The house has 6 rooms for renting and we had the ensuite one which is about 35 sq. M. Its pretty new and high standard. We can also use the kitchen and other common areas. The whole house is about 300 sq. M. The location is about 25 minutes drive frim CBD. There is no supermarket within walking distance. Also the streets are narrow and has many parked cars because there are many similar share housing. Overall the stay is very enjoyable.

Location is in the city of Parnell, more than half an hour's walk from the CBD. This is the palace of the Queen of Tonga. It is a relatively simple holiday home, 3 floors, wooden structure, high lift, kitchen to cook by yourself, shared bathroom - good hot water, washing machine, garden. There is a supermarket nearby. If you want to cook for yourself, you can go back and buy ingredients. There is also a very lively street nearby, with some cafes, restaurants and small shops. Less than five minutes walk, you can go to the Holy Trinity Church and St. Mary's Church. Overall is good. The service is basically invisible, the store is small, and no service personnel can be seen. Upon arrival, the room was ready and clean. Other self-help is just fine. There is a small heating in the house, very intimate.

It was a very comfortable B&B suite. I arrived that night. It was a surprise the next day when I opened the curtains and saw the yard. The lamb would come over when people came by and even touch its head. Breakfast is available in the refrigerator, and the eggs are all produced by their farm. An electronic brochure is issued before check-in, which contains various useful information. The only problem is that the flat iron roof is a bit noisy when it rains. I had jet lag on the first day, so I didn’t get much sleep. Later I discovered that most B&Bs in this country have iron roofs, so I got used to the jet lag.

The bed was really comfortable. Everything was good. Staff was vey nice and helpful. However there was one thing that disappointed me so much, the elevator was not working. I choosed this hostel because I have a huge and heavy luggage and the hostel's detail show that there is an elevator in the hostel but when I arrived the staff told me that it's broken and under repair around 1 month already. I felt like I was scammed by the advertisement but luckily the receptionist come and help me carry my luggage. Anyway, please update this information to customer if I was informed about it in advance I might not be this disappointed.

As soon as I arrived in the area I wasn't feeling very comfortable however the lady at the reception was very nice and generally the people at the hostel seemed quite chill. Loveeeeeeee the huge outdoor tub for hot spring! Room is considered very clean although there are some spiders and cobwebs around, but this is normal and acceptable since the outdoor tub area is of nature settings. Tub is very clean too btw. The huge sofa and beds are very comfortable. Kitchen has a microwave oven which is very convenient although we didn't use it. Location is right beside some eateries and a supermarket (the fried chicken and fries are very nice in the supermarket!). A 5-10mins drive to Helensville with another supermarket and more eateries. Tried the sushi shop and thai food, both are good. Overall we had a great stay and would like to thank the friendly host too!

The room is comfortable and warm, especially the furniture is very distinctive, the facilities are relatively complete, you can buy food to cook, the landlord is very enthusiastic, opened the heater early, we feel very warm as soon as we enter the room
