This hotel was very nice. However, there were no bright lights of any kind so at times, it was rather difficult to oversee things like makeup application, clothing imperfections, etc. Also, our room didnt have very many mirrors. The bathroom door slides open and closed but does not close all of the way. Everything else was sooo nice and beautiful! The location is perfect as it is close to every thing and easy to find for uber and lyft! The GSA Sofia was absolutely amazing!!! She was so helpful and accommodating!!!! FromCAD 209

perfect location to walk to everywhere. pool & beach area are worth the price alone. poolside service & food was good. some rooms are updated and some are not. we had 2 rooms, one 2 bed updated room that was nice but the pipes made a noise every time the water was turned on. another king bed small suite that was not updated. I enjoyed this room as it had a walk in closet, kitchenette, separate sitting area & partial ocean view. the kitchenette could of had a microwave, would of made it better. overall great stay and would recommend and stay again!SOLD OUT

This was my third stay at Eden Roc, fantastic hotel – However, my third stay has shifted my thoughts. The bedsheets had a stain on them and my room was left open by housekeeping (thankfully nothing was taken, I guess no-one entered but this is a huge concern) – I was told to take this up with management and that I’d be offered compensation for a future stay (although when calling the front desk / eden roc number it says they’re not available and only connects you with off-site staff…) Very disappointed as the previous stays were fantastic.FromCAD 391

Our experience was very bad. Check in took 30 minutes. We went to the beach to discover there was NO BEACH CHAIRS available. Just terrible. We had to lay on our towels in the sand.The front desk person was a trainee and did not have the correct knowledge of the rooms as she said one of our rooms had a partial beach view when in fact it had a front beach view. The hotel is not like a real five-star hotel, which is the standard of four stars. There will be an additional fee for each stay, each room has a resort fee (more than 30 dollars a day, the specific number is forgotten), parking also has a parking fee (more than 40 dollars a day, the specific number of forget), so count down, one day An extra 500 yuan will be paid. The hotel overall was just okay, some finishes were starting to look worn (stone floor on the lobby steps, bathroom fixtures peeling)... When we arrived, we went up to our room which was 72 degrees, I checked the thermostat and it was set to 56, so I set it to 66 as that is the temp we normally we sleep at. There was mismatched furniture on the patio, but the view was beautiful if you looked beyond the beach restoration taking place (more on that shortly). It was clear, the only way to get the room cooler was to completely close the curtains (not just the sheers) but then why am I paying for an ocean front room? So, we closed the curtains and went down to the pool. It took 45 minutes for our drinks to be delivered and 1h25m for our food. The waitress blamed everything on the new menu and that the team was struggling. We headed back to our dark room to change for dinner. Once we had our showers and I used the hairdryer for 10 minutes, the temp climbed to 73 degrees. We headed out to dinner and then had drinks in the lobby upon our return. Once we got back to our room around 9pm, it had gotten down to a balmy 71 degrees. We tried to go to sleep, but just our being in the room was enough to take it back up to 72 for the night, it was miserable. At 9am we went to the front desk to talk to them about the air conditioner not working and they said they would have someone take care of it. We left for the day after breakfast and did not return until almost 6pm and guess what, the room was still 72 degrees and dark. So we went back to the front desk and they were very sorry and gave us a $100 credit and would waive the resort fees. They said they would send someone up while we went out. That night we went to Nobu, we were one of the few people that were dressed appropriately, most were in shorts and football jerseys. There was a 2-3 year old child jumping up and down on the chair yelling and her parents just ignored her, she did this our entire meal. The restaurant Manager gave a glaring look to the child, but never spoke to the parents. She noticed we kept looking around for our waiter and came over and had to take our 2nd sushi order as our waiter was not around for over 20 minutes and it took 40 minutes for our 1st order to get to the table. My husbands 2nd cocktail did not make it to the table until desert, not at all what we had hoped for when paying over $300 for dinner. After dinner, we went to another bar to listen to some music, we did not return until just after 1am and still no improvement on cooling down our room. We talked with the night Manager and he said he would send someone up in 5 minutes. After 25 minutes (almost 2am) I had to go back downstairs to let him know no one had come up, so I waited in the lobby until the Engineer was in the elevator with me. He got on his ladder and said the temp coming out was 69, but it was just the bed side of the room that felt warm... and the thermostat was probably just registering the warm side... it wFromCAD 545

THIS LOCATION is so perfect some don’t realize it. That’s fine with me. I will always be able to book. When you come to the beach it’s for drinking and partying probably. This is a great resting stay for the keep it moving type of person. The front desk are really nice ladies if you get to know them. They are 50% of my return they been doing this a long time and are real people with with problems too.

This hotel is well located and affordably priced. We got amazing service from Marcela. There is a continental breakfast included and a little outdoor pool that my husband and 3yo son enjoyed. The poor area has many large iguanas living in it, which were interesting to see. There was a misunderstanding about room type. We booked through Jet Blue Vacations- the room we selected was ”Luxury Double-1 King Bed”... they should fix this as it's contradictory! We got downgraded from a city view to a wall view but we didn't spend much time in the hotel so it didn't matter. There was a questionable-looking bug in the first room we were assigned so Marcela moved us to the next. My biggest concern is that the hotel is rated 4-stars on several sights. Stay by the Old Port, not further down as it becomes a little dodgy and a bit scary at night further down the old port stretch. The Sagamore hotel has a good location in Miami Beach. The beach is equipped. The pool is very small and dirty. The pool bar is stocked and the staff courteous. The whole hotel needs a makeover. Maybe it was because the price of Ctrip was low. When we arrived at the hotel, I was told that the room I booked was full. The hotel said that I would give me a free upgrade. I was very happy, but when I saw the room, I found that the room was not upgraded. On the contrary, I have a feeling of downgrading. I booked a balcony, but this room not only has no balcony, but also a room facing the platform on the first floor. The room is obviously old. There is a reception on the platform all night, very noisy. Will definitely be returning to The Ritz Carlton, South Beach. Upon entering the hotel everything seemed super clean and I was greeted with a glass of champagne. I had a fabulous experience at the beach. A few names of the Excellent staff that made the day perfection: Murex, Jacque, Nerlens, Jefferey, and Daril. My group and I were helped to find a great spot on the beach, the food and drinks were amazing. This group of staff checked on my friends and I to make sure all was well. Living on the Westcoast of Florida can be challenching during hurricane season - this year we had to leave because of hurricane Milton and we went to Miami Beach like we did two years ago with hurricane Ian. And we were welcomed like family and could relax for a few days. People at the reception desk - especially Anderson and Tania - were always very friendly and helpful. The hotel is very clean and tastefully furnished, every room is equipped with a nespresso coffee maker for the first cup in the morning. Beds are very comfortable and they offer a ”beach service” and give you a ride to places around the hotel. Being a Hilton Gold and Diamond member in the past, we have stayed in many Hilton properties throughout the world. We had booked this room for 4 nights but had to check out after two nights to move to a different hotel as it was so bad. While the staff here were lovely, this was one of the worst Hilton properties we have ever stayed at. The lobby looks nice (but the air conditioning was not working). We had booked a King Terrace room. Upon entering the room, there was a terrible damp mildewed smell. The room was extremely small with a desk and chair - but when we checked out the terrace, we saw that the lock was broken on the door and there was no way to secure the room. The front desk moved us to a room 2 doors down. This room did not smell and the door locked, but it did not have a desk and was even smaller the the first room. There was no chair in the room leaving no place to sit. We again had to call down to the fro t desk as in this room, the single small sinks drain stopper was in the stuck position and would fill with water that would not drain. They said they would send maintenance and we left the room. Upon our return, they did get the water to drain but the stopper was now stuck in the up position not allowing us to use the sink properly. Once again they sent maintenance to fix it correctly. Later that day we learned that if you flushed the toilet in the room, the water (and whatever else was in the toilet) would erupt out of the toilet like a volcano. Truly disgusting. They attempted to fix this during our stay to no avail. Photos attached. Next. The curtains to the patio would not close and maintenance had to come again to close them. Later the next day we learned that the curtains would now not open They would stick after just a bit of movement. To cap off this terrible stay, the room was booked with a $50 food and beverage credit each day. On our first night there we went to the bar/restaurant at 10:15 pm to use the credit for a drink and snack. There were a few people there eating yet the manager told us it was closed and they we could not order from them or order to the room. We checked the open hours on the website and on the printed information sheet the hotel provided and the restaurant and rooms service was supposed to be open until 11:00 pm. When we brought this to the attention of the front desk - they said sorry- the restaurant could do whatever they want to do. We were not able to use our credit that day. Normally we would have checked out after the first night but we had to stay at the hotel a second night due to the location of an event that we needed to be at. We were able to leave after two miserable nights and checked I to a much better hotel for less money for the balance of our stay. As a side note the hotel wanted to offer us 30,000 points for our troubles- which we did not want as it nowhere equalled the problems we had and frankly with almost a million poFromCAD 253

Overall this is a decent boutique style chain hotel for south beach. The best thing about this hotel is it’s location in the much quieter area south of 5th ave. Rooms were modern (albeit small) and breakfast was tasty at the Greek themed restaurant downstairs (Hilton Diamond members get $15/pp per day for food - can be used at bar, restaurant, etc). The hotel includes chairs and an umbrella in the “resort fee” and the beach area was decent - beware lots of sea**** on the beach and in the ocean in august… There is no service that we could see at the beach area - or at least nobody checked on us when we were there. Pool area is fairly small and the loungers could be refreshed. Gym is pretty disappointing - basically just a small room with no view stuffed with random equipment. Overall for a hotel in south beach this was a 4/5 if you’re into the boutique small hotel vibe- but as a beach hotel overall more of a 2.5, especially when you factor in the cost ($400+ a night) and lack of good amenities/ service in general.FromCAD 755

We had a (pink) deluxe king room (275 sq/ft) and it was wonderful! We were not in the main building, but we’re a short walk away in the complex. There was a kind porter to help with luggage. The size was just fine for us, and we had plenty of room to store luggage under the bed or on the side of the room. The shower pressure was fantastic and the in room amenities were a wonderful touch. There is a coffee maker in the room with mini bar/fridge. No microwave. Room service breakfast (for a fee) was delicious, and the house coffee was fruity, chocolatey and delectable. Lighting was on the darker side, but people might be forgetting to turn on an overhead light on the ceiling fan. You can do this on the wall switch top button. The furnishings were modern, classy and opulent in the room and in the hotel. I truly felt like I was in the pages of a magazine, but it did not feel stuffy or pretentious at all. Staff were wonderful and helpful. After reading reviews, we brought ear plugs just in case, and we definitely used them. Noise is an issue (hence 4 stars), but if you are prepared for this, it’s not a shock. The hotel is in a fantastic, lively area with great restaurants and shopping, but it can get loud at night on the weekends. Prepare for this, and it won’t be an issue. You are charged for extras you may not use, but we greatly enjoyed the stay even when not taking advantage of the extras. We will definitely be back!FromCAD 130

Evan and Karen greeted us on the first day and Evan also remembered us throughout our trip and was very friendly. Housekeeping team was out of this world. One of the best ive experienced recently in my travels. Beds are comfy and the rooms are quiet. Val and Maria by the pool were two awesome servers who were so so so nice and took super great care of my group. Sometime great service is hard to find down in Miami. The property itself is beautiful. The complimentary workout classes each morning are awesome. Breakfast at The Market is a must! Servers are very attentive and professional. The only issue we had was during the reservation process and a night manager who was anything but hospitable during a phone call.. There was not a house car and plan for lots of mosquitos outside. Also check out the Basement downstairs, they offer bowling and an ice skating rink! And there is a Starbucks right across the street. When I say I absolutely loved this place, I loved it this was my first stay all the way from New Jersey for a 5 day stay, I know even know where to start I was checked in by the security that helps around she was so prefect anytime we needed anything she would help or guide us in the right direction. I was so sad I didn’t get to see her my last two nights I wanted to tip her so bad n give her the most appreciative hug☺️But not to mention they have a restaurant downstairs in boy it’s this one person I will never forget unfortunately I didn’t get his name bc we started a conversation about a iguana, yea a laugh lol, an from there all I did is call him my friend 😂 but from the moment to the end he kept me laughing so hard I already miss having lunch there so we can laugh. Great place to stay at Miami Beach, close to the Beach and all sorts of places. They also have daily events like drawing or volleyball. The staff is superfriendly and always tries to help. Free cooled water and coffee is also included. They have two fridges and a microwave for food. I really enjoyed my stay at the place and would definitely recommend it!FromCAD 36

You can rent larger lounge chairs and cabanas for the day, too. It was easy to access the beach directly from the Fontainebleau property.

|1.71km from city centerThis hotel is all about the design! Every corner is picturesque and worse Instagram! However rooms are tiny. The pool is great there and everything is in cute pink. You have to walk couple of blocks to get to the beach. And couldn’t find where is the hotel’s beach beds.

The wellness offerings are beyond anything I’ve experienced, with incredible biotech like the Somadome, V.E.M.I., BioCharger, and Wellsystem Wave Massage. The circuit I experienced with these cutting-edge therapies was pure bliss and deep healing, an unforgettable journey into relaxation and rejuvenation. The Thermal Hydrotherapy Circuit was a true gem! I spent hours soaking in serenity, even indulging in a peaceful power catnap on their heated loungers. This is absolutely my heaven! And the private beach? Pure magic. With beach loungers, towel, and umbrella service, plus the warmest waters, it felt like being whisked away to the Bahamas. Absolute paradise! The entire team was simply incredible—attentive, knowledgeable, and so warm-hearted. Special thanks to Nancy, who was the most knowledgeable therapist I’ve ever met! She knew every detail about each biotech I experienced and guided me with unmatched expertise and care. Blown away by her wisdom. From the luxurious beach service, the Cabana Pool, to the complimentary valet, everything was seamless and elevated. I spent the whole day at Carillon, and it’s easily the best wellness experience I’ve had in Miami, and one of the most unforgettable I’ve ever experienced anywhere! 🌟 5 stars all the way—Carillon Miami is a magical wellness haven that left me overflowing with joy and gratitude!
