Room was very clean, spacious, and safe. The room itself is very chic and if your an aesthetic person, you would love it. Location is very accessible to everything. Around 10-15 mins of walking to a metro station and, likewise, to the nearest mall. The only downside of this is the amenities. No elevator and no bidet but its not a thing for european countries so expect it in all hotels and apartments but they have washing machine and a flat iron

Good value for money, the double bed room is spacious and comfortable, and the hotel staff is very friendly. Breakfast doesn't have much but tastes good. The location of the hotel is very good. It is very close to the city center and the check-in area. It can be reached on foot, but it is quiet in the middle of the hustle and bustle and is directly opposite the police station. However, the day tour charges at this hotel are relatively high, 50 to 100 lari more expensive than going directly to a travel agency. You can make a comparison before choosing.

Shota Rustavalli Boutique Hotel, Tbilisi, Georgia: The most luxe of our stay in our whirlwind, super-tiring travels through Azerbaijan, Armenia and Georgia, we were looking forward to well-deserved pampering here and daily warm bath tub soaks. I’m one for authentic reviews so here goes. The start of our stay was terrible. Water was cut off in this part of town - mind you, we were next to the Parliament of Georgia, how dare they. So there was no water for the day. If you have just arrived, smelling far from English Gardens and sweaty, this is the end of your world. We were given mammoth water bottles for wipe downs. Water was up the next day. It isn’t the hotel’s fault, really. However, there were more shortcomings. We had full-day trips out of city and were too exhausted to complain. Our door didn’t open or close easily, like there was a misalignment. Room smells like sewage in the evening. Shower gel ran out and housekeeping didn’t top up. This was mortifying as we had an early day trip out and housekeeping didn’t start till 7.30 am as I was informed via Whatsapp, but reception said 9 am. AC is always parked at room temperature, sometimes warm. Pool, gym and sauna are out too and unannounced on site. I’m listing the litany of crimes so management can sort this out as the poor staff get the lambasting. Gocha was very sweet and explained as much as he could with the water cut-off. Ana was our thumbs-up favorite with 360-service recovery. She arranged for a birthday cake for my son. Also a complimentary bubbly breakfast. Also so kindly extended our check out time (although there was a power cut for a good hour, we were nonetheless grateful). The great merits here are the location – this is smack right in the city, we even stood next to the protestors at Parliament of Georgia. Restaurants, bars, cafes, shopping, museums are all around, within a short walk. There’s 10% discount on dining and free Georgian wine (you’ll be drinking it like water in Georgia). It did all end on a very sweet note – thank you Ana. #eatstylishtravelstylish

Men and women stay in the same room. The person working at the hotel was an Azerbaijani Turk, and since I was also Turkish, we got along well. The hotel is very iconic and has three toilets, a huge kitchen, very clean and very reasonable for the price.

Great hotel, great location, nice aroma in the lobby right when you enter the hotel. Concierges are always ready at the door, there is underground parking. Breakfast is a buffet, there is a large selection of food. The room was cleaned every day, water/tea - everything as it should be. The staff is responsive, the only thing is that they do not speak Russian, although this is indicated in the hotel description.

I made a 3-night reservation for separate orders. When I explained that my room type was different to communicate, the front desk said that I didn't need to change the room on the first night, and I changed the room on the third night. After I returned to the hotel at 4pm the next day, the front desk told me to move everything in my room to another room as I booked different room types for the second night, including private underwear, private bed linen pillowcase, private toothbrush, towels, etc. (The change path needs to go through the entire lobby area and transfer to the elevator). Entering the new room, I found my bag with a neck pillow on the ground, underwear hanging against the toilet wall, and the bed sheet pillowcase placed directly on the sofa instead of the bed. I very much mind that everything I have got dirty. The room type for the second night was given to the room above the bar restaurant. After 10 o'clock, the music still rang again and again. I couldn't sleep. I lay on the bed and turned on the bedside lamp and saw a white spider. After reflecting to the front desk, he said thank you for your comments. Then it was over and I didn't sleep well all night. Retreat the room for the third night.

Стены очень тонкие, шумоизоляции нет совсем - утром, когда особенно хочется поспать в тишине, слышишь топот, громкие голоса соседей и других постояльцев. В отеле в частности пребывали иностранцы (очень шумные😁). Был включён завтрак - довольно вкусно и разнообразно. Персонал на кухне русскоговорящий, вежливый и приятный.

Without water. Everything is just great, the place, the service and the staff. They speak Georgian, English and Russian, maybe others too, but these 100%. The staff is friendly and very attentive. The breakfast is full, you can make up any you want. The products are fresh and high-quality. No one cares that you put sour cream in your soup bowl, the main thing is to eat everything. There was even dried melon, of course, it is an acquired taste, but it was there. Lots of dried fruits and fresh fruits, a full range of dairy products - from sour cream and cottage cheese to yogurt and milk. The view from the window is simply gorgeous, and if you also look out... The area of ​​the hotel itself is very colorful. The time spent in Old Tbilisi will be a good memory and will motivate you to return to Georgia and admire the rest of the beauty of the country. I was there only one full day and a little bit of the second. I spent two nights in total. Regarding the price - it suited me, because I don't mind spending money for vivid impressions. We booked this hotel last minute as we arrived to Gerogia and we're not happy with the first hotel we initially booked. And, guess what, Khedi Hotel by Ginza Project did not disappoint us. The hotel is nice and cozy, the amenities are complete and good, the room is nice with variety of options in the mini-bar, the staffs are very accommodating and helpful. We arrived and had been offered with complimentary drinks. The breakfast was a top-notch in Khedi Restaurant, a lot of breakfast options and good restaurant ambiance with the view of the city. Additionally, special thanks to Nikolai from Reception for helping us. My husband was sick and we badly needed a medicine from the store, he's been very helpful and he make sure we're okay. We will definitely come back with the whole family next winter and definitely to Khedi Hotel.

Nice hotel & Nice rooms. Our room had a View of the Freedom Square and it was really wonderful to see the Saint George Monument from our windows especially in the night. Wonderful hotel but just one negative that a four star hotel like Marriott doesn't have a bellboy to pick up & drop off luggage. It seem quite weird and didn't expect it. However, apart from that the stay was just wonderful. The room with freedom square view is worth the price.

Very clean and cozy apartment in the city center! Metro is 5 minutes walk away. Near the apartment there are grocery stores and restaurants for every taste. The apartment has many warm light fixtures to create local lighting as you like according to your mood. The kitchen has all the utensils for cooking. There is a microwave oven and a stove for cooking. There is a washing machine, dryer, iron and ironing board. Contactless check-in and check-out. Friendly owner of the apartment, promptly responds to all messages. I highly recommend this apartment. and will come back again when I am in Tbilisi again!

Last night I landed late and checked in at 1.00am. When I arrived at the hotel, a tall European male staff asked me “who are you” and was very unfriendly. I didn’t want to cause any trouble so I talked to him nicely. I came with my boyfriend and my bag. Anyone who saw me would know that I was a tourist. After entering the hotel, he checked me in for more than 40 minutes and couldn’t find my booking. He behaved very badly throughout the check-in process and even charged me even though I had already paid on the Tip.com app. in the morning , at 8.55am in the morning, he opened my bedroom. It was a terrible day in Georgia. He made me feel suspicious and unsafe here. Please let the hotel handle this matter with this person. Because this man’s behavior is very unsafe for tourists. Or is it because he sees me as Asian, so he bullies me? Your hotel is a very good hotel. I don't think your hotel should be ruined by people behaving in such an unsafe way towards customers. The first night I was hoping to relax and start my Christmas break, but the first time I encountered something bad like this. I am very disappointed and sad.

Stayed here for 1 night before our flight return and it was a nice hotel with a green garden area around the property. Hotel staff seemed very busy with their own conversations among themselves in the restaurants when we tried to order coffee. The female staff at the reception was not able to recommend any areas nearby however during our check-out we were very pleased with the male staff who was able to recommend me and my friend a local restaurant nearby and more places in the city near by.

This time we were disappointed with the choice of hotel: the hotel is tired and the service leaves much to be desired. This is our second time staying here. I liked it last time. We warned in advance that we were moving in after the wedding and we were on a honeymoon. At the reception they said that they saw our comment and offered us to pay for the wedding package. No amenities from the hotel. When asked about afternoon tea, they said that it was also a separate paid option. We had a club room which included coffee, tea and biscuits all day. There is no variety compared to other hotels. The room is very tired and needs renovation. We went to the spa. In a huge multi-storey hotel there is a small sauna for 6 people and the same hammam. The Jacuzzi didn't work. There are only 2 in the recreation area!! sun lounger The pool is on a separate floor and has cold water. Unfortunately, the hotel is not worth the money. We were left disappointed.

Hotel we liked! Location is good! Administration is just super! Very good, good women! From big pluses - later eviction, until 3:00.
