|3.53km from city centerWe went as a family and had a very enjoyable lunch. Our lunch was served to us in pristine condition and it was really very enjoyable. Indeed the sandwiches I had were not fully on the menu but they were able to make me a sandwich of my choice, which was very enjoyable indeed. we were well looked after and the staff were excellent. Coming to see if we needed anything more and getting me a top up of coffee. It was very nice indeed thoroughly enjoyed ourselves and will definitely be back. Ryan, McCartney.

|3.17km from city centerI did not expect the street where this hotel is located is very expensive, this is a very cost-effective hotel, the price is right, there is breakfast, the most important thing is that the old man of reception is very nice, very fond of looking for someone to speak, a pure English, I heard it very well. And also introduced us to a very beautiful driving route, I give the super five stars praise!

|3.59km from city centerThe boss is very friendly, makes breakfast in person, and will chat with you when eating. The room and bathroom are very clean, the bus goes directly to the door, and I will definitely stay here next time. The score is really well deserved.

|0.79km from city centerTerrible experience staying here from start to finish, after being cancelled two days before we were due to stay in dream apartments st thomas hall they changed us to obel tower. I made a point we were travelling as a family with a 3 month old baby and needed a cot. Once we arrived to obel tower and were checking in the girl at recieption told us she thinks the keys she gave us should open the door to our apartment but if not come back down! That was the least of my problems even though that was terrible customer service not my job to check keys! We arrived at our room and the door was laying wide open, walked into apartment and it was freezing as all the windows were laying open bare in mind it was december! The blinds were hanging off the rails with blinds missing and as i wanted to feed my baby in privacy as there was a business block across from us with a man working in it i couldnt even close th blinds properly for some privacy as i fed my baby! Thats not all… there was a pair of socks laying on the sofa the room was disgusting stains all over the floor and only the fact me and my fiance had a alcoholic drink we would have went home the cot was rotten the bed covers were dirty, there was no toilet roll in the apartment absalute joke of a place and i paid £98 to stay there! It ruined my weekend i couldnt wait to go home. So once i got home i emailed the apartment and a man brian sinclair then phoned me i told him about my stay and he was very apologetic and told me to send over the photos i had took of the apartment he told me he would get back to me with how they were going to resolve this problem…. I waited and waited and rang and emailed multiple times and noone has ever got back to me terrible customer service so i warn people stay clear from there its disgusting!!

|3.9km from city centerReally good B&B on the edge of Belfast which is close to shopping centres and the motorway. The rooms are spotless, large and comfortable. The on site kitchen is an excellent addition with some items available all day long on a help-yourself basis. Quiet and peaceful, great WiFi and a fantastic host in Vivian. Will definitely be returning soon!

|1.82km from city centerGreat little spot relatively close to the city centre. We walked into the city in about 20 minutes! It’s a self check in and check out system with very clear instructions and opportunities for help if needed. The room is very clean with a nice en-suite. Would definitely stay here again and recommend to others.

|4.18km from city centerMeet Michael when I checked in Saturday evening around 6pm if found him not to be friendly I was checked into room no 2 it was a spacious room it had a double and single bed and the room was cold I felt the radiators and they were lukewarm I had to take the duvet cover off the single bed to keep me warm. I went down to the breakfast room for 8am and pump into Michael and he told me just help yourself and he disappeared I discovered I wasn’t going to be served a cooked breakfast and this wasn’t explained to me when I checked in I had to served myself with a continental breakfast as Michael wasn’t around to explain to me. Overall I have traveled all over the world and stayed in various hotels and B&B this is the worst experience I had I will certainly not be returning here again and will not be recommending this B&B to my friends.

|2.22km from city centerHaving stayed in the apartments several times on business trips, the flexibility of an apartment at hotel prices is just fantastic. The team have always been super helpful, dealing with anything including me missing a flight! The apartments are well stocked on cooking equipment, they are clean, quiet and have become a home from home when working in Belfast. I've never used the car park, but given there is one and the location, that just adds to the value for money. I would heartily recommend considering the apartments over the local hotels as this just makes a trip to Belfast that little bit easier with the flexibility of accomodation.

|1.84km from city centerOriginally booked Obel 64 on Belfasts riverside for a short stay to celebrate my husband's birthday. Had our transport, restaurants and itinerary for our trip all pre planned and most of it pre booked prior to arriving only to have a message late the night before travelling to tell us they moved our reservation to another location due to ”unforseen circumstances” no other explanation. St Thomas Hall was the opposite side of the city centre to where we should have been staying and there was apparently no other options for relocating us and it was also non refundable. I therefore spent the night prior to travelling, rather than getting a good night sleep, cancelling/amending all our travel arrangements for the whole trip, and reorganising our restaurants and itinerary. Although they upgraded our room to include an extra bedroom, I ended up spending much more money because of the additional transport and cancellation/amendment fees. The good bits - reception staff I spoke to to get key code was friendly and polite, accessing the apartment was easy, the apartment itself was spacious, modern and clean. I had organised a birthday package on arrival for extra which included prosecco, a cake, balloons and banners which was very nicely done 👍, the beds and sofas were comfortable and the bathroom and kitchen had everything we needed, there were some take away and sit in food establishments nearby including a mini coop, regular buses to city centre from bus stop just down from apartment. The not so good bits - no longer had the river view or the main attractions within a reasonable walking distance for my 9 year old son (which were the whole reason I booked Obel 64), ALL the internal doors were so loud/squeaky and no door stoppers provided to prop them open which was not so good through the night, there were only 2 pillows provided per double bed and may as well not have had any as they were so flat and thin, one of the bedroom door handles was loose and threatening to fall off, as the property is on a main road there was so much loud traffic right into the early hours and the windows didn't do much to dampen the noise (should have brought my ear plugs). Overall experience was very mixed. The apartment itself was comfortable enough and served the needs we had for our short stay, however, it's absolutely not the property or location I would have booked for our particular stay and having read other reviews it seems to be a regular thing which is very worrying and it was a very stressful experience. On that basis I'd be wary booking again.

|1.89km from city center#Praise#Satisfied with the cleanliness of the toilet, Wi-Fi; Belfast used to have free parking on the street. In fact, the environment inside is still good. I called in full English to find the door. In fact, there is no front desk for self-check-in. I will send you a check-in email.
