The interior of the hotel is not bad. There is a simple kitchen. The room is quite big. The problem is the floor upstairs. Every night when I have to sleep, there are people walking around at 4 or 5 in the morning. The sound is quite big. I have not rested for a few days.

All in all was a comfortable stay, a plus on the breakfast staff so friendly and hospitable. Breakfast was very good, hearty and warm. Only surprise was I had to pay again at the front desk even though I already did online upon booking. Yet to be resolved by Trip.com customer service side. I hope it will be soon and I can my refund.

Overall our stay was great. The staff were very friendly. The room was small but desgined really well and very comofrtable. The hotel had a great atmosphere to it, with lots of young guests and things to do in the reception area. The wifi was hit and miss - trying to make a zoom call in the reception area was nearly impossible even at 7am.

Like the row of washers and dryers! Free usage and can book via the hotel app. Have ping pong and pool table for a quick game. Location is about 7 mins walk to george square. 5 mins to shopping. Very convenient But the house keeping team needs some improvement. Towels were not changed or not enough towels were given.

For the first time ever I phoned reception to complain about the noise. There was a function going on downstairs that was so obnoxious. When I called reception the guy who answered just sighed, told me that he'd had several complaints and the music would continue until 12.45... The corridor was SO noisy. All the doors are set to slam closed. And slam they do.... I was travelling with my 10 year old daughter. We both had a terrible night's sleep. Staff didn't ask how my stay was or how I'd slept when checking out. As a frequent traveller I think that's the first time this has happened. Probably just as well as I'd have told them.... The room was clean but there was no shampoo in the container in the bathroom. Very basic. Saving grace was the swimming pool. Especially with a 10 year old. We were allowed to swim in the morning which really cheered her up.

**Hotel Review: Good for a Short Stay** We stayed at this hotel for one night on January 2nd, and overall, it was a good option for our needs. The check-in process was smooth, and our room was clean and comfortable, making for a pleasant stay. However, things took a turn the following morning. On January 3rd, the hotel was incredibly busy during breakfast. We found ourselves queuing to get into the dining area, which wasn’t ideal, especially after a long night’s rest. Once inside, there were too many people crowded around the hot food stations and the toaster, making it difficult to serve ourselves efficiently. It was clear that the hotel could have managed this situation better. Perhaps they could have implemented a timed breakfast schedule or opened additional serving areas to accommodate the influx of guests. Despite this hiccup, I would still recommend the hotel for a short stay, especially if you plan to have breakfast at a quieter time. Just be prepared for a potential rush if you’re there during peak times!

You can walk from Central Station, but it's a little difficult if you have luggage because it's on a hill. It takes 6-7 minutes to get to the bus stop for the airport, so it's safe even early in the morning. The room was clean, had a bathtub, and was comfortable. I like the service very much in a purely British hotel. I have to check out at 11 o'clock because the flight is still early. I negotiated with the hotel for a late checkout. The hotel originally said that it would charge 15 pounds for every hour of delay. Later, the hotel paid the delay fee. It’s worth recommending if you don’t need it.

This geographical location is absolutely amazing. Loved this hotel. Was staying for one night for a gig at the OVO Hydro Glasgow and this was perfect for close proximity to the concert venue. The rooms are small and modern and just perfect for a stopover for travellers for the night. The beds are comfy and the pillows are perfect. The bathrooms are small and clean. A welcome drink is also offered on arrival but I didn’t drink it as it wasn’t to my taste. I didn’t eat breakfast here as it was too early for me (it is served between 8am to 10am midweek). A bonus of this hotel is checkout is 12 noon (most other hotels are 11am and that extra hour in bed is amazing. I would definitely stay here again. The prices were higher than average but still better than other hotels everywhere else for this date, as there was something on at the OVO Hydro Next day we had a walk to nearby kelvingrove museum (walking distance from The hotel). Lots of lively little coffee shops, restaurants and pubs along the way.
