The only drawback is the size of the lift which accommodates only three people at a time and incase you are a big group, you might take time to reach your rooms. Sri koustubham residency name got changed as Gandasala inn. Management of the property is changed .we find it difficult in reaching the place as the name has got changed . It is GANDASALA INN now. Initially we faced problem due to change of management and they have not updated the details. The receptionist Mr.Giri contacted the owner of the property and we got allotment of room only after 2 hours of waiting. During our stay Mr.Giri and other staffs are very cooperative. You can mention land mark of this property as pk layout adjacent to pradatp theatre. Somewhat good for middle class family . Rly station bus stand and veg.hotels are with in 1km radious.

I made the booking. We were 3 adult 1 child and we booked one room with 2 double bed. When we reached the hotel, manager told us that booking was only for two single bed, and asked us to pay extra money. It was really horrible experience, manger was blaming and me for wrong booking and was asking to pay extra money. Almost it took for me 1 hour to convince him that when booking was confirmed for four person, how in two single bed 4 member can adjust. In his hotel there was all double beds only, no single bed available. But was continuously blaming me that it was my fault and need to pay extra 500. Finally i escalated the issue. Thanks to make my trip team, although it took around an hour to resolve the issue but the team was able to manage and resolve the issue and manager provided two double bed with no extra charges. With me my mom (age around 70) was traveling and it was really a bad feeling that it took so long. She wanted to relax after long journey but she had to wait an hour in reception. Please verify with manager and then only do the payment or else you can suffer like me. Thanks again to make my trip team. Regards kalyani

Staffs are friendly approchable. Sometimes they will consider flexi check in and check out. We booked VIP breakdharsan . Since bcos of long weekend this week it took 3 hrs for dharsan. Then we rushed back to hotel. Staffs are so kind so that after dharsan we are able to do quick refresh and luggage takeout. Shiva DM is the staff who dealt with us.

Room 120: AC was on full blast with no option to make the room warmer. We had to freeze and could not sleep even for 1min. Spent the whole night walking up and down the hall. At 1am the hotel staff are asking if they can repair it. Fan was also working on 1 speed only full speed with regulator not functioning. Room 114: No hot water in the rooms at 6.30am. We called reception twice and they kept saying after 2-3 buckets hot water will come. Even after 10buckets no hot water. Bedsheets smell of dampness and toilets were not cleaned. ABSOLUTELY NO KID FRIENDS FOOD AVIALABLE IN THE EVENING. We had a small child and no idly, dosa, tiffin options at all after breakfast. We had to feed the kid just biscuits after a 5 hour journey. Horrible stay overall. Pathetic hotel and not worthy of a Fortune/ITC brand at all! Local boarding lodges would have been better!

This hotel was not worth the pay. We reached at 1AM for the next day 4 '0clock Alipiri climbing. The room that was given to us was so good that, I regretted why I ever booked this hotel. The pillow covers were torn, and the bedsheets were wrinkled and spotty, with red marks and dirty. It was a used bed and room given without cleaning. When asked to change the blankets, the management were so reluctant and said we do not have extra pair of blankets. When asked to change rooms, they said all rooms are taken. When I insisted and persisted, they gave another room which was worst to the core. YAK! NASTY to even write this. Then after some fuss, they changed the bed sheets and no blankets. I know I came for Balaji's darshan and that is my agenda, so, could not keep fighting. I put my own saree and chunni as blankets to cover and continued to stay for two days, What hotel will charge the full price shamelessly. I asked for the morning manager and told him the ordeal of last night, that manager lied without even looking back that he had several nice rooms reserved EXCLUSIVELY for us. Shameless to core, I looked at him and asked for the owner. Now that owner lives in USA, so I cannot reach him. But know that you charged for no service. Money, Money Money is that matters to you and not service. Please improve, you will atleast have satisfaction that you charged for the service you provided. The managers took pictures and had the pictures of the nasty beds. The toilets were clean and well maintained, room was okay and the free breakfast was good. I have to mention that.

We reached here after almost 12 hours drive from hyderabad and once we entered the room our tiredness was gone. We had booked a double room and it was really clean and spacious. The layout was good and there were table and chairs, amenities like tea coffee kit, bathroom essentials, water bottles, etc. Already set up properly. Now the most important parts of any hotel room - bathroom and bed. The king size bed was comfy and clean. The bathroom was also super clean with decent lighting and hot water. We did not choose breakfast option but the restaurant on the ground floor was our go-to place whenever we were at the hotel. The food was tasty with just enough spices to not make your trip unpleasant. As we took our car, there is a large open parking just at the side of the hotel which was very convenient for us. Overall, i would again choose this hotel for my next visit. Definitely going to recommend to my friends and family.

Rooms are okay but location is not good. There is a BIG garbage dump just few feet away from the hotel and it stinks a lot if you happen to go outside. Anyways the whole neighborhood is filthy. Location is near to railway station so you will hear the train horns the whole night. Dining hall is really small and it gets crowded for Breakfast. Staff is also not very prompt on timings, breakfast is supposed to start at 8 am but usually starts at 8:30 am. Food is tasty but really expensive for the quality & quantity.

The hotel just debuted in Feb 2024 and the original hotel stands from 1998 and the locals still know it as bliss hotel, so it is very easy to locate and located near the main bus stand with lots of autos, buses and taxis available 24/7, so the connectivity is sorted, moving on to the hospitality. You will receive a royal welcome with a traditional melam and arati , welcomes can't can't get anymore welcoming than this, the hotel has a calm aesthetic that is sure to put you in peace the moment you are inside, there's is also a cute little Ganesha temple in the premises which adds to the beauty and vibe of the place. The lobby, restaurant, pool , even the elevators have a calming retro vibe intune with the vibe of Tirupathi. The rooms are spacious, come with a wardrobe, bathrobe and all the necessary amnesties, and they have a HD tv as well with good views of either the city or the Tirupathi hills. The food is scrumptious and filling but the highlight I would say is the heritage walk which happens daily at the lobby, I don't want to spoil the fun by mentioning it here, you better experience it to know it, last but not the least they have an open terrace seating area 'azure' look west to the hills while the sun is setting, you can see where He stays 🙏. The Padmavathi devi temple is also closer to the property. All in all it is a safe and secure place to bring your family for a peaceful darshan. I will definitely return. Few noteworthy mentions from the staff are the Melam artists, the poojari for the Ganesha temple , Kusuma from the heritage walk, Sathi, Priyanka, Roy and Lilly from the front desk, Uttam, Lalitha and Bimal from the restaurant, Murali the restaurant manager,Omprakash the F&B manager and Kishore the duty manager. Decent sized room for a couple. Hygiene is good but could be better. Example, drinking water can caps are opened completely and refilled by mounting on to the dispenser with the water touching the bare hand. Water dispenser needs to be replaced with a new one.
