, providing the price is right.

The hotel where we stayed as a family for one night. The pool and its surroundings were generally neglected, the breakfast was average, there is no elevator service, there is no ventilation in the room, there is insufficient ventilation in the bathroom. Softener should definitely be used for towels. The towels in the entire room smelled of age, it was very disturbing. The air conditioner was problematic, it could not cool the interior due to the insufficient gas in the air conditioner, it was blowing like 22 degrees at 18 degrees, and we could hardly sleep at night because of the heat. The staff is friendly and helpful, but the facility is not like the photos, I think different hotels can be preferred for the same price. Although it was opened in 2019, the rooms got old quickly.

We had a short but very relaxing stay at this hotel. The staff was very courteous and helpful. Our room was quite large (~35m²). It was very clean and well maintained. The entire facility was also very clean and well maintained. The breakfast (included in the price) was as usual and very tasty. According to the hotel staff, no pets are allowed, which is contrary to what was stated when booking. We travel with our dog and have specifically looked for hotels where pets are allowed and welcome. When we showed this to the employees, they didn't refuse to let us and our dog, of course, and so we had two very nice days there. We would love to visit this hotel again.

The beach is a 15 minute walk away (About a mile), which we didn't mind since we enjoy walking a lot. Beaches are nice, with a lot of Restaurants & sunbathing spots along the shore. The marina is to the left, which takes you to all the Yachts & 15th Century Castle. We took a boat trip to Cleopatra Island, that was lovely with all the history. You disembark on the Island, and have about 2 hours to sight see & have a dip in the crystal clear waters. Then on the way back, get to jump off the boat in a few more spots. We had lunch included & all drinks except Alcoholic ones. All round a good trip to do. There are lots of other trips available. One day we took the bus to Icmeler down the coast a few miles. You can hope on a mini bus for a round trip for 2 people for about £3. We took another bus trip to Turunc slightly dearer since it's past Icmeler round the coast about £7 return trip for 2 people. The bus climbs up to a about a thousand feet capturing some lovely views below & out at sea. Eating- Breakfast only eat at Speedy's Restaurant round the corner from the Hotel. All home made & fresh lovely. We tried 1 or 2 other places for the same price, but they were horrible so don't bother. The Breakfast most places works out at around £10 per person a bit dear inc a hot drink. Evening Meal- We went to 'Taj Mahal' on the main front near the beach a bit pricey, but well worth it. L’olive homes da odama ilk girdiğimde kendimi Sidi bou said ( Tunus ) de bulunan o muhteşem beyaz mavi konseptteki evlerden birinde hissettim.Burada mavi renk yerine ahşap renginin sıcaklığı tercih edilmiş,odamız tertemiz ve kullanılan malzemeler oldukça kaliteliydi.Malzeme kalitesi kullanılan yatsan yataklarından kendini belli ediyordu.Kaldığımız oda 1+1 konseptinde yeterli genişlikteydi.Her şey max 4 kişinin yararlanabileceği şekilde düzenlenmişti.Salon kısmında duvardan açılan çift kişilik yatakla 4 kişinin de konforlu bir uyku çekmesi garantilenmişti.Genelde bu tür konaklamalarda salonda bulunan yatakların kalitesi düşük olduğundan,salonda kalanlar mağdur olabilmekte ve rahat uyku uyuyamamaktadırlar.Fakat L’olive homes da 4 kişi için de kaliteli bir uyku garanti.Tatiana hanım ve Sevil hanım güler yüzle bizleri karşıladı ve her karşılaşmamızda bir ihtiyacımızın olup olmadığını sorarak kaldığımız süre boyunca ilgilendiler.Geliştirilmesi gereken bir kaç detay ise pencere ve balkon kapı doğramalarının gözden geçirilmesi çünkü dışarıdaki ses içeriye oldukça fazla geliyor.Bir sonraki Marmaris ziyaretimizde de burayı tercih edeceğimizi söyleyebilirim.

Arrived at the Fidan not our choice all due to Love Holidays hotel providers going bust, but on arrival we were taking to our room which was an attic room it was fine no complaints air con in bedroom & kitchen area . The pool is very small but never busy so loungers were always available, the pool bar men were very nice.. We ate breakfast a few times and was nice, until we had dinner and I ordered Chicken with Garlic on 1st bite I noticed the chicken was raw, asked the waiter to take it away, he came back and asked if I wanted it well done seriously I said no, then came back asked if I wanted something else and I said yes please lasagne...after our meal we went to pay our bill and noticed that the chicken meal was still on our bill my husband took this up with INGRAD who sits there all day /night taking the bill payments, we challenge why the chicken meal was still on our bill Her Reply was the chicken was OK, she said she tried it then on us challenging her she said I never looked at it make your mind up INGRAD she was the most rude woman I've ever came across , told me if I put a bad review she would not remove the chicken meal from our bill I just laughed. The maids are lovely but room needs to be cleaned as in mop floors that was never done I had to ask, only bad thing I could say and never removed any rubbish bags from the room. On eve before leaving we asked if we could keep our room on and and the reception girl quoted us 40 without a smile dour face bugger same face every day , so we left it and approached the evening staff who quoted us £30 what a laugh but we were happy with that. . .can I just say we have been coming to marmaris fir 20yrs and have never had any problems.

Just got back from a two week stay, our second visit this year. Another lovely time was had by us all. From the maids, reception and bar staff to cooks, we couldn’t fault any of them. All so pleasant and helpful. Pool very refreshing, not many parasols though, so if your a pool person and like shade, then you’d have a problem staying here. All new loungers since June. Never got hassled to stay and drink/eat at the hotel and wasn’t a problem to eat/drink around the pool area if we brought stuff from outside. Rooms are lovely, but still some water retaining in the bathroom whilst showering, so you have to be careful. Breakfast was the same as June. Two drinks (tea, coffee, soft drinks, hot chocolate) cheese, beans, egg on toast or Turkish breakfast. Suited us as we’re not big breakfast eaters and I liked the fact it was served until 11am. Music is very loud but turned down at midnight, however, there’s two surrounding bars blasting music until quite late. It never affected us, but it did bother my son up in the top floor as his room was right opposite shake bar. Rooms were cleaned every day and we had fresh towels/toilet paper/toiletries stocked up without ever needing to ask. Would definitely stay again, providing the price is right.

Oda büyüklüğü ***et yeterli, Selimiye merkez çarşıya yürüme mesafesinde, ilk geldiğinizde aracınızı otoparka koyup, daha sonra hiç ihtiyaç duymayacağınız bir otel. Tekrar Selimiyeye geldiğimizde yine burda kalırız.

The hotel where we stayed as a family for one night. The pool and its surroundings were generally neglected, the breakfast was average, there is no elevator service, there is no ventilation in the room, there is insufficient ventilation in the bathroom. Softener should definitely be used for towels. The towels in the entire room smelled of age, it was very disturbing. The air conditioner was problematic, it could not cool the interior due to the insufficient gas in the air conditioner, it was blowing like 22 degrees at 18 degrees, and we could hardly sleep at night because of the heat. The staff is friendly and helpful, but the facility is not like the photos, I think different hotels can be preferred for the same price. Although it was opened in 2019, the rooms got old quickly.
