We stayed for a week (7d 6n) It was a charming hotel that overlooks the mountainous Baguio City. Staff were accommodating, professional and friendly. My only downside is that there’s no shuttle to pick us up or drop us off to our preferred destination especially one night that we finished shopping at SM Baguio not so late at around 8 or 9pm and there were no taxicabs around. We were neglected by the SM’s dispatcher so freezing and inconvenient as it is, I called the hotel to pick us up since we were having a hard time booking a grab taxi. It is always drivers are busy all the time. The first lady at front desk wasn’t that helpful. She just gave a “wala na kaming magagawa” answer but the second front desk lady was accommodating and went the extra mile so kudos to her. Shout out to our housekeeper lady Grace who also is friendly and courteous and gave us all the amenities we needed. Replenished our sheets reqularly. Above all it was an above average stay but not as perfect since there were minor areas like, the bathroom sewer stinks, which I think they are aware of, no shuttle, the balcony is fine coz we were at the corner facing both the vines with some noisy construction workers chatting but tolerable and pine trees on your right. You have to lean over to get a good view but be extra careful for you might fall to your death. It was a charming and promising hotel. We might consider to comeback and tell this to friends, relatives and close loved ones.From$47

Our stay was great, the staff were accommodating and kind. One thing to consider is that there is no air conditioning in the room (Baguio CIty has a very cool climate). While the lack of an AC unit is acceptable during the nighttime, it can be quite warm during the day - forcing you to open your windows. The air quality, despite being along the highway can be acceptable, but the noise from the vehicles can be heard inside the rooms when the windows are open.From$65

This is our first time with Microtel by Wyndham Baguio. We stayed for 3 days and 2 nights with my family, we had an incredible experience. The area and room are clean, the lobby smells wonderful. The complementary breakfast was also good, the taste, servings, and selection were acceptable. The Wi-Fi is okay, but sometimes it's cutting in and out (we stayed on the lower ground). But one thing made this hotel superb is the people. The staff from the front desk are professional, reliable, and courteous. The housekeepers greet you with a smile, even the security guards are hospitable. The location was also a big plus. We will definitely be back. Keep it up 😀From$49

This is a hotel that your baby boomer parents & titas would like, mine certainly did. Design looks a bit dated (or that's what they are going for?), classic Baguio-feels, but facilities are maintained and staff are well-trained. They even got fresh flower arrangement decors and manicured gardens to boot. Hotel looks small at a glance but rooms are big on the inside. They can even accommodate two busloads of people without feeling cramped, even on breakfast. Speaking of breakfast, theirs is good, mostly Filipino dishes and more. What I liked the most is the design of the room. We were a group of 6 adults, a kid, and an infant, and we fit comfortably on their family room. They have a table which is nice for coffee (which they provide along with tea bags, cups, and an electric kettle). Being with a big group means a longer queue to a single bathroom, right? Not if you have two separate shower rooms and a door-separated toilet, which is a thoughtful touch along with providing basic toiletries. This is one of the reason I would most likely book here again since we usually go to Baguio with a big group. The only cons I see is that 1. there's no elevator going down to basement rooms, which might be an issue to seniors (my senior companions - 60ish, didn't mind the short flight of stairs though); 2. location is a bit far from city center/business district (it's nearer to Wright Park).From$47

Uploaded herewith is a photo of an advisory by Baguio Burnham Suites management regarding the LIMITATION in their supply of hot water. This photo was taken inside my hotel room, after I checked-in the hotel. The hotel management should have been honest enough to publish the same advisory in their website. I checked their website BEFORE booking a 9-night stay in their hotel. Had I read their advisory in their website at that time, I would NOT have booked a stay in their hotel at all! When I actually checked-in Baguio Burnham Suites hotel, I discovered that the problem with their supply of hot water was MUCH WORSE that what their advisory admits. The hot water failed literally everyday that I was there. Engineering came twice to try to fix the hot water problem, but the ”fix” did not last! I had to take FREEZING showers in the bathroom twice. This was because Baguio City has COLD weather and there was NO hot water. I asked myself, how about the men's restroom in the ground floor of the hotel? Does it provide hot water? I tested said restroom for 5-10 minutes. NO hot water. I had to check-out of the hotel, after a stay of only 3 nights. I did NOT use the remaining 6 nights of my booking. In a cold climate, NO reliable hot water! Unbearable!From$58

Been checking in here regularly since November for business purposes. This is actually a good hotel specially for a quick fix for a back to back meeting or a long days work. Rooms are clean and necessary sanitary protocols are intact specially being a rooms division manager and working in the industry for almost 12 years i can personally attest that they are maintaining cleanliness on their rooms... Wifi is good though you need to re log in every 5 min of down time,,, though again its good when in use... overall this hotel is really qualified for a 3-4 star review... unfortunately they hired a someone that pulls them down... a rotten apple mixed with good ones... their front office agent named “LYN” made our stay here terrible specially when shes on duty.. (We are having a pleasant stay though when shes on day off or areadly off duty) Take note that we are staying on this property for 5 or more times per month. At first meeting, she even mentioned they dont accept card transaction, as mentioned i told her that im a rooms div manager and i can see a credit card terminal, even offered to teach her how to use it. And yes!!! Its confirmed that she really doesn’t know how to use one. Next is fro a simple request for a simple shampoo, borrowing of extra slippers, all this request are all being denied by this front office agent named LYN... Oh did i forget to mention that its hard to contact the front desk when shes on duty on graveyard? Again we are exactly on point shes sleeping on duty!!! I just dont get the point why does lyn always ask for my id when checking in well in fact all of her colleagues does not do this as im already on their records,,, maybe she also doesn’t know to use the system... lastly we ordered food outside as their resto is close... ever since it is being directly delivered by their staff after the food is being handed to the fo... I dont know if her stupidity struck again and just decided to ask me to go down and pick it up even lying that she only has the guard with him,, after mentioning to her that its always being delivered here on our room, then instantly one of the hk guys gave it with all respect.. To the general manager of this eurotel property, maam / sir, this agent will pull your property down. I really hope that necessary actions will be done. I also understand that maybe she is just hired recently and lack of training is not given due to the pandemic. But being a seasoned hotelier, this type of attitudes are usually untrainable already specially for someone working upfront.. I guess we already know what im suggesting. The guy front office supervisor is someone to commend though adding the new hk male attendant,,,actually all of the staff except Lyn...again a rotten apple on a set of good ones.. 😔From$27

Best value for the space. Stayed here with friends years ago. Came back with family. Air conditioned room good for 5 adults and 1 infant. Upon entering the room, looks it had it shares of fun times already. But once the lights are open and blinds are up and Aircon is open the room feels more homey. They have ample parking space but best to get to park out the lobby. Basement parking is quite cramped and also stinks of cigarette even if there were a bunch of no smoking sign. The hallway also sometime smells like cigarettes. Initially was informed that breakfast was plated but it was buffet breakfast. Breakfast had cereals, chicken soup on both days, two kinds of rice, 3 kinds of viands, diy salad and two kinds of fruits. Coffee, hot chocolate, juice and water. Everything was edible but not that good. 😆 location is also good since baguio has number coding on weekdays. Having ascending part of session road closed was a bit hassle but easy to go around. Beds were comfy, restroom was clean enough. Elevator in hotel is not working 24 hours unless you have bags need to be lifted. Overall nice stay. Budget and comfort was hit 🎯From$43

Whenever we go to Baguio, we always stay at Forest Lodge. Why do we keep coming back? Because they will always make you feel at home. Sometimes unexpected situations come up and that’s the time you will actually witness what cuts this hotel above the rest.
I was recently diagnosed with asthma and since I wasn’t aware of all my triggers, I didn’t know that the fumes and the delicious smell from the kitchen would worsen my condition. Our rooms were close to the kitchen and I kept coughing so hard that my husband called the nurse. The manager (Neil Dominic), the nurse and the bellboy came to my rescue. They transferred us to a different floor in just a few minutes. The nurse checked my oxygen and even bought me my prescribed meds from the drugstore to make me feel better. After that, I was getting well already and yet, the manager and the nurse kept checking on us. They also told us that there is a standby shuttle ready to take us to the nearest hospital anytime. They delivered service beyond my expectations in such a short time. Our whole family feels we are really safe and well-taken cared of whenever we are there. Because of this, I will always call Forest Lodge my home in Baguio. Thank you so much for taking care of us during our stay there this Jan 2024. We look forward to seeing you soon.From$92

We stayed at 706 rm. We stayed there for an overnight since it is the nearest location of the event that I need to attend. I was embarrassed and disappointed during my check-in. I filled-in the form and when she (small girl with black blazer) asked for a deposit, I immediately went at the nearest ATM machine which is located across the street, I repeat, IMMEDIATELY. So typically, it did not took long for me to withdraw. When I came back, it seems she cannot remember me! Even asked again to fill-in their form and check my booking! When I went to my room, I did not expect an extravagant room since I only paid the room in budget. But, as a hotel room, AT LEAST THERE SHOULD BE A TELEPHONE. Yes, NO TELEPHONE INSIDE THE ROOM! I have to load my mobile phone to call the front desk! HAHAHAHA! Bidet is not present as well, but it is not a big deal for me. But I know some people will look for bidet inside of a hotel comfort room. At night, we thought we were sleeping beside a local market. LOUD VOICES FROM THE HALLWAY, BANGING OF DOORS, LOUD LAUGHS! Until morning, we can still hear them! Breakfast came, and we are not facilitated very well on where to seat. We have to stand inside of the buffet area looking for an empty table and chair. NO INITIATIVE FROM THE STAFF. Early in the morning but they look very tired and exhausted. I am embarrassed with my partner since he is also a hotelier, specifically as FOM in a five star hotel in Manila and I can see his frustration in his eyes. We did not initiate to voice out this during checkout because we just want already to leave this hotel. Well, it's up to you guys if you will not check these criticisms for you to improve your services. After all, numerous hotels are being constructed here in Baguio, and you should strive to be competitive enough to sustain yourselves in the hospitality industry.From$40

|2.02km from city centerI understand why this place had equal good and not-so-good reviews. If you plan to book a room, choose the ones with windows. The rooms are quite small to begin with and it would be worse if you take those locked-in inner rooms, which feel claustrophobic. We were quite unlucky to stay during bad weather, forcing us to stay indoors and there was basically nothing to do. You can't even while away the time with sightseeing. It is also important to have your own car if you book at this place. I think the jeepney routes don't pass the area and taxis are also few. Since it's quite far from the tourist spots with narrow, descending roads, don't expect a leisurely walk. There's not much to expect of the free breakfast, with limited choices of rice with either daing, corned beef or longanisa, served plated and in very small portions. Old Orange wood looks cozy and homey, if indeed it's your regular home, but not as a rented transient place, which I can imagine would be too cramped on a brisk booking day. Overall, don't expect too much.

|0.93km from city centerQuite disorganized. Triage slip - this is an important piece of paper that a traveller should always bring especially when going to Camp John Hay area. I was asked by the receptionist to hand her the triage slip when we were checking in. I thought it must be submitted to them that’s why it wasn’t returned to me. When we travelled to John Hay, we were blocked at the gate because we didn’t have it. We went back to the hotel and asked about it. The receptionist struggled to find it but eventually found it. Hotel luggage cart - we were about to go to our room and asked for assistance since we have a lot of bags/luggages with us. We waited for so long because they seemed struggling to find the cart, so we decided to go without it. Housekeeping request - on our third day, we called at the lobby to schedule cleaning and replacing everything that needs to be replaced. We were out the entire day and hoping the room is clean when we return, but to our surprise, nothing happened. A staff forcibly opening the door - early in the morning when we were still sleeping (and haven’t had enough sleep), someone was trying to open the door, and since it’s taking a while, I decided to rise up, went to the door and opened it. The staff apologized and said it was a mistake. I never got back to sleep and was not feeling well the entire day. Breakfast - I don’t know if it’s normal but I find it such a hassle to always get a coupon from the lobby daily, and present it to the cafe every morning. The time we plan to take breakfast everyday is also being asked. I know this is to manage/forecast the flow of requests, but one day when we weren’t able to show up on time, someone from the cafe called us to know what time we will eat. I appreciate the concern, but it was just about 8:30am, and what if we were still sleeping? We felt pressured to go down and eat, and that’s what we did. Friendliness - not all, but most of the staff are not used to greeting people. Other than these, there are still good things about this place, such as the location. It’s within the city center, so it’s easy to go around. The area feels safe as well.

|1.18km from city centerWe stayed at room 511. We requested for slippers and it was immediately given. Pillows have some hairs as if it's not changed. We had hard time turning on the tv. We need to very long press the on/off button in order to function, sometimes it won't function at all. Place is pretty decent. We rented the room for 12 days but we stayed for 8 days bec. we need to go to our province as unplanned. Two plastic bottles of water, 1 sachet of shampoo and 1 small bathsoap and 1 tissue was given. I requested for another 2 plastic bottles of water and tissue the other day and they gave it. If I will not request they will not issue anything, which means for the duration of 12 days, only the above mentioned will be given only once. No electric kettle but they have water dispenser on the 3rd floor hotel reception. Location is good bec. it's in the baguio central district.

|2.46km from city centerHotel Grande in Baguio exceeded all expectations! The location is excellent, especially for golfers, with easy access to nearby courses. The property is impeccably clean and well-maintained. We dined at Mizuki Japanese Resto on the second floor and were blown away by the delicious food—a perfect spot for family gatherings. The service was superb, and we even had the pleasure of meeting the chef! We also attended a function on one of the rooftops with a view over the golf course—truly a fantastic spot. The private tour of the property revealed a pool on the lower level, a hot tub on another rooftop, and lovely dining and meeting spaces throughout. Overall, Hotel Grande offers a complete package of comfort, luxury, and outstanding hospitality. Highly recommend for anyone visiting Baguio!

|1.39km from city centerWe had an overnight stay in this hotel and it was good. We booked the room with a balcony on a promo rate. The room is good for two but the 2 beds can accommodate 4. The room was big enough and it was clean. The linens were very clean, nice pillows, and clean bathrooms. Good wifi connections. It was also nice that hot and cold water dispenser is available just outside the rooms. Staffs were kind and pleasant. Upon checking in you have to sign some docs stating penalties for linen and bed stains and additional charge for extra hours. We are very careful while eating some take home foods but they were considerate of unintentional extra minutes or an hour. Their resto is just on the first floor in case you want to eat but lazy to venture outside. The hotel is walking distance to bus station, Session Road, SM, Burnham Park, and night market, so very easy if taxis are hard to find. Worth mentioning also is the outlet store at the ground floor of the hotel building that sells imported chocolates, goods, and other stuffs in discounted prices. Wasn't able to take some pics but overall we had a nice stay in this hotel.

|0.61km from city centerThe hotel is a boutique hotel and the theme/concept is good and has its appeal. We arrive after lunch and was told to wait for available rooms. No exact time was given but the girl at the reception was guessing around 3 which is beyond the standard 2 pm check in time.We waited by the reception area. After an hour I notice a newcomer who was able to check in so I went to the front desk about our room. The girl at the reception looked at me bewildered and ask me my name and seems at a lost. Another girl took over and after going through some papers, told us that we had a room. I wondered what would have happened if I didnt ask about it and just waited for them to approach us.
The room is ample sized with an overhead fan which was working well. The beds are comfortable. There was only 1 pillow though which was small. I immediatedly called the reception for additional pillow explaining that I had a medical condition that needed me to be elevated while sleeping. The receptionist says that she will get back to me but doubted there was anything available since they had full occupancy. The girl never got back to me. There was a study table at the corner of the room with access to power supply. There was no AC but this is Baguio so it doesnt matter. THere was no ref. THere was a water boiler but no coffee or tea packs which is chargeable. The bathroom is ample and functions well. Water pressure is strong. There was a pad and a pencil at the side table but the pencil is all worn out. (not sharpened)
Breakfast was at the 6th floor of the hotel. It was light and airy with a good view of the city. Choices were not much but food was good with an egg station, a salad bar and bread area. It was serviced buffet. Coffee was self serve and located in a corner of the room. One negative note here is that the sugar and creamer were served in bowls with teaspoons for customer to use. It would been more hygienic if they were in packets. Isnt there a covid protocol regarding this?
The physical structure (rooms. function rooms. coffee shop) were quite good and as mentioned appealing. However, service is really poor. From the check in part of our stay, to not getting back to me on my request, to breakfast service where the clean ups were done sloppily, much can be improved on. Our hotels have always been distinguished by good service and hospitality and sadly Orchard is pretty off the chart.

The location was beautiful and Wi-Fi was beautiful. While our experience was good, every pipe in the suite was leaking, if we turned up the water pressure high, the pipe would spring leak on its side and the water would spray all over the floor, and that’s for every pipe in the suite. Their amenities said they had laundry but when we asked they said they had no such thing and that we would have to find a laundry-mat, which took us an hour and half to find. We didn’t check out all the amenities but I won’t be surprised if there’s no such thing as horse back riding there, since I didn’t see a range or open space of horses.

The rooms are clean, the beds are similar to a standard hotel. I highly recommend getting the Garlic Longganisa for breakfast. It's yummy and includes freshly brewed coffee. The hotel is accessible to two spas (I forgot their names) but I know there was a spa that I had to walk up to a dark alley. Also, there is now a City Ordinance that prohibits Smoking, so to all smoking guests, make sure to start stopping now when you visit Baguio City.

|2.72km from city center10 I was intrigued by the photographs of this colorful, Victorian style hotel so we were looking forward to pur overnight stay last Oct. 4! The lobby is a sight to behold! Dazzling Chandeliers, a fairytale like ambiance filled with inviting stuffed sofas and Edwardian furniture, an over abundance of floral motif from the wall paper, the upholstery and the flower arrangements! Our friend commented that it feels like a decorator went over board! Well, it surely gave Kamiseta lots of personality (made our previous hotel look generic and bland). Our breakfast at the Vanilla Cafe was excellent and abundant. We had hot choco and the dollop of cream at the bottom of our cup is a sweet touch. The plate of garlic rice (shaped like a ❤️) with fried bangus, tocino, achara was yummy and filling. We felt like we were in The Mad Hatter's Party in Alice in Wonderland with a beautiful view of the garden. The staff is very gracious and so helpful to my PWD hubby! Thank you to Andrew the guard who was so helped us, Claudine, the friendly front desk lady and Abby the manager who gave us personal care and offered to put us in the room next to the lobby to make it easier for my hubby. Skyler of housekeeping who prepared the extra bed & provided an extension chord...everyone made us feel so at home! We will definitely stay here again the next time we go up to Baguio and will book 2 rooms (the room and bed are comfortable but not roomy enough for 3!). I think that some of the furniture (especially at the Vanilla Cafe) can be freshened up with reupholstery. It has been after 6 years (after their opening) so it needs some updates to keep the pretty look and feel of the hotel. Thank you to the staff for making our stay very special. 15 Oct 2023

|0.83km from city centerUphill has a nice location close to most attractions, there's free secured parking and a great open feeling in the lobby and restaurant with nice views as well from the restaurant. The staff was friendly and it was very clean and modern with free Netflix on the TV. Breakfast was excellent. I don't know what the rest of the rooms are like, but ours....... Lets just say it was more like a small inside cabin on a cruise ship. There was only one tiny window that overlooked a drainage ditch and had no screen, so we couldn't keep it open because mosquitoes were coming in. There was no aircon so the room was quite hot in the evening and any sound from the lobby seemed like it was right in the room with us. If you stay here make sure you get a room with a window, or even better a room with a view.

|1.27km from city centerI was quite surprised that this is just along the hiway. We only took a jeepney and it has a lot of restaurants, other services near the place as its 5 min walk to session road and SM. The lobby was clean and the place is a old house facade but modern in the inside and the staff were friendly. They had Filipino and American breakfast and a good menu option for lunch. We both chose kare2 and I liked their meatball pasta. Not the typical tomato sauce. From the taste it is peeled tomatos. The only thing that I was surprised of was the room given to us since it was just almost right in front of the front desk. It's good because I can easily go to the lobby. Good thing that the Wi-Fi is strong enough to access my accounts. I only chose the Standard room because it was just the 2 of us and it was just a quick stay. The room itself was clean, the shower and faucet's heater were both working fine but no complimentary toothbrush and thootpaste. Restaurant is amazing and has a garden. The TV is Android with Netflix but you put your account but has a cable too. I can say that we had a good stay. Cleanliness and customer service are still two of my priorities when it comes to staycations. Thank you see you again soon.

|2.31km from city centerDelicious b-fast buffet and nice & clean room. Front desk & bellman are friendly & attentive! Kudos to them. My only concern is they enter our room on 2nd day to clean & fix without our permission, I’m sure that is not the standard of every hotel especially while we’re gone! What if our things gone? Luckily we don’t usually leave important things only clothes.

|1.33km from city centerGie’s unit is very comfortable to stay in plus the fact that it is only 2 min away from Session Road. Very accessible. The building has restaurants, sallon, SM Hypermaket, bank, shops, and a spa. The only down side is that they only have pay parking that would cost P300 for overnight rate for guests.

|3.69km from city centerWe stayed for 3days 2nights and like twice a day our room had power interruptions and we need to walk to reception area to let them know as our room dont have telephone. Room is spacious, clean, bed is comfy unfortunately they charged us Php400.00 for 1 towel that have efficascent oil stain, that is quite expensive for a little stain. Hotel is nice, location is really good, 3mins walk to mines view and few establishments nearby.
