I tried using another app when it first opened and was satisfied with it. I made a reservation for my parents. Everything else was good, but the reservation information said check-in starts at 15:00. When I got there, I was told I could check in after 5 o’clock… They say they eventually let us check in around 4 o'clock. Still, my parents wouldn't have had to wait an hour.

This is a hotel where a room number must be assigned. You need to contact the hotel in advance when making a reservation to get a room assigned. We were taken aback when we arrived. The service, drinks, private parking lot, and even the flyer were perfect, but I couldn't sleep well because of the sound of water all night. It seems like it needs to be renovated. Sensitive people are going to file a claim, but it's too big. The service is good and the price and location are good, so I just accepted the leaky burden. Is it the same with other rooms or just this one? Otherwise, it's a perfect accommodation

Like many motels they provide free water and also instant-noodles. Instantcoffee and tea & water boiler available in the room. Hotel is easily reached from the KTX station with a bus.

The location of this hotel is great. I spent a night here with my friends and after a great sleep in their very comfy rooms, we grabbed a very good and delicious breakfast at the hotel buffet and then we went walking hoping to find a cute coffee shop. I'm not kidding when I tell you we found almost 7 extremely cute coffee shops just 10 mins away by foot. Besides the location, their facilities are pretty great. Their rooms are big and clean, with very comfortable beds and also a great bathroom with a large vanity and a really nice bathtub.

I booked a standard type and changed it to a suite. Facilities from bidet to computer, styler and so on were good. I was so tired that day, I took a half-body bath in the bathtub, turned out to be a styler, took out food and beer to relieve my tiredness, and went to bed early. The parking facilities are wider than I thought, and the downside is that it's a little inside.

You can go directly to the beach from the first floor of the hotel. There are many restaurants on the beach, so it is good for dining. I stayed on a business trip and it was a remote place than I thought. The parking space was small, so I set it up on the street, but there was no inconvenience and the convenience store was a minute walk away. Maybe it's because there's nothing around, so there's almost no place to deliver food The facilities are very satisfactory for the price. The toilet, bathtub and washing place are separated, so it's very clean, with bidet and water pressure. Personally, I don't care about the view, but it was an ocean view, but it was nice to see the sea. I used it in a very important way because I had a styler.

Close to KTX station. It was nice to have boiled eggs, bread and milk for breakfast. Shampoo rinse has a gingi hair, so it was luxurious and the bathroom water was running out, so it seemed to have come to the hot spring. However... I'm sorry that the bed is a bit hard. But good value for money

The hotel is in the city center, close to shopping malls and restaurants, coffees etc. and also very close to the Ulsan Intercity Bus Terminal. Plus if you coming from Taehwagang Station you can reach the hotel by walking too. They have 24h reception and they speak english. The room was very standard, nothing special, but quite clean and compared to other places I stayed in Korea, the mattress wasn't extremely hard, but perfect. Apperantly there's a buffet breakfast until 9:30, but I couldn't try, because I slept in. Would choose Toyoko Inn again anywhere.
