We have stayed in Fersal Hotel several times in the past. There are government agencies and shopping malls nearby. Every stay always made us happy, comfortable beds and clean bathrooms. Unfortunately, the cable channels they provided were not very useful. You have a hard time finding a news channel or you want to find a channel that broadcasts the ongoing World Cup. The front desk said all the channels we saw on the TV screen were available (even specific channels that were listed on the menu shown on the TV screen to watch the World Cup were also available). So if you plan to have a TV as a companion when you are going to rest and relax in the hotel, Fersal Kalayaan is not very suitable for you. Breakfast is good. It has a higher occupancy rate in the same type of hotel.

The TV was tiny and it did not have a USB port when we wanted to watch the movies we brought. They did not offer senior citizens' discount even if my parents were both seniors (I only found out later that we were entitled to it after we have paid in full). The lobby was VERY VERY sombre - dim lights the entire day, it felt like it was night time all the time. The walls were thin so we could hear people pass by outside. They were slow to make up the room. The tiles and some of the walls were chipped off. It was a very outdated hotel, in need of refurbishment. Too bad that the location is very good and accessible but the hotel itself was a disappointment.

I was worried where to stay for a night in Quezon City considering my unfamiliarity of the place. I hate going to Metro Manila considering safety issues and cost of overnight stay places. But, I came across a budget hotel nearest to the area where I am intended to transact. I booked to this hotel with very reasonable price and it exceeds my expectation considering the room furnishing and service of the hotel and it's breakfast food was a very good one. I got also a free Ironing service for my long sleeve polo and a pant to wear decently for business transaction that day considering that it needs pressing as it was wrinkled in my backpack. Other budget hotels usually charge P75.00 each plus the tip. But this hotel does not only gave me a comfortable sleep during that night but also like a household that has free ironing service.. It is also very near and just a walking distance to restaurants and fast food chains.

Our impromptu weekend staycation with friends and family turned out to be surprisingly great. The property will awe you with its extravagance. Employees were all welcoming and friendly. The room where we stayed was impeccably clean and comfortable. Dining experience was made special by the courteous staff and sumptuous food. Our kids enjoyed the stay very much. And we couldn’t agree more. Kudos to all the staffs that we met during the stay and who went extra mile to make it memorable. As recommended by my friend, we stayed here for almost a week as we’re going to some locations near Cubao during my vacation. We were assigned almost to the highest floor where we had an amazing view of the bustling city of the metro. I have no issue with the apartment, the room, toilet, and the facilities are great. If you’re staying, always take note of the timings with garbage disposals. There’s a 7-Eleven at the building’s entrance. It's really convenient to buy things and bring them to your room. The pool access has a limited number of people only. I didn’t get a chance to take a photo of our room but it was spacious.

We stayed in Verjandel Hotel in Quezon City for three nights. We used their conference room for our two-day training for young people. I was accommodated to this big and comfy room on the third floor of the hotel. The room was clean as well as the comfort room. The food is delicious. They have a restaurant and a bar just when you enter the main door of the building. They also have a gym at the second floor. I got a little problem in the internet connection because during that time, the facility was fully booked. So, a lot of people are connected to their free wifi. But, the guy from the front desk office assisted me on my connection issue. But then, over-all, it was a good place to stay.

We initially booked an overnight stay in a 1 bedroom deluxe room, but since we trully enjoyed our stay, we decided to extend another night! 😀 We were so deligjted and satisfied with the room and the service - from the quick early check-in process, to the cleanliness and spacious room provided, to the pool amenities up to the sumptous and hearty meal (breakfast) that was served! What’s even more satisfying was the completeness of the amenties in the room especially the kitchen stuff! The staffs were also nice and attentive. When we requested for additional or replenishments of amenities, they have attended to it real FAST! Requests were attended in like 5-10minutes only! Got a great deal online, booked for two nights as I had a wedding to attend in one of the nearby churches and thought to turn it into a weekend staycation with the kids. The suite was spacious, with one restroom per floor. The kitchen came with a stove, but the electric water kettle didn't work. A microwave would have been nice, since the kitchen did not come with any cooking equipment. The beds were comfortable, though the pillow in the smaller room was really lousy, hardly any form left to it at all. Towels and basic toiletries were provided, as well as some water bottles. The A/C units worked well all weekend, and it was close to several establishments. There was an option to use the pool if we wanted. The elevators - horrible. Day 1 was fine, but every day we stayed, less and less elevators worked. By checkout time we had to take the stairs all the way down from the 10th floor with all out luggage because only one unit was servicing all floors. Guards and staff were friendly and accommodating. Parking was super tight squeeze. All in all, good for a basic stay but not more than that.

This was my second accommodation in Axiaa Hotel Manila in Quezon City. The hotel was just few steps away from our office. This time, my room was a single-bed room at the back of the hotel. The safe was broken but other than that it's clean and good for a short stay. There was free breakfast which the menu is changed daily. Very average food and very understaffed. Its a good stay because it was near to our itinerary though we had barely slept, because there are tiny cockroaches roaming around. We also hope that the aircon can be adjusted to guests preference. Otherwise the location is good 7 eleven is just across the road and near to restaurants. And its very safe because there’s someone who is assigned at the elevator. Staff are courteous:)

I made a booking on behalf of a friend named Faivo Bartolome but did not arrive. When I call Fersal Hotel and the CRO if I can refund the payment they say it was not refundable. So I decided to use the room however the front desk say that it's a guaranteed booking and I need to ask permission from Mr. Bartolome. The issue here is I made the booking and paid for it but I am not allowed to use and modify the name of the guest. Check-in time is 2pm but they passed me from one office to another until they say that Trip.com will call me for the modification. The front desk gave me a number to call but nobody answered until its almost 3:30 pm. I'm already tired from a long trip yet there was no consideration from the Front Desk of Fersal so I decided to walk out of Fersal and booked to another hotel. For Trip. com the guest name should be modified so the payor can transfer names. Booking.Com is still better, I can always make changes in my reservation be it name or dates.

For someone who needs a base to explore Quezon City whether alone or with a travel companion, Red Planet Hotel in Quezon Timog offers a budget-friendly and safe accomodation. While the cheapest rates do not include food services, there are a lot of diners, restaurants, and cafes within walking distance. There are also a bunch of convenience stores around ready to serve you. Getting booked-in was very simple just taking a few minutes. Unfortunately, the internet signal was not good enough to conduct zoom meetings, and a maintenance of the hot water system occurred during my stay. But overall, the relaxation and comfort, combined with the security, cleanliness and general quiet provided, made the stay a top-class experience.

I’m really impressed by this place. Yes it’s a basic hotel but they really got the main things right. Super clean. Super comfortable bed. Secure. You get clean towels and very basic toiletries with your room and that’s it. Anything else is available at their convenience store at a very reasonable markup and delivered *fast* to your room if you request it. Again, CLEAN, COMFORTABLE, SECURE. Most hotels get the 3rd one but many more expensive ones miss the first two. These guys rock.

First of all, I booked this at a very good and cheap price, so if you are to do the same, STOP EXPECTING A 5 STAR SERVICE. The people there are working properly so please be nice to them. Just ask nicely and they can accommodate, but if it’s not within their rules/protocol, listen and walk away, don’t lash it out on those nice people. Everything such as the water heater, and aircon are working perfectly well especially for a single room. I had to work there as well since I work remotely, and their wifi at the lobby was able to suffice and accommodate my connectivity needs. It’s a good and cheap option if you’re looking to find a quick and temporary accommodation that can keep you safe with a roof over your head. 🫶🏻

It's next to North Ave MRT station and the Trinoma Mall. Very noisy location . As soon as you walk into the entrance, a foul sewerage type of smell hits you. Not a nice welcome..!! Girls on reception are efficient but not particularly friendly. I think they don't enjoy their jobs. I was escorted to my room to view the lighting levels because I requested a brightly lit room with a window. There are many hotel rooms in the Phillippnes without windows, something to be mindful of. I wasn't happy with the dim yellowy light bulbs but the supervisor kindly replaced a few with brighter whiter bulbs. Kudos to him. But there was an overpowering smell of fresh paint coming from the closet in the room. Despite getting it cleaned and sprayed with freshener, the smell never went, hence I couldn't hang any clothes in there for my entire stay. No restaurant in the hotel just room service that brought food wrapped in cling film. Food quality was not too good. The reception and kitchen staff don't seem to understand that a vegetable chow mein shouldn't have meat in it. ”no meat” doesn't seem to register with them. The 24/7 store next door was convenient for snacks and drinks. The only saving grace for this hotel is it's proximity to the MRT station and the mall.
