I could enjoy nothing with the view. It was different what I expected.
Dirty bathrobes, and maybe reused paper cup, and even didnt change towel fully, one was on the handle. Bathrobes were mess as you can see in the picture.
I was wondering if someone didn't finish cleaning and forgot.
And the most shocking thing was dirty paper cup, there were coffee marks on leads.
I stayed here for 2 nights and found this cleaning situation late time so I didn't call the reception. But when I told the receptionists with checking out, they apologized and offered free taxi ride to central station.
But seriously this hotel should improve the cleaning services.From$58

Our visit started with a hiccup but the staff solved the issue like pros. The result was more than satisfactory. We had such a pleasant stay in this new and modern hotel that was right in the middle of the old town without being affected by the noise and liveliness that comes with such areas. The rooms were spacious and impressively clean. We stayed in a connecting family room so the pre-teens get their own space and we got our space as parents. The hotel offered complimentary water and juices in the fridge which is something I have not seen in many other hotels. We were also able to park the car just next to the hotel (for a reasonable fee) which made our visit smoother. Already planning a new visit to the hotel :)From$70

Very good location and within walking distance of the “Stare Miasto” (old town). Paid parking behind the hotel. Per day, PLN 60. However, this requires circling the hotel, which could be annoying in bad weather. I liked the hotel, breakfast international and sufficient. I'll be back 👍From$66

Zachod Gdansk|11.99km from city center
It is located at the airport, just in front of the arrival and departure hall. I stayed one night only, in order to make my early departure more comfortable. The hotel is fairly new and its quality meets the Hampton hotel standards. I would like to underline some positive points. First of all, the state of maintenance is perfect and the cleaning is just as perfect, two things that are often not to be taken for granted in airport hotels, which are subject to an intense turnover of guests who spend only one night there. Secondly, although the rooms are not very large, a very rational design optimizes the space available, so that everything you need is there and, at the same time, there is ample space to move: it is therefore possible to define the comfort of the room as very high, like in a more luxuriant hotel. Thirdly, the staff are exceptionally welcoming, friendly and even smile at you, things that are not so common neither in airport hotels nor in this part of Poland; this greatly improves the quality of the stay. All these positive features convinced me to give this hotel the very high rating of 5. I come now to the details. The room equipment is very complete, including ironing facilities, coffee-making facilities, the safe and, in the bathroom, even an electric dryer for laundry. Coffee, tea and drinking water are provided. All bathroom products are abundantly available. The beds are large and comfortable, there is a large work-table and relaxation is guaranteed by a comfortable armchair with footrest. The lighting is very abundant (unlike many of the latest generation hotels, where the lighting is poor and insufficient), and the air conditioning works perfectly (another very positive fact in an age where air conditioning is often rationed for economic reasons). Like in all Hampton hotels, the buffet breakfast is included in the room rate: it is reasonably good and abundant . There is a business centre in front of the reception, with a very large table for meetings, one computer and good connection to Internet. Connections to Gdansk and other nearby cities are easy and practical. From/to the center of Gdansk you can take bus no. 210, which passes right in front of the airport and ends the ride at the Central Railway Station (“Dworzec Głowny”). The ticket costs 3.80 Zloty (equivalent to approximately € 0.80 in April 2022) and can be purchased at the vending machine located on the bus platform. The bus runs twice an hour on weekdays and once an hour at the weekend; travel time is about 40 minutes. For Sopot, Oliwa or Gdynia you can take the train, which leaves the airport every 15 minutes; however, a train change in Gdansk is required. If you are coming from abroad and need to change money, you will find an exchange office in the arrivals hall, but the rates are not very favourable (on the day of my arrival the purchase rate of the Euro was 20% lower than the exchange parity ).From$119

I stayed here for three nights and had a good time. The hotel staff at reception, bar and housekeeping have been friendly and helpful throughout my stay. My room was quite, clean and comfortable, had a good size and was exactly as pictured on the home page. Only minus points are, that in some places the room could've used some renovation, but it was nothing major, nothing was broken or damaged. The location in the old town is very good, you can reach most sights by foot or tram from the station across the street. I'd definitely stay here again.From$65

Old Town Gdansk|0.85km from city center
Stayed here a couple of times recently and it has some really good things going for it but also some things to be aware of. Great location 10/15 mins walk from two different railway stations and within 5 mins walk of a number 9 tram stop, so many options to get from the airport to the hotel across bus , train and tram. I used a combo of number 110 bus then changed to tram The hotel itself is very modern and has two separate buildings. One has reception and restaurant / bar and the other is just rooms and a roof top sky bar which gives good views and something different if it’s a nice night Rooms are very comfortable and well appointed, great beds and potential for a good nights sleep, big tv but only two English channels which both only show rolling news. Usb and euro plug points by bed, small fridge, big bathroom with a walk in shower was very nice. I only had breakfast which was a great selection and very tasty and I’d recommend. Now the bad bits, on my most recent stay I was in the second building on 3rd floor and was kept awake till 4am by a private party in the rooftop skybar, if it was keeping me awake I wonder how bad it was for people on floors 4, 5 and 6. Going by the volume it must have been nightclub volume in the actual bar but my main issue with it is that the reception staff and manager could not have cared less about the impact on residents which was very disappointing, clearly they value the revenue from private more than the revenue from residents. So I would really recommend people check there is not a private function on in this hotel before booking. As a diamond member I’d have expected to be housed in the main building aware from this noise and to have the staff actually be bothered I sent an email in with feedback that has been totally ignored as well as a shrug of shoulders from reception staff My message to hotel is do not take residents for granted as they simply won’t return after a bad experience like this I am also still having to chase IHG reward points from over one month ago which simply isn’t acceptable. In summary great hotel and locations but staff and management related issuesFrom$59

Family holiday trip, staying at this hotel in Gdansk, this is a city center location, just on Amber Street, right outside, it is not far from all attractions, there is bottled water, no phone in the room, no kettle and coffee Machine, as you can freely enjoy tea or coffee with your room card in the lobby. The room is also good. Our room is an interior view room, the lobby lights are bright, the room has blackout curtains, and the breakfast is also good for me. Although not as good as a domestic four-star hotel, it was quite good during our trip. If there is a chance to go to Poland, this place is pretty goodFrom$69

As a Hilton Diamond I have stayed in many Hampton Inn's (as well as other Hilton's) and honestly I usually avoid them. With that said, the location of this hotel, the reviews and even the cost made it very attractive. On arrival which was MANY hours before check in. I had yet to mention my name or anything, I just asked if it was possible to check in early (even if in a few hours) and was accommodated without any issue. Ironically the person never even realized I was Diamond, never gave me snacks and all that stuff but I didn't care since I had a room MANY hours before the norm after an 8hr night train; I did receive the 'Diamond' stuff later and the person at reception apologized for not realizing it earlier or recognizing my status. Although I'd have preferred facing the front, it was a courtyard, very quiet, big room with a separate little desk area, large bed and little couch/chair. The room was very clean, the general service was great at the desk as well as in the restaurant. I am not much of a breakfast person (coffee YES!!) but the breakfast was plentiful with everything from meats, cheese, fish, hot buffet, waffles, cereal etc etc. One of the days I ate a little something and the food was fresh, hot and good. Location wise this hotel can't be beat, you are a 5 min walk to/from the waterfront, 5 min walk to the golden gate and I walked to/from the central station in 10-15 mins. Walking out the front there is a small parking lot and out the back there is a good little whisky place and a street of restaurants. 100% recommend this hotel and I will definitely be staying there again in the future.From$77

We asked the hotel to call us a taxi to the airport for 93 zloty and asked the driver why the price is so expensive. He even said that the hotel's car was a bite, regardless of the price. |0.81km from city centerWe arrived here on Monday, and I have to say we were struck straight away by its central location & waterfront views. We were so close to many restaurants, bars and museums etc, as well as the old town being only a 10 minute stroll away. However on the downside there was no air con and it was a particularly hot few days. We also felt the room was a little small as we could only access the bed from 1 side. The breakfast was very good and varied, although at busy times it could be difficult to find a table straight away. All in all we had a great stay in a good hotel in a truly amazing city. We shall return!

|1.09km from city centerThe hotel is in a convenient location near old town and on a quiet street. The rooms are nicely furnished with a small sofa, a couple of chairs, a desk and good lighting. The bathroom was clean with good shower pressure.
We used the sauna and the pool which are in the next building over. When we went at night it was pretty busy, the changeroom is for both men/women but the showers are separated.
The hotel had plenty of street parking when we stayed so we lucked out - the hotel has paid parking for 80 PLN to park in their parkade.
We found there wasn't much near the hotel except for a handful of restaurants and a convenience store. Lots of restaurants and shops are within a 5-10 minute walk so it is convenient enough.

|0.94km from city centerTravelled in August 2024 as a family group of 11 people with ages ranging from 13-75. We had 4 rooms, all with the same set up of a shower room, sleeping area and kitchen area with table on ground floor and mezzanine level with an additional bed. The hotel is housed in a former plant for manufacture of u boat engines and the new architecture reflects the old fabric and history of the building. The apartments were modern, clean and comfortable and the bathrooms were lovely. There was no housekeeping during our stay but as it was only 3 nights for us it didn’t prove to be a problem, but might be for longer stays. Reception desk were very helpful. Location is slightly outside the main tourist areas but was only 10-15 mins walk along the canal side to the edge of the old town and about 5-10 mins walk to the war museum. Entire ground floor of the building is a food hall with various vendors selling foods from every corner of the world and also a coffee shop and bar. This meant stress free eating as everyone could find something that they liked. There was inside and outside seating areas and we managed to find enough seats so we could all sit together even on Saturday night which was very busy. I would recommend this hotel for families

|0.66km from city centerFirstly the location of this place is great, right on Dlugi Targ and mid way between the Xmas markets and the riverside areas. You’re literally in the heart of the action and the price for 3 nights was excellent. The room was clean and spacious but very very warm on arrival (a nice contrast to outside but a little too hot). We didn’t have breakfast here but did have drinks on the terrace outside. Good service and lovely location with heaters provided. TV in the room was very small and had one English speaking channel that was just news. Not a big deal but it’s nice to have access to a few English channels or even Netflix in this day and age. There’s a well stocked mini bar in the room but again we didn’t use it. The only issue we had was on check out when they tried to charge us for bedding they claim they’d had to throw away. This was completely out of the blue and neither of us could for the life of us think what this was about. When challenged the reception staff had no details of this alleged damage even after making a phone call to housekeeping staff could provide no details. They ‘waived’ the charge not that we would have paid it but it left a very sour taste about our stay and for this I couldn’t recommend it. If you do stay take some pictures of your bedding before they’re changed or you may find yourself in the same position

They produced us with a fine of £200 for smoking on balcony and made up damages where they had no knowledge of as we had only just left the apartment. |0.99km from city centerAtmosphere 3/5: Hotel is quite modern, lacks that old ambiance that many hotels in old town might have. Rooms are clean and spacious. We stayed at seventh floor and got a nice view over the city and the river. Small plus was that hotel room had a good sized fridge with freezer compartment. Location 4/5 Located at the outskirts of the old town by the river. We liked the location. If you want to get to the main street Dluga its a five to ten minute walk but old town starts basically straight away. You can find good restaurants with just a few minute walk. Service 3,5/5: Everyone was nice and friendly especially at the reception! In restaurants waiters were a bit shy and english wasn't so great. However we didn't get any rude service by anymeans!! Food (breakfast) 2/5: Hotel has a restaurant called Zorba, we didn't eat there as we only had breakfast. Breakfast was okay. Quite small and basic setting. They had bread, yogurt, müsli, juices, coffee etc. You could also order bacon, scrambled eggs, crepes etc from the kitchen without extra fee. We ordered bacon and crepes which were quite basic. Drinks -/-: Hotel had a rooftop bar open at weekends. We stopped by there but didn't have anything to drink. Price 5/5: Very reasonably priced hotel! We paid 50-60 euros per night and were satisfied with the hotel! Overall 3,5/5: If you are looking for a reasonably priced, basic hotel I would recommend. If you want to stay in the heart of the old town in an old building maybe go somewhere else. Tip: I wouldn't pay extra for the breakfast, but rather spend that money in some nice breakfast place found in the old town.

So I had to go and get another card from reception to keep my milk and drinks cool. The fridge generated some heat so I thought it safer to leave the wardrobe door open at all times. Breakfast could be ordered from the Mexican restaurant next door but only from 09:00 - far too late!

|0.96km from city centerWe stayed at the Hotel Gdańsk Boutique beginning of July 2022, and it was marvelous. We are sorry we stayed there only for such a short period but want to return soon. The reception at the hotel was very friendly and helpful, but sometimes they didn't understand English well you had to repeat yourself. We were taken to our room, and everything was shown to us where is what, the facilities, the spa, etc. The room as such huge, and it had everything. A mini bar, TV, iron, everything. The shower was big as well, and towels and necessities were there. The room had wooden joists, and the noise traveled easily through it - hence we were woken up by the breakfast room's music and the room just above it. The breakfast is legendary. The biggest selection of everything. I don't think there is anything missing at breakfast. The hotel also has an adjusted restaurant where we highly recommend going. They have the best beer in Gdansk there. The hotel is in an excellent location close to the city center, and if you are into history, it's the right place to be. We don't usually go back to the same hotels and try out a new one - but we will return to this one. At checkout, we found out someone had already checked our room out (211) - hence the lower level of English of the staff. We used the service and left our luggage at the hotel for the whole day before collecting it for departure.

|0.41km from city centerAs a Hilton Diamond I have stayed in many Hampton Inn's (as well as other Hilton's) and honestly I usually avoid them. 100% recommend this hotel and I will definitely be staying there again in the future.

|1.02km from city centerStayed in Apartment 31 for 3 nights with my Girlfriend & we were very impressed! The apartment was safe, secure, quiet, had everything we needed & was comfortable. My girlfriend loved the decor too! The spa area was fantastic and open most the day until 11pm. Small, but we’ll presented & set out! Very clean too, just like the apartment & entire block! The apartment reception & spa staff were great! They couldn’t help you enough, even loaned us an EU phone charger & ashtray for the balcony. The only tiny issue was the steam room in the spa seemed to be broken. It smelt of damp/sewage when we went in, so quickly got back out. They did mention closing in a week for planned maintenance, so I assume it will get fixed & get brought back to the high level of the rest of the facilities . Very good location. Close to everything you would want or need but just enough away from the main centre (3-5minute walk) to avoid more/later noise. If you head to Gdansk, then here is highly recommended

|8.17km from city centerThis hotel is nice! Simple yet elegant. I had the chance to stay here on my way to Bydgoszcz. Staff are very friendly, accommodating, and polite. The hotel is clean, they change the towels everyday, and you can ask for your bed linens to be changed too. Breakfast is buffet style and there’s a great selection of food. The only problem is the hotel’s location if you are a tourist. The tourist spots are a bit far. But there’s a beautiful park nearby. All in all, this hotel is great! I enjoyed my stay!

|8.6km from city centerWe are residents of Marina, unfortunately you can't say anything good nt kitchen in the restaurant. Coming there for the weekend to go to the restaurant is a terrible need. A few examples; żuc- feel the raspberry ankle itself, the tlusa soup, there is not even a little acidity or a nut (as if cooked it by a person who never ate it). Macarones- alio olives, another example of the dish that someone who has no idea how to cook it well feel that there is little olive, little parmesan too much parmesan. Just bad. We ate hard and stinking pot. Pure potatoes with old potatoes. The staircase will only escape, but who in these times brings meat with grains of taste? Pizza is the last hope that something doesn't spoil noi again box, the cake is very moderate. The ingredients are a little better, pray back great pizzas just go once in a good place to feel like a good pizza. We have eaten fish, carbon pasta, pasta with real . These dishes are edible. This card is too hard for the cook. In fact, someone has no green idea what he is doing, these dishes are not good. If the kitchen was better people would come for dinner, and that's the sad need. The cook for the exchange. I personally have been reporting to the reception and the waiters every time, but it's hard to change something like the cook can't cook. There should be simple, fresh, fish on butter, delicious warm soups and not dishes that the cook probably never ate good. Sad waitresses who have to listen to all the comments and continue to apologize and propose a pie.

|0.85km from city centerStayed here a couple of times recently and it has some really good things going for it but also some things to be aware of. In summary great hotel and locations but staff and management related issues

|11.48km from city centerThe location is very good, very close to the airport, you can walk during the day. However, road facilities need to be improved, there are many potholes on the road, and there is no independent pedestrian trail for a section of the road.
The room is a bit compact, but the price is affordable, the bathroom is slightly narrow, and the bathroom glass is folded, which greatly optimizes the space.
The boss is very friendly and hospitable!
It is very convenient to check in with the password. You don't have to be afraid that the front desk will get off work. Because it is a plane that arrives at 12 o'clock, I chose this convenient hotel nearby.
Although there is no front desk, the service is also thoughtful!
