The room type I lived in this time was two floors, there was no air-conditioning. If you are afraid of heat, you can choose another room type ～ There are no toiletries in the other place to live. You have to prepare it yourself. There is only one hotel in some hair dryers. You need to borrow it from the counter staff outside the room. Because the weather is OK when you go, Cool at night, so choosing a room type without air conditioning is also great! In addition, the restaurant is relatively remote, and there are basically 0 restaurants nearby. If you need to eat, you can order with the hotel. If you want to have dinner, remember to order it with the counter before 3 pm! (There is no phone in the room! Go to the counter by yourself!) Then tell the time to send it, not accepting extra points, it is recommended to order it once (but we have too little that night, if you can ask if you can eat something else, it is OK), the massage part, only one appointment at a time, there is no way to have two at the same time. Overall is good!

You can also use the pool and private beach of the Soto Grande Hotel next door, which may be part of the same chain, so it's a good place to relax quietly.
However, the location is quite far out of the way, so it's very far to go shopping for convenience stores and it's hard to catch a Grab.
I bought some simple food and drinks at the supermarket in advance and brought them with me. The hotel breakfast is expensive, so I ordered breakfast from Grab.
The price is much cheaper than downtown hotels, so if you use your time wisely, I think it's a very good value hotel.

Air conditioners work properly, hot water, clean bed linen and towels, 24-hour security, free parking, a five-minute walk from Ayala Center. Deposit for the room is 1000 pesos. There is a cafe and a spa nearby. We recommend.

Entered the room and did the usual checks upon entering, one of the bedsheets were stained, towels smelt like cigarette smoke and bathrooms had cobwebs. The cabinet under the sink has molds. Also the AC can’t cool enough the entire room. They need to upgrade their AC to accommodate the entire room. No wifi on our entire stay. Family room is on the way back so don’t expect wifi connection to reach it. Yes it is affordable but I don’t recommend it to anyone who’s very particular with cleanliness.

The hotel facilities are normal, and the sound insulation is average. It is better to stay on the 4th floor for quieter accommodation. In addition, the air conditioner is relatively simple and the sound is loud. It is recommended to wear earplugs or turn it off when it is not hot at night. Then you have to borrow a hair dryer from the front desk. The service is also pretty good

Room cleaning every day, no request. The host is very attentive and responsive. I provided a scooter for rent, breakfast every morning on request. I called a taxi to the airport at a good price. All told and always was on communication 👍 one of the best places in Asia where we were in the last year. Thanks and recommend boldly.

|6.86km from city centerLocation wise since it’s near to the airport it only takes 20-30mins depending upon the traffic. But it's difficult to ride a taxi since the area has a road policy.
Room is good. Affordable. Don't expect much what you pay is what you get. Air conditioned room. No Television. Internet is available.No soap and shampoos. They will give you one roll of tissue. So please bring if you want to shower or buy. Not advisable for those who have health conditions since the room and the information area was in the third floor. Not as quiet as you expected because the hotel was around the main road you can hear all the vehicles passing. Not comfortable for walking outside be extra cautious with your belongings and jewelries. Most of the nearby buildings are abandoned. Rotten animals near the hotel area.
If you want a place near the airport it's good. Just don't be picky a peace of advice. ☺️

They have renovated their place and improved yhejr service. One thing I’ve noticed as well are their staffs. They are extra friendly, accommodating, and very attentive to the needs of their guests. For me, I’d highly recommend this. I book this trip for my staff who was transacting her business with the school just across it - The University of Southern Philippines Foundation. Very convenient as she just have to cross the street right in front of her.

There's laundry & dry cleaning services downstairs and shopping, dining, and entertainment with in short walking distance. I'd recommend Sugbo Mercado (outdoor food court) for evening food options. I actually bumped into the owner Jason and he was kind enough to show me another apartment he has available and recommend nearby Gym. I'll definitely be booking this apartment for my next stay in Cebu.

|9.89km from city centerSo, this is our 2nd time in this hotel and the front desk officer MS KRIS is just way too rude and is really incompetent at customer service, i’ve been in customer service for way so long, and she doesn’t even know how to deal with simple matters. Also the grooming isn’t very pleasant at all. She may try to do a refresher training on CUSTOMER SERVICE. The hotel itself is NOT PET FRIENDLY , the last time they allow us to bring our baby pup but this time KRIS approached us with a very unfriendly manner. Take note they will only treat you well if you stay in a deluxe room cause we did stay in deluxe the last time my sister was here and they also overcharged us that time which made my sister so mad😂(the agent that time was also this girl named KRIS) so you might as well beware of her🤦♀️ she’s the worst. On the other hand, the staffs at the dining area are all great and helpful as well as the staff named FATIMA from front desk.

I took a Grab, but they told me I couldn't go any further with that car.
The hotel itself is nice, but the surrounding area is pretty trashy...
I've included a photo from my room and a photo of the building next door, where only the hotel side is painted white to make it look nice.
The hotel itself is clean. It would have been better if there was a refrigerator.

|4.41km from city centerBreakfast was okay. The hotel is close to the place to watch whale sharks. It is an hour from the hotel to charter a car, but it will be half an hour after seeing the time. We departed at 5:30 in the morning to Oslob and it was already overcrowded. We chose to dive , Because many people feel that the water is muddy. But the deep diving experience is better, you can see the panoramic view of whale sharks. 3500p per person. Horses and chickens can sit in a pavilion and watch the sea at 800p. The price is not high enough. It only costs more than 250-300p to do it in a shop in Bohol. The view of the hotel is nice, the surroundings are very quiet, suitable for vacation without being disturbed, the cell phone signal is very poor, but the hotel wifi works.

The breakfast is very good and varied each day. The pool has a great view and the pool is small but nice. We had a great stay and we were only originally supposed to stay 3 nights, then we extended our stay for the remainder of our trip in Cebu City. It’s also located close to restaurants and bars. I would definitely return.

Everything was available to us so we could cook our meals. The air con was very icy cold and beds were so comfortable. We also had a balcony which made the stay more relaxing.. The staff were the absolute best, besides the wonderfull acomadation, the staff made out stay amazing... We will always go back
