We had an awesome stay! There was a grand production for their light show, with almost a theme park attractions except for the rides of course. There was a playground, some walk-through domes and practically the trees and plants were wearing their best suite. We had a blast witnessing everything around us. I have to add that for a moment I was confused where I was. The show was almost like watching America’s Got Talent, some parts were cheerdance competition and a shift to a musical. It was unexpected and it’s spectacular! The room had an old vibe but well-maintained. There’s espresso machine available that I personally enjoyed. I think this is a new addition. It’s convenient and the coffee was good enough. Next day, the breakfast area was setup really beautifully. We had a great experience. The spread was ample and wide-enough. Everything that we tried was udelicious. Even the in-room dining that we had for dinner was commendable. Our requests were promptly carried out too. The checkin and checkout both took a long time than our usual experience but you know the team was doing their best. Still a pleasant service. We couldn’t miss the decors for the season so even for just an overnight stay, we went to Manor like we always do. It turned out to be a memorable and most enjoyable one!From$115

We requested the changes in our booking through Ms. Katherine Perez last Saturday, 18 May 2024. We informed her that since my sister and her husband confirmed to join us , hence we requested for the revision of our reservation. We told her we saw the ad that costs P7,500 in one room and we would like to avail that promo. She assisted us for the booking and informed us that we will be paying additional amount of P3,375.00 which we agreed to pay upon check in. She only emphasized to us that we can no longer avail for the privilege discount of the seniors since we are already availing the hotel''s promo. She even sent us an email as proof of the balance amount we have to settle.
However, when we arrived at the check in counter, they are already charging us extra for the 4th person which is not what was discussed to us by Ms. Perez. In the end, we are at the losing end and just have no choice but to pay because she was not allowed by Mr. Cabajar, Assistant Front Office Manager to speak to us to give clarification about the matter.
There's no problem for us to pay the right amount as long as it is properly disclosed with us in the beginning .
It is even our wedding anniversary that we chose your hotel for us to celebrate and unwind. We didn't expect that we will be disappointed in a way. Where is the saying that I just hope no more client/patron would ever feel the same way.From$99

Our stay was great, the staff were accommodating and kind. One thing to consider is that there is no air conditioning in the room (Baguio CIty has a very cool climate). While the lack of an AC unit is acceptable during the nighttime, it can be quite warm during the day - forcing you to open your windows. The air quality, despite being along the highway can be acceptable, but the noise from the vehicles can be heard inside the rooms when the windows are open.From$67

While the hotel has a lot of positives, there were a few factors that made my stay less than ideal.
First, the location is convenient, especially if you’re traveling by bus, as it’s right next to the bus station. However, that proximity comes with some downsides. It’s quite noisy at night, with people blowing whistles and random noise from the street. What really stood out was someone blasting techno music at 6 AM—definitely not the wake-up call I was hoping for.
On the plus side, the staff is incredibly friendly and welcoming. The rooms are clean and well-maintained. I also really enjoyed the breakfast—there was a good variety, and the quality was better than expected for a hotel breakfast.
Overall, if you’re looking for a clean, friendly place to stay with a good breakfast, Microtel delivers. Just be prepared for some noise if you’re a light sleeper, especially early in the morning.From$58

Hotel is right beside burnham park which makes it accessible. Session Road is about 15min walk away from the hotel. Staff is friendly. 24 hour front desk and spacious parking area. I would like to thank the staff for being so very helpful to my girlfriend and her relatives, for sorting out her triage for her medical to come to australia. There were a few things that she needed to do and the staff were on to this. So many thanks for you kind help. They enjoyed their stay and had a good few days courtesy of my wallet haha. The bathrooms to do with some paint, but everything went perfect and no complaints. I will be back on my next trip to stay there to do some sight seeing. From$35

The room was clean and tidy when we first arrived. You can just notice that the place is an old hotel but overall, it’s a good stay. The amenities are incomplete coz they don’t have slippers provided and you need to pay additional if you want to change the sheets and covers and blankets etc. The food is good and we enjoyed it. The CR is also nice but it’s hard to control the heater, you just leave it all to chance. The staffs are helpful and cheerful. The place is accessible to a loooot of scenic views and parks. While the hotel excels in providing a peaceful ambiance, the absence of an on-site restaurant or cafe is worth noting. Guests must venture out for meals, which can be inconvenient, particularly during inclement weather. Fortunately, a nearby restaurant, Arca's Yard, is within walking distance, offering a viable dining option.
A minor suggestion for improvement pertains to room readiness upon guest arrival. While our reservation was confirmed, we experienced a delay of approximately one hour before we could occupy our room, as it required cleaning. Ensuring rooms are prepared before guests arrive, especially for pre-booked accommodations, would enhance the overall guest experience.
For commuters like us, the jeepney terminal is right outside the hotel gate, so it's easy to go to the city center.

The room was also clean and comfortable, especially the bathroom it was spotless, with no signs of prior use or any foul smells. However, the lack of an exhaust fan meant that any odors stayed trapped inside. Additionally, the room had no windows that could be opened for fresh air circulation. While there was an air conditioner, it still felt like the air wasn’t circulating well.
Breakfast was just okay nothing special. The selection was quite limited, so you’re left with only what’s available. Compared to Elizabeth Hotel, which is more affordable and offers a more appetizing breakfast buffet with a wider variety, this was a bit of a letdown.
As for amenities, the hotel offers a jacuzzi and a heated pool, which is great in theory. However, their location in the middle of a restaurant makes it awkward to use since you’ll likely have an audience while swimming.
We also tried the Japanese restaurant on the mezzanine level. The food was good and affordable, but the sashimi was cut too thick about an inch which made it difficult to eat.
Despite these minor inconveniences, I highly recommend this hotel for its exceptional cleanliness. If cleanliness is a top priority for you, this hotel is a great choice!

We got King size bed (?), 1 TV, 1 electric fan, fridge and a small terrace with table and 2 chairs. No AC but no need since Baguio has its natural cooling system.
Only 1 bath towel and 1 blanket provided, we failed to asked for additional 😅. The gate closes by 10PM and during our last night, it was locked by 9PM. You may request for key if you'd come back late. Location wise, 8-9 minutes drive (taxi) from the center like SM, bus terminal etc.

Wifi is great and with the smart tv in room we watched movies in netflix with no lag specially since we are stuck in the room due to typhoon Paeng.

The front desks and security guards were very accommodating, the room is fine, there is no view, it's only a wall from the building beside. However, the room is located at 6th floor and it's clean and a good place to sleep and stay. There's a blower, refrigerator, microwave, Tv and the wifi connection is good. Initially the hot shower is not functioning, needed to call the maintenance to turn on the main switch since we didn't know the main problem. The keycard also is a bit disappointing coz it's not working on elavator, needed to call some assistance everytime we needed to go upstairs.

I feel like the unit was not maintained well. The floors were not swept good. It was dusty. The bathroom lavatory leaks and the water stays on the corners of the counter. Presence of spider webs out on the terrace and presence of little cockroaches. The front screen door does not close completely.
I know there was a 5 review, units are surely different from one another.
We have a good view of the mountain and below.
