I booked a park city view room, you can see Atlanta's Ferris wheel🎡, the Olympic Park is opposite, the hotel is surrounded by the attractions check-in area, the Coca-Cola Company Museum, Atlanta's largest aquarium, and CNN are all within a 5-minute walk of the hotel. The journey is very convenient. The hotel's breakfast has a variety of varieties. Although it is located in the urban area, the hotel's sound insulation is very good. I slept well for two nights. I will come again next time.

The hotel is very nice. The opportunity was upon checking in at the hotel at between 8:30pm - 9:30pm the female was not friendly at all. She was very abrupt in speaking. As a Platinum Elite when I asked about points she told me that I would not get points for my stay. Also, at approximately 4am in the morning, someone was trying to get Into our room, when my boyfriend went to the door to tell the female who appeared to be drunk she just keep insisting for him to open the door. I called down to the Front Desk to let them know and whoever it was that worked that shift came upstairs to get that person. I am a Corporate person who travels 99% for my job and Marriott hotels are our company Preferred hotel. As I stated the rooms are very nice inside, I now will have to travel to Atlanta now for business due to it now being my territory, but I am reluctant in choosing this hotel due to the check-in experience. But, I can say that my check-out experience was much better from your front desk guy this morning.

The hotel is right next to CNN. Elevator down to B1, you can go up the stairs to the CNN building, you can participate in the CNN tour, there are some fast food and drink options, there is Starbucks, and a Chinese food. The hotel is only three minutes away from the Olympic Park, and the Coca-Cola Center, the aquarium, etc. across the park are very convenient. But there is no food supermarket or convenience store around the hotel, which is not ideal.

My only issue was relative to cleanliness. We had a suite with a sofa bed. Upon pulling out the mattress from the sofa bed, I found popcorn kernels on it. I could also see crumbs on the floor underneath it.

About 20 minutes from the airport navigation, next to an artificial lake, there will be planes flying overhead when sitting outside, but it does not affect sleep at night. Hotel is beautifully decorated. Art deco is nice, but the rooms are severely lacking in amenities. No fridge, microwave or mini bar. When you're in a city typically you eat out a lot and sometimes you wanna hold on to leftovers for later so that was kind of a bummer. The location was great, but the noise was very hard for sleeping. The road is constantly noisy and they put us in a room right above the front door so it was constant talking and cars pulling in. Nice hotel just a shame we didn't have the best visit

I was in Buckhead area for a conference. And I booked this hotel to stay with a couple of friends. This hotel is new and modern. I accidentally went to a ”wrong” Hampton Inn which is down the street. When I came to the right Hampton Inn, I was very pleased with the service, the cleanliness and the modern vibe of the hotel. I would highly recommend this hotel if you're looking for a hotel in Buckhead area.

Nice hotel, clean room. Hall was always a mess but that is probably due to being on the same floor as the Conference Center. Pool was kind of a mess, it looked like several days worth of regular debris that falls in an outdoor pool. There was no hot tub, which the site advertised and I was really looking forward to. I also don't know why I have to pay $5 to self park in the $35/day parking garage. Just call it $40.

The service attitude is very good. The queen room needs to add a quilt and send me a blanket. There is an indoor small swimming pool on the ground floor and a well-equipped gym. This Hotel is in a great Location. The front desk staff are meh. Not very friendly. The Breakfast is pitiful, sausage sitting in a pan full of grease, I know sausage is greasy, but I’ve never seen it served sitting in a pan full of greased. So not appetizing at all. The first day the French toast sticks were stuck together and half cooked. Fruit bowl never refilled. Charging $15 for that is insane!! I will say the Breakfast attendants are sweet and helpful. The parking is ridiculous, I have to pay $45 per day for an attendant to go park my car 50 feet away. That’s just taking advantage of people. I should be able to park my own car instead of being rushed out of my car trying to grab all my things, shopping bags, etc. Hallways are very loud throughout the night. Ghetto guests allowed to say the worst cuss words and talk any way they want to loudly in front of other guests and Children. I finally had to say something to this one girl. This is a family friendly Hotel as the Aquarium, Coke Museum, Centennial Park are all located within walking distance. Hotel staff shouldn’t let crap like this happen or continue. Good luck if you need towels, an extra blanket, or whatever, Housekeeping doesnt clean or replenish anything and that was on my third day. You have to call and ask for it, but the phone doesn’t work in the room and I had to use my cellphone to call the front desk. I had to go get it myself and the guy couldn’t get into the linen closet cause someone locked the door and they didn’t have a key. He had to go to an open room and get it from there, SMH. I paid over $200 a night to stay here and I’m very disappointed. Won’t be back. Will go stay at the overpriced, outdated, Westin instead and pay for an Uber to drive me and my family to where we got to go.

This Hyatt Place is the core business and shopping center area in Buckhead, Atlanta, a little north of Downtown, and the location is very convenient! Lenox Mall and luxury store Mall ~ Phillip Plaza are within a 15-20 minute walk. The hotel is basically a small suite, it feels very comfortable, there is a parking lot next to it, and the 10-dollar knife is very reasonable for a day. Go to Atlanta for the first time and attend the imaging USA conference. At that time, the hotel was chosen for the location, in the city center. Then open the window and just see the Ferris wheel outside, great. The whole room was clean and the bed was very comfortable! I am a very picky bed, but their beds are really good, and the quality of sleep is high these days. I have to praise that the original location shooting on the 21st, but because the day is super cold, I have to change to indoor shooting, and the hotel decoration is quite good, so I asked the hotel people can take pictures, they not only agree, but also bring I went to some high-level meeting rooms to assist us in shooting. And I lost an earring in the room and returned to the hotel. I found that the earrings on the table were in pairs. It can be seen that their cleaning staff is very responsible and careful. Very touched, I really feel that the service of this hotel is very friendly! highly recommended!
