I will objectively talk about the good and bad. On the first day when I arrived at the hotel, there was a smell of stinky feet mixed with the smell of air freshener in the room. I talked to the front desk for a long time, and the front desk asked the room manager to check on the spot before finding me another room. But the first time I went to the front desk to ask for a room change, the front desk clearly told me that there was no room to change, and we entered the room but only ten minutes later, the front desk told me that the tenants downstairs complained about our children and asked the children to try not to run. I am really dissatisfied with these two points. First, the time was five o'clock in the afternoon, second, the child did not run, and third, this situation is a problem of hotel sound insulation. Do we have to restrict children from walking when we stay in the hotel? Besides, the child did not run. I was already troubled by the smell of the room, which was disgusting. I was complained again just ten minutes after entering the room. I think the front desk should have solved this problem, and we should not let the feeling of staying here be unsatisfactory. And I didn't say it was bad on purpose. Later, the room supervisor came and confirmed that it was the smell of stinky feet and freshener that changed our room. I will not deny this fact. However, before the room supervisor checked the room, the hotel front desk told me that there was no room to change. Later, it was really smelly that changed my room. I think the front desk should learn from the housekeeping supervisor and not be so sure. I can understand that we booked early, so the room rate might be cheaper than the listed price, and the rooms are also easy to rent during the May Day holiday. The subtext of telling me that there is no room is that I can't do anything about it. In short, it's a bad experience. The only thing worth praising is that the housekeeping supervisor is reasonable, otherwise I can only stay in a temporary high-priced room.
