Do Not come to this debacle called a Hotel. It is filthy, noisy, caters to Junkies, ******s and dangerous surroundings (poorly lighted at night) Two Trash cans were overflowing by the doors, someone had vomited beside the door. There was a used syringe/needle laying by the entrance. In my opinion, of the hundreds and hundreds of hotels I have stayed in, in US, Canada, UK, Scandanavia, France, Germany, Italy, all over the Caribbean, Mexica, Switzerland, Hong Kong, and numerous other Countries over thew past 45 years of business and pleasure travel, this joint is by far the WORST one I have ever stayed in. My first warning should have been at check-in No one wasa wearing a mask, two ”people” were slouched on a couch in the lobby watching TV that the volume was so loud I could not hear the Receptionist. She required my Drivers license and made a copy of it and filed it. As I turned away to leave a panhandler askwed if I had any spare change. I went to the room, and noticed there were no State eleverator inspection certificates in the lift. Both of them came to the gound floor. I pushed the 9th floor button and it took over one minute to get to my floor. Upon entry into my room, I noticed it had a ”unique” odor. I dropped by bags, and turned on the TV. Only one channel came on, and the remote would not work to change channels. Then I was bombarded by two insects, and they would not settle down so I could swat them. There was Urine stain around the commode. Then upon plugging my phone charger and CPAP machine in, neither outlet worked. Thank goodness I had my travel extension cord and plugged it in across the room in a wall socket. In disgust, I called the front desk and asked to change rooms. I came to the lobby, got new keys to a room on the 5th floor and noted the lobby had a number of couples checking in and obviously the females were all ******s, with young Soldiers. I went back to my room and could not open the door with my original keys, and went back to the lobby and the clerkm came to the room with a master keyand opened the door. I moved to the 5th floor, entered the room, and unpacked and again the bedside outlets did not work so I used my extension cord. I had paperwork to complete, and was up and down several times crossing the room in my bare feet. I finally bedded down at 10:30 and at 11:45 a group passed my room making loud noises and banging on doors. Finally back asleep, and got very cold during the night. Noticed the bed only has a sheet and thin cover. Saturday Dec 5th, I started to take my shower, and there were NO hand towels, so had to use a small towls to wash. During the shower I noticed black water running off my feet, and when I washed them with soap and cloth, it finally disappeared. Drying was difficuly because the towels were worn out, and I used the second (and only) towel to complete drying. I got dressed, using the two towels to walk on the floor. I want all of my money back, I came to this little lovely town, to see my 5th Grandson born, and I was greeted bye the stuff at first in a hostile manner, being judged as I walked through the doors, as I was told I had to book a room on line,if I didn't wanna pay $90 plus dollars for one night. That's when I remembered I was a member of your website (thank God) because this was an unexpected trip! So I booked the room, and on your app, it said, all I had to pay was the room tax of $8.95. That was a lie. They place a hold on my debit card of 50$ plus the room tax. So when I make it up stairs I was actually impressed with how the room looked, nice clean and tightly maintained, only to learn,that it was to hood to be true.... the room was infested with ROACHES.....OMG BAD, AND EVERYWHERE!!!!!! AND WHEN I TOLD THE NICE AND FRIENDLY DAY Cleck of the issue. She actually tryed to place me in another room,only to tell me there book and I had to live with the ROACHES......IM SO UPSET, I HAD TO ACTUALLY WRAP MY BELONGINGS UP TO MAKE SURE I DONT BRING HOME ANY NORTH CAROLINA ROACHES BACK TO GEORGIA!!!!!!!! All in the coffee maker!!!!!! I'm so sick!!!!!!!

This motel is beyond tired..not the cleanest, and the furniture must have come from a dumpster. They do not know the meaning of Maintenance. First of all, we did not have a light in the bathroom and there was only one overworked clerk at the desk who was the only person staffing this whole place...So she could not change the light bulb, and did not have one. So it is lucky no one fell trying to use a bathroom in the dark! Unacceptable. Secondly we were told there would not be a charge for our small dog and we were charged $10... Please save your time and money and do not entertaining staying in this poorly maintained motel....It is probably one of the worst places I have ever stayed at...I will not elaborate more as this is enough to skip this place. I forgot to add, the chair at the desk was broken. it was tilted to the left...and I couldn't sit on it and the couch was filthy.

We received excellent service from the front desk staff to the cleaning staff to those checking us in for breakfast (which was fantastic by the way) to the grill masters 🙂 in the dining room. Every employee we encountered was welcoming, kind, and courteous. The rooms were clean and comfortable. I loved the spacious bathroom with the waterfall shower head. My husband has stayed at an Embassy Suite Hotel several times, but this was my first. I will definitely visit an Embassy property again. Thank you for making our stay an extremely comfortable one.

Booked a room while traveling south on I95, and we were very happy with our stay. Got there about 10pm on a Friday and it was packed! There was a youth wrestling tournament in town & the lobby was full of boys and their coaches eating pizza and talking really loud. Great. Front desk staff were super nice despite the crowd, and we were pleasantly surprised by a good night's sleep. Big shout out to whoever the adults were, because the boys were well behaved. The next morning at breakfast it was difficult to get near the breakfast spread, but the staff did a fantastic job of keeping up and no one went hungry. Room was clean and the location off I95 can't be beat. We will put this place on our list of I95 hotels to return to!

Rude Bait and Switch We were up at 5:00 AM and on the road until 7:15 pm. We always search for hotels with restaurants when we are in the road traveling. This Hilton Garden in Fayetteville checked off all of the boxes. It listed a restaurant on the Honors app. So we reserved it online with our Hilton Honors app. While checking in, I asked where the restaurant was. Well…They do not have a working restaurant after breakfast which is a paid breakfast! The rude manager’s solution when I was livid was that she would gladly cancel our reservation. We are 75 and 77. My husband is a disabled veteran because of being shot in Vietnam. It was dark out. We do not know the area. This was not a workable option. I pressed for a discount. She said she would give me a discount. She apparently did —however she did send two different holds to our Master Card which showed on our MC app. We then had to unpack the cooler and a food bag—looking for something to eat. I found some leftover chicken. My husband had chips. We would have been better off booking a Hampton Inn which is cheaper and provides a free breakfast. Upon checking out the next morning, the gentleman at the desk said that there had not been a restaurant since the hotel had been remodeled and it was doubtful that there would be one in the future. Hilton needs to take off the restaurant icon in the hotel’s about information.

My family recently traveled to Fayetteville for our kids’ sports weekend. This hotel was perfect and has everything we could have asked for!! Breakfast was delicious, WiFi great for kids devices, cozy and spacious rooms, plus an incredible fitness center for mom/dad to steal a quick early am workout. AND kudos to the wonderful staff for being so gracious and hospitable. Our family had a wonderful stay and we will surely be back when activities bring us to the Fayetteville area. Thanks again!

I need to start off by saying Farrah displays everything an organization is looking for when it comes to customer service! She is polite, empathetic, and was truly a joy to encounter when we arrived at 3:30a. My rating could have been given for her alone, but it isn’t, my great experience didn’t stop there. Every individual we encountered greeted us, was so polite, and professional. The facility was clean, truly a wonderful place to stop or stay. I want to be clear, I gave an excellent rating not because all was perfect, I actually did not get my confirmed connecting rooms, but excellent and flawless are not the same thing. I stayed at this hotel 5-7 years ago, and than recently in October and than again this past saturday night. I noticed that the outside stairs looked repaired. I think I mentioned them in my previous review. Pool looked usable even though I didn't have a chance to swim. That alone means something post-covid when many other hotels I've been to last year haven't reopened pools at all even during the summer. Yes, bedspreads and possibly sheets should be replaced for appearance but they are clean. Yes, perhaps a bit more attention should be made towards room cleaning. I did find a small cigarette butt in the corner of the bathroom of my room. I'm not pretentious. Picked it up with a tissue and tossed it in the trash. I'm willing to overlook that for the value / quality ratio of my tastes. Check in said there would be a grab and go during a certain time and I was well within that timeframe and there wasn't any. Unfortunately with the covid era, I had zero expectations anyway.

I recently stayed at SpringHill Suites Fayetteville I-95 and was really impressed. The overnight agent was amazing—super friendly, attentive, and went out of their way to make sure I had everything I needed, even late at night. The room was spacious, clean, and very comfortable, which made for a restful stay after a long drive. The location right off I-95 is perfect for travelers, and the complimentary breakfast in the morning was a nice touch. I’ll definitely choose this hotel again on future trips!

This hotel was a gem. The room was clean and was updated. I love the fact there was no carpets in the room! That was the best part. My second time staying there. The bed and pillows were comfortable. Some stains on the sheets, not much. The front desk was efficient, and helpful with finding a place to eat They followed the CDC requirements due to COVID and we felt safe. I hope they keep up with maintenance and not let it go down like most hotels. Definitely worth the stay.

I've stayed twice now over the past month and it keeps getting worse. The floors throughout the entire hotel are uneven to the point it feels like I'm a skiier going down a mogule course. The shower heads are just above face level such that I have to dip slightly so I can rinse my head off (i'm not that tall). The curved outward rods dipped so heavily that the shower curtains slid to the middle - water everywhere. My latest experience involved not one room but two on separate floors with ants in the bathroom. Not swarms - but a clear trail was visible. The desks are right next to the bed and extremely cramped when you sit at them. On a positive note, the staff is extremely friendly and rooms are overall clean (minus the ants).

Called Best Western attempting to make reservation for I95 Exit 95 location. We were referred to The exit 49 location. Due to a bad connection, I did not hear the ”Sure Stay Plus”, only heard Best Western. Upon arrival, the room had a musty odor, the sheets were discolored (were once white now yellowish), beds were not made properly and bedsheets appeared wrinkled, the coffee pot was dirty, a couple of expired roaches in bathroom. We used our bedsheets and pillows on the bed, put them in a plastic garbage bag and washed them immediately upon arrival home. Had we not been as exhausted as we were, we would have left immediately.

We stayed at this hotel overnight with friends. After arriving at 10pm on an 18 degree night, the room was 57 degrees when they walked in! They called the front desk who didn’t seem to care and told them Housekeeping leaves it that way and they will just have to wait, it will warm up soon. They called back after 20 minutes after the temperature wasn’t budging much and got a similar uncaring response. They pushed to change rooms and found the same thing in the new room. They waited for over 90 minutes for the room to warm up enough to shower. So much for arriving, relaxing and going to sleep! Had 1 of the 3 front desk people on duty shown even the slightest empathy with the situation, it might have made a difference, but they said it was hotel policy to keep the rooms that cold and there was nothing they can do. I get trying to save energy, but if you check in with your arrival time on the Hilton app hours in advance, can’t 1 of the 3 people at the desk do the right thing and turn the heat on? Clearly, a hotel to avoid!

My mom and I had stopped on the way to visit family up north. We were pleased with this location and chose to stay at this location again as we were heading back home to Florida. My wife and I always stay at the Sleep Inn or Comfort Suites in Fayetteville on our way to visit our son in Virginia. We last stayed at this Sleep in in September and things were okay but they have gotten significantly worse. They still do not have a full hot breakfast although in September they said they were resuming full breakfast(what a lie) in November but still offer Jimmy Dean breakfast sandwiches and granola bars, no fresh milk with coffee. The decaf coffee was not working. Again they said they were resuming full hot breakfast soon(???). There was no tissue in the bathroom and the shower door seal was loose and hanging detached. But the piece de resistance to top it all of when we awoke the next morning to take our shower my wife found a live cockroach on the bathroom floor. I am a loyal Platinum Choice Hotels member but I would avoid this Sleep Inn at all costs, especially when there is a Comfort Suites nearby!

Right off the bat, you can tell this building is older, however the location has great access to a lot of food and shopping. The hotel staff was very sweet, and jumped to requests. However, we were very disappointed overall in the facilities and services. We paid $400+ for 5 nights to stay in a hotel that rarely unlocked the back doors/our room door unless you went to the desk to get a new card, only gave us 2 towels every time we asked, and started out with a fridge that didn’t seal, damaging $50 worth of food. Bed was comfortable and shower was decent, however don’t hold super high expectations.

Overpriced and basic! Arrived after 4pm and roomserbice was still cleaning guest rooms. Dirty used towels lined the hallway on the 2nd floor going to room 205, upon checking in room key didn't work had to return to the front desk to get a proper working key. Room was ok except it looked like mold in the bottom of the ice bucket. All night all I could hear are kids running up and down the hallway. Not a fan of this property, probably won't comeback here.

Was very happy to stay at this motel. The grounds are clean and I felt very safe at this motel. The staff are super nice, and the room was very clean. The only problem I encountered was that there were no electrical plugs by the bed for my phone and Kindle.

This motel is beyond tired..not the cleanest, and the furniture must have come from a dumpster. They do not know the meaning of Maintenance. First of all, we did not have a light in the bathroom and there was only one overworked clerk at the desk who was the only person staffing this whole place...So she could not change the light bulb, and did not have one. So it is lucky no one fell trying to use a bathroom in the dark! Unacceptable. Secondly we were told there would not be a charge for our small dog and we were charged $10... Please save your time and money and do not entertaining staying in this poorly maintained motel....It is probably one of the worst places I have ever stayed at...I will not elaborate more as this is enough to skip this place. I forgot to add, the chair at the desk was broken. it was tilted to the left...and I couldn't sit on it and the couch was filthy.

This place is where you want to stay. I highly recommend to all Healthcare professionals and family's. Don't let price fool you, it's great for the price. Brad , the manager is great. Place is very clean and quiet. I stayed here for 3 months and absolutely had a great stay each time. All rooms are fully furnished with complete apt style living. Bathroom is clean with a good hot shower and water pressure. Thick bath towels....beds are comfortable. Also it is very secure and safe. Has outdoor grills and tables. I will always return here for all my stays!

Attending an event in Fayetteville for the weekend. Stayed here. This place has seen better days. It was okay. Clean but worn. The elevator was awful. You were delivered to the third floor outside. And then had to figure out how to get the card to work to let you in the reader to get to your room. Really bad!!!!! Room was clean and neat. Definitely need to check the fridge. The pillows were very nice. Bed was clean but not comfortable. Our room was cleaned when we were out. When we came back there was one bathroom towel in the room. When I inquired why we had only bath towel I was told that they were drying the towels and would bring us a towel. Never heard that before!!! Swimming pool was not clean. The best thing about this place was the Continental breakfast. A shout out to Cynthia Williams the supervisor of the breakfast area. Great breakfast for such a small place. A great selection of food. The food was great and the staff keep the place clean. Very hard working group! The best part of the whole experience was the breakfast.
