I agree with all the positive sentiments given here with my only concern being the size of the bathroom and the awkwardness of getting in and out of the shower. This may be room dependent but ours was quite small and the entrance to the shower/tub would be a challenge for an elderly or limited mobility person. The height of the tub and lack of grab rails make this a challenge along with the fact the way the glass shower door hinges back into the sink area. This is even more so trying to get out of the tub where your feet are now wet and the tub will be slippery.

I never take the time to write reviews as i’m more of a “direct feedback” person, but i have to share this one.. We left this magical place with a full heart. The rooms were top notch, i loved all the wooden details as well as all the nitty gritty you don’t want to miss in a home away from home. Kicked of the day with a savory and sweet breakfast in their cozy and calm setting, overlooking the centre of town. The family lead 4 star individual hotel, is filled with stories and made us feel like we became a part of it. My very special recommendation is the Pasta Luigi at Lapin Bleu - i had it ON REPEAT.

The walls are thick and there is no sound in the next room at all, and the restaurant next door is so I heard a little music, but I don't care. It was hard to get off the bus from the station and get to this hotel because the slope was hard in San Moritz. Since Google Maps taught me the road with stairs, it is difficult to climb from the stop, so I think it is better to use the sidewalk along the road. It is relatively beautiful if the hotel has been renewed. I'm a little wondering who's the hobby of the interior of the wall?

We had a pleasant surprise with an upgrade to a bigger room from our booking as it is our wedding anniversary. Room was decorated beautifully. Hotel also offered complimentary pick up and drop off service from/to the train station. Minibar is complimentary with beer, coke, lemonade, soda, peanuts and chocolates. Free cable car passes were also provided. Very heart warming stay.

I found this hotel to be exquisite and charming in very way. There was a nice view of the lake from my window. It seemed every detail had been thought of and everything was very comfortable and beautifully decorated. Breakfast was excellent and abundant. Just finished a WONDERFUL vacation at the Kulm hotel!!!We had a junior suite overlooking the lake. As an interior designer I can tell you the suite was done beautifully!!. It was spacious, gorgeously done, and very comfortable. The service in the hotel was beyond wonderful. We can truly say they were there to attend to every request. We were on half board so had breakfast and dinner in the main dinning room. They made sure that we had whatever we requested!!! Menu or no menu we were given whatever we wanted.The concierge was so helpful. We wanted two send bags ahead to Zurich which is a challenge on a weekend but he made sure it happened without difficulty. Truly a relaxing and delightful time!!! We can't wait to return!

Excellent service, very spacious rooms, comfortable bed, large bathrooms and lot’s of closet space. The view from the room is spectacular! (We booked a lake front view) Lot’s of activities. We booked directly with the hotel. It is situated about 1 km from the heart of the town. The room was of decent size and very clean. Amenities included couple of swivel chairs, a writing desk, two cupboards, flat TV (however with limited English channels), bedside tables with lamps. The bathroom was of decent size and very clean but the shower cubicle was a bit cramped at about 75 cm square. Bathroom amenities were of good quality and towels were very clean. They provide free access to the steam bath facility across the street though we did not try it. Breakfast spread was good; in fact, you could even get eggs cooked to order. There are two restaurants here but one of them was closed. The breakfast room was of good size and Covid protocols were followed. The restaurant staff were very courteous and helpful. The bus-stop is about a 100 ms. away - very convenient to get to the railway station, Corvatsch and other places. They have only a limited number of free open air car parking slots (about 12 nos.) but have paid underground car parking (again limited to about 12 nos.). We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and have no hesitation in recommending this property. We will surely stay there again the next time we visit St. Moritz. I must make special mention of Mr. Nicola at the front desk who was extremely courteous and went out of the way to help us throughout our stay. He took care of even the smallest of our requests and all with a smile! Such people are a great asset to the hotel and I hope the management recognises his efforts. All in all, we had a most comfortable stay.

We stayed for two nights in two people, a clean hostel two ”peaks” stairs (we were at 3* floors) and common bathrooms (correctly reported on the booking). Furthermore, when we encountered an unexpected last-minute cancellation, Ms. Müller was very accommodating and kindly waived the cancellation fee, which was highly appreciated. The hotel's swimming pool, sauna, and steam bath were among the major factors that drew us to stay at Hotel Cervus. These facilities proved exceptional and provided an excellent way to unwind and bond as a team after our busy days. Our rooms at the hotel were stunning. They were spacious, immaculately clean, and beautifully decorated with tasteful decors. The well-equipped amenities in every room made our stay even more comfortable. It's no exaggeration to say that these were some of the most beautiful rooms we have ever experienced in Switzerland. During our overnight stay, we were treated to a delicious breakfast in the morning, featuring freshly made croissants and eggs cooked to order. It's hard to review numerous hotels when you are traveling but the Grand Hotel Des Bains Kempinski makes this one easy. We stayed here with our two kids in August 2024 and really enjoyed everything from pickup at the train station in a private shuttle to departure. The service level is clearly five star. They respond quickly to every request and with enthusiasm and kindness. They were really good to our kids including providing nice stuffed animals at check in and making sure they had snacks and that the snacks were tailored to my sons allergy. The food at the buffet for breakfast was phenomenal. The Italian restaurant was also well worth it's reviews and ratings. Despite our kids being young, they were really gracious at that Adrianos and provided them with a five star meal. The spa and gym facilities were some of the best we had seen in Switzerland. The outdoor yoga terrace ? Unreal. The gym was fully stocked with new equipment also which was unique for such a historic hotel. The hotel pool and spa area were also top tier. They also provide you with lift tickets which is the only hotel in Switzerland that did that for us. Also bus tickets. That made our mountain hiking day so much more convenient. Also we really loved the outdoor patio at the front which we could sit outside and snack with the kids while having champagne. Every detail of the hotel was perfect. Also really love the history of the hotel and the uniqueness of the property. It's worth it just to walk around. This hotel deserves to be #1 in St Moritz.
