|3.63km from city centerI stayed with my family using the Chiba Toku Travel Campaign. The parking lot was parked before going to the park because you can park at 0:00 ～ on the check-in day. Check-in came back from the park and it was around 20:30, but I was able to check in with a waiting time of about 20 minutes. The front desk guided me carefully. It was a short stay plan at check-in 19:00 and check-out 10:00, but the reservation was made from the official site two weeks ago. With the use of travel discount, the accommodation fee per person was about 8000 yen + 3000 yen coupon. The room was larger than I expected and the bath was large. There was a little pink mold (?) On the wash basin, but that's what I was interested in. I used the spa without using the bath in the guest room. It's usually 2200 yen, but it was 1100 yen because I got a half-price ticket at check-in. For women, there was a mist sauna and a face care steamer in the changing room. Because it is large, I didn't care much about the congestion. It's about the degree that the dryer will be crowded. It wasn't a plan with breakfast, but there was a word of mouth that the bread was delicious, so I went to eat breakfast around 8 o'clock. Many people were waiting and entered the restaurant in about 20 minutes. There were many kinds of bread and it was difficult to choose, but the croissants and pie dough bread were especially delicious. Check-out was a memorial to the trip because you can proceed with the TV in the room if you don't need to settle, and you can bring your room key back. Access is available, but buses run between Bayside Station and Hotel, Maihama Station and Hotel. When I headed to the hotel around 20:30, I was waiting for a bus at the Bayside Station, so I walked to the hotel, but it was about 10 minutes. However, because the weather was bad, the wind was strong along the sea, and it was difficult to walk when pointing to an umbrella.

|1.66km from city center舞浜駅からは徒歩１５分とありましたが、荷物もあるので、おさんぽバスに乗りました。１００円で行きます。ホテル斜め前に停まります。 恐竜さんが受付、タブレットが前に置いてあり、操作をしてから、隣の機械で支払いをして、ルームキーが出てきます。地域クーポンは、受付が終わると、スタッフが出てきます。 高層階と言っても５階の部屋ですが、ディズニーの花火は良く見えました。 コーナーにしても横の窓からは、住宅が見えるだけで、景色が良いわけではありませんでした。 ロボホンと遊べるのは、楽しいですが、電気を付けるのも、ロボホンに頼まないと付かず、なかなか反応してくれなく、イラついたのもありました。 朝食は、いったん外に出てレストランに入ります。セットメニューです。 朝食券はありません。部屋番号を入り口で言います。 ご飯、みそ汁、パン、ドリンクはご自由にでした。 帰りの送迎バスは、１０時３５分は混んでいましたが、４０分のはガラガラでした。

|3.93km from city centerIf you have plan going to DisneyLand and DisneySea this hotel is a great choice they provide free shuttle bus vice versa to DL and DS… it comes on breakfast buffet the choices is good although same food choices for 3days straight😊 the room is good we stay on 8 floor facing sea view with king size and 1 single bed more than enough for 1 family of 3 human being😅the hotel guys they have up to 11F with indoor swimming pool and gym and many more😊 they have Lawson inside too. For the shuttle bus guys going to DL they just drop you in Maihama Station and 5 minutes walk to DL. For the DS they will drop you in Bayside Station and you need to buy a monorail ticket to DS😊 good luck on your trip hope this review will help you😊 be safe

|3.58km from city centerWhen you arrive at TDR, you can leave your luggage at Ikspiari in front of the station and check in on the spot, so it was convenient to enter the room without lining up at the counter when you arrive at the hotel after closing. I always use this when I go to TDR, but this time I stayed at the West Side for the first time. The concept of the room was ”guest room in the castle”, and it was a fun room like the decorations in the room entered the land. The room was very beautiful and I was able to spend it comfortably.

|1.3km from city centerWe knew what we were getting into when we booked this hotel and it was truly an economy hotel to be close to Disney. They had excellent and frequent access with busses to get to the Disneyland and Disneysea area and took between 15-20 minutes each day to get from the hotel front door to the park gates. They have a free shuttle that works on a first come first serve basis but in the morning it left a little late so we used the public busses that stop very close to the hotel. The hotel is about 1 km away from each of the closest metro stations - Shin-Urayasu and Maihama (closest to Disney).
The hotel is very minimal and was truly a place to sleep. We liked that we had a small kitchen with a mini fridge and kettle and stocked up on snacks and drinks each day at the nearby 7-11 to be ready to line up at Disneyland. We had the double bed and it was small but just a place to sleep so we felt rested. The rooms were warm enough in December but got a bit drafty at night. There was a desk, small work station, small TV and surprisingly a DVD/VCR combo in a cabinet. The bathroom was quite compact but we appreciated the heated seat on the Japanese style toilet and the good warm shower. They provide bath products and towels and there is the option to get additional items in the lobby like extra towels, bathing towel, shave cream, combs and toothbrushes. It is important to note that the hotel does not do daily housekeeping.
We felt we had a good stay here because we wanted to be close to Disney without spending a lot of money. The stay was fine but on the last night the fire alarm went off four times around 1:30 am. They handed out a brochure at the front desk to say that if you left your shower door open the steam could set off the fire alarm and that could be what happened. After the second alarm a Japanese man told us we could stay in our room, after the second alarm the front desk made a loud announcement in Japanese over the intercom and after the fourth alarm they made an announcement in English to not worry. A little bit of a disruptive sleep but at least it didn't affect our Disney days.

|2.84km from city centerUsed for a mid-night stay in Disney for 2 days. I decided on the size of the room, the bath and toilet are separate, and there is a microwave oven. Check-in was crowded because it was returning from Disney, but there was a lounge with a wide 々 next to the lobby, and there was a free drink, so it was good for elementary school children to wait slowly. Lawson, who bought dinner, was crowded, but there was no shortage, and it was convenient to buy children's dinner, sweets (ice and the next day), juice, alcohol, etc. And thanks to the microwave in the room, I could go back to the room and eat immediately after I bought it, and I thought it was very good for my children. |3.76km from city centerWe absolutely loved our stay at this hotel. We stayed here as the hotel is in close proximity to Disneyland Tokyo. We visited the park for 3 days and it took us roughly 10/15 minutes each day to get to the parks from the hotel, as the monorail is just a short walk away. On our last day in Disney it was pouring with rain and we got soaked. We had already checked out of the hotel and they were keeping our bags as we were taking the limo bus service to the airport later that night. Not wanting to get on the plane sopping were we asked if we could hav a room for a few hours to shower and dry off. The staff were very happy to help, and for just a small fee we were able to get a room. The staff were considerate and so helpful. Thank you for making our trip and ending one to remember.

Disney amenities and the hotel lobby cute Minnie Chan and sofa and the hotel staff were polite and impressed!
It was free bus to Tokyo Disney Resort and was convenient to go to the hotel by train!
There was also a paid service to deliver luggage from Disney Store Bonboyage at Maihama Station to the hotel.
I left a large luggage before checking in at the hotel and enjoyed it slowly on the first day.
Compared to other official hotels, I felt a distance of 20 minutes by bus, but the price cost performance was good, so it is recommended for use in families.
Above all, the great thing was that happy entry was available! Only Disneyland was put in １５ minutes ago, so I was able to ride all the vehicles I wanted to ride in the morning.
I was impressed that I could not take it alone! I would definitely recommend 🤎
There was a child's pajamas and toothbrush slippers, and my son was very excited🏰

|3km from city centerWe stayed in the old hotel. Although the room felt a bit older, the overall hygiene was pretty good. The main reason was that there was a large bathhouse available, so I was not in the room when I took a shower, and the sauna facilities were also very good.
The staff are friendly and the free transportation to and from Maihama (Disney) is very convenient.
Be sure to try their breakfast seafood donburi which is amazing.

|2.85km from city centerThis is definitely a higher class hotel comparing to the next door comfort suites. We did stayed 2 nights at comfort suites before moving to this Hyatt property. Everything is more upscaled and with the club lounge access, the breakfast is buffet in the main area which is great. Afternoon cocktail was ok, not the greatest selection, especially in terms of seafood types of food, but reasonable. We usually come here for early breakfast(6:30-7:00am) and it was great. But if you come around 9am, there'll be a line to get in. The shuttle schedule to Disneyland/Disneysea is quite less than that in Comfort Suites and they have a weird coding system with circle & square notations on additional shuttles which is confusing to me. That said, they do have shuttle to/from the train station, which Comfort suites does not have at all. I think you can take Comfort Suites' shuttle if the schedule at Tokyo bay does not work for you... We did use the coin operated washer/dryer in Comfort Suites before moving here which is very convenient. As we walked around, there's a bigger laundromat nearby(5 minutes walk).

|0.98km from city centerIt's a good quiet and cozy location if you are going Disneyland. They have bus cater to Disneyland and back. The cleanliness are top notch as they are also relatively new. The staff are all friendly and try to help me whatever you need. The whole check in and out process was pleasant. Despite having small comfy room, they include bathtub, so there's still a enjoyment to it. They also have shoe dryer in the room, so there's no worry if you went out getting your shoe wet. At night the also provide unlimited small supper, my time was Chazuke, totally love it! Don't expect gym, swimming pool or anything but is one of the best place you can find if you want to hang around Maihama or having trip to Disneyland. Definitely would go and stay again! :)

There is also a free bus from Disney, but it is easy to get on one station by JR. I stayed in the water mirror. The explanation of the premium floor is omitted because others are doing it. From the windows on the upper floors, I could see the cityscape of Urayasu, the train view of the Keiyo Line nearby, the Disney Resort in the distance, the Ferris wheel of Kasai Rinkai Park, and the cargo ship of Tokyo Bay. I could see fireworks at night. The room is well cleaned and the bathtub and washroom are large and comfortable. There is WiFi, but the desk is narrow and not suitable for teleworking. However, there are various types of rooms, so I would like to try other rooms. Check-out is at 12 o'clock and you can relax in the morning.

Everything at the hotel was perfect, the staff members are wonderful at their jobs. The hotel is partners with Disneyland shuttle busses and they drop the people who are dwelling at the hotel to Disneyland without any bus fare which is amazing.
I loved the area, if you are a person who likes to live in the countryside then this hotel has a perfect location for you which is surrounded by the sea and alot of greenery. Both, Tokyo Disneyland and Tokyo Disneysea is not so far from the hotel. I would end my review by saying that that would definitely book a room again at Mitsui Garden Hotel Prana Tokyo Bay.

It's a small, quaint, cuteish hotel that features many bunk beds to save space, and while there were a few head bumps and bruises the hotel served us well. It's 4 stops to Maihama Station (and in turn Tokyo Disneyland and Disneysea), though it serves those with a Suica best because I had to keep finding coins. There are restaurants and Lawson's nearby, and it's pretty convenient. Only issue was the space, but otherwise served us well.

They have a washing machine, microwave oven, kettle and plenty of sockets for charging. A few straight buses to Disneyland as well. Really value for money accommodation. Only gripe I have is that they only provide 1 key for 3 adults. A bit inconvenient when we want to go back to the room at separate times. But overall, still had an wonderful stay. Highly recommended.

|3.23km from city centerThis time I went to Tokyo Disney. In order to get into the park early, I specially chose to stay at Hoshino 1955, which was newly opened this year, for 2 nights. The hotel provides free shuttle bus from Shin-Urayasu Station and Disneyland. We arrived at Shin-Urayasu Station around 21:00, and were surprised to find that there were no shuttle buses from 21:00 to 22:00. Although there were 3 buses that could arrive, considering the trouble of checking in luggage, we chose to take Uber, which cost about 1,500 yen. There is a convenience store on the first floor of the hotel. It is recommended to avoid the crowds leaving the park, otherwise you will have to queue for a long time to check out. The Disney shuttle bus leaves at 6:40, which made queuing smooth after we arrived early. We made a reservation for breakfast for one day, which costs 2,500 yen per person. You can buy it at the machine at the counter the night before or in the morning. There are freshly made chirashi sushi, sandwiches, French toast, etc., as well as rich ice cream. It is very good value and worth it. Taste it, but it is recommended not to go to the restaurant after 7:40, as there are many people queuing up.

Take the limousine bus ¥2300 from Narita T1 or T2 and stop at Shin Urayasu. It stops in front of the hotel. Limousine bus to Haneda or Narita, the bus stop is opposite side of the road around 100 meters walk. Ask hotel reception for direction.

The indoor pool was properly heated up to 35 degrees and included a 0.5m kids paddle pool which was quite a good size. The breakfast included for the kids had popcorn and heaps of candy and fairy floss marshmallows in front of a TV showing snow white classics so they won't eat a proper breakfast unless they’re very disciplined…. The outdoor pool costs 5400jpy for adults and 3400 for 4-12year olds. See picture for prices of all the extras. With hindsight we didn’t t need the outdoor pool. Has on site convenience store and a Disney store too. Only downside is the room even in the park wing was very cramped.

You can't plug it into the refrigerator when it is plugged in for charging. The window can be opened, which is good. The breakfast is simple, but everything you need is included. The usual price is more than 200, which is very cost-effective. It takes half an hour to go to Sensoji Temple, and it is also very close to change a bus. The ticket is about 250 yen. The Imperial Palace is just a walk from the transfer station.
