The location was excellent, 5 min walk from the train and DLR stations and a short stroll to the vibrant Greenwich with all its attractions. We particularly appreciated the little kitchenette as we cook all our own meals. The bathroom was nice, spacious and warm. We had all we needed for a comfortable stay and would stay here again. Great value compared to what's available in London.

It just takes 8 mins walking distance from Paddington station to the hotel.
The internal facilities are maintained in good condition and the staff are helpful & efficient.

|1.4km from city centerThe hotel opened in 2018 and is very well maintained. The breakfast is remarkable and the bedroom is also very large, the largest area encountered on this trip. It is about a 5-minute walk from Blackfriars Station (cross the bridge). There are other bus and subway lines around, and it is very close to the supermarket. It takes about 15 minutes to walk to Big Ben. Slippers are provided in the room, and toothbrushes need to be asked for when checking in.
Let's talk about the shortcomings 1️⃣ After finding that the room was given on the first floor, I asked to change to another floor. The front desk said that there were only five floors in total and that it could not be changed (but the occupancy rate during the actual stay was not high) 2️⃣ The room service speed is relatively slow.

On the Trip site the check in time is incorrect (ov voucher it says after 12, but it is after 14) - despite us coming too early, they gave us the room and made coffee for free. The hotel is locked over night and the staff is really friendly. We were in the hotel trought the hottest days in history but they prepared a ventilator - because they don't have AC (normally).

Not far from the accommodation, large room with a double bed, but the disadvantage is that there is no water provided. And change the sheets every 2 days. We stay 5 nights, change just 2 times but rearrange the bed every day. Overall, very satisfied. Lovely staff Very informative and helpful, very impressed. If there is a chance, I will go back to stay again. Also nearby is Harrods, just 25 minutes walk. For those who like to walk, can walk straight away.

There is a large shopping mall 2 stations nearby. There are also most shops and a lot of food. The breakfast service in the hotel is very good. I asked for a later checkout and plates for food early in the morning after a night out and they accommodated that for us.
The hotel is placed in a prime location, just a stones throw from Covent Garden and about 28-30 minutes walk from Regent Street. The hotel is only accessible by key card after hours; to ensure guest safety.
Amenities in the room included an iron and board, kettle, drinking glasses and coffee / tea cups. The shower had fixed shampoo, conditioner and soap dispensers.
The mini bar was fairly priced for central London, but hadn't been cleaned (hence the slightly lower score on cleanliness).
The air conditioning dried my throat out throughout the night, but turns off automatically if the window is open, so had to deal with that / just had water next to the bed throughout the night.
The downstairs bar had a great a**osphere and boasts a large menu. Great for a late nightcap.
Overall the experience was great. Our Queen room cost £179.00 for the night (excluding breakfast). I was offered two forms of upgrades. A larger Queen Room with breakfast included was only an extra £40.00, and a Kings Suite with access to the executive lounge and breakfast was £80.00 extra.
