The whole building feels like an apartment, with tourists from various countries. The elevator is a bit difficult to wait for, there is no Chinese service, but English is OK.

The unit is well maintained and have a 5 star’s level charm to it. You have everything you needed throughout the stay from hair dryer to washing machine and kitchen’s cooking appliances. However, you might need to bring your own toothbrush for the stay. They have a smart TV for entertainment and a bathtub is a bonus although I have no chance to use it yet due to tight schedules. The management team is very responsive and helpful. Well done! Will definitely coming back for the next trip!

Family for staycation included my 85yo mom. Rather disappointed as when arrived at 3pm, room is still not ready, but person in charge (pic), was kind enough to make it up by allowing us to check out at 12.30pm (but cleaner came at 12noon to take away d bedsheets & pillow cases). The pic also assisted me in driving my car to d parking lot. Appreciate that. Great thing about this place is that it's walking distance to KLCC & Avenue K. Suggestions if i may give: 1. Provide iron. There was only iron board- searched for iron, still couldnt find one except for a hairdyer. (2) Provide dish washing detergent & sponge so that we can wash dishes properly (3) Add pillows. Room is 4 adults, 1 pillow per person. Great that room comes with KING & QUEEN beds.There were xtra pillows in wardrobe but no fresh pillow cases, so cant use pillows. Koi fish pond is nice.

Spacious, clean apartments in a convenient part of the city. The staff were lovely and approachable. The elevators however were awful to deal with, especially in the hustle of Chinese New Year time. The hotel caters mostly to Chinese, with families being the biggest occupier—which meant that it was busy to due to festivities and not exactly a peaceful stay. The pool, which was lovely, was full of naughty, loud kids, which just encouraged other pool users to simply leave when screaming, running and splashing took over the area. It was quite sad really as I’d booked this hotel because of the vista. In the future, I hope that the hotel can encourage parents to better mind their children when using the facilities. For the amount of guests, I think the hotel public space is a bit small, which made bad guest behaviour more obvious. Thankfully, our room was super quiet and so we got to enjoy some downtime there. I don’t really recommend couples here looking to have a relaxing weekend away, although it may be more suitable to families…

I think one should not go for 1 day Take a week stay over this hotel And be at hotel enjoy the view from hotel Go to take swimming and come back take rest If you want to make something go by yourself. You have all the things here for cooking food. If you want to cook just bring your ingredients and food and make here And the you can enjoy and no need to go out from here just enjoy. My stay was very short but in future if I have time I will try to go here and stay at least a week

Nice suite in a good location. Booked the room for two nights. After checking in at 6 AM I had to change rooms at noon. That was a little bit inconvenient. This hotel doesn't have a front desk. For checking in and checking out you have to call a number and someone is coming 10 to 15 minutes later. When leaving, I was checking out at 5 AM to catch an early flight. I called and waited 20 minutes but nobody came. When I called the number again, the same person, sounding very sleepy answered. He probably fell asleep again after the first call. Finally 15 minutes later somebody came to check me out and return the security deposit.

Thank you, Momo's KL, for hosting me at your accommodation! I’ve always been intrigued by your ads on XHS, and I finally got the chance to stay for a night. I checked in around 4 PM, and the process was quick and seamless. The staff were very friendly and welcoming. The hotel has a single lift providing access to the rooms upstairs. While it’s compact, the lift is well-decorated, and the hotel offers plenty of fun activities, making the overall atmosphere lively and engaging. My room was at the end of the floor. Though small, it was functional and fit a queen-sized bed with just enough space to move around. It included a chair, TV, a safety box (unfortunately broken), and a hairdryer. What pleasantly surprised me was the USB charger, it saved the day since I had forgotten to bring my adapter! The bathroom was also compact but well-equipped. However, I found the shower controls a bit confusing. There were two valves without clear instructions, so it took some effort to adjust the water to the perfect temperature. On a positive note, the body wash and conditioning shampoo smelled wonderful! The only downside to my stay was the room door—it was very hard to close properly and seemed slightly damaged. I checked out at 3 AM, and even at that hour, the staff were present and handled the process efficiently.

Here’s a polished version of your hotel review: I recently stayed at Lloyd’s Inn KL and had a pleasant experience overall. The staff were exceptionally friendly and welcoming, both during the day and night shifts, which made my stay feel warm and comfortable. Breakfast was a highlight for me, especially the curry noodles—absolutely delicious! The café staff maintained their cheerful demeanor even during the busy morning crowd, which was impressive. However, there were a couple of areas that could be improved. The soundproofing in the rooms was inadequate, as I could hear people walking and talking in the corridor. Additionally, the shower area could use some enhancements—the shower blinds didn’t effectively block water from splashing, leaving the toilet area wet after every use. Had a last minute cancellation of our accommodation as it was not up to the standards of what we paid for so we had to look for another place, came across Opus Residences, read the reviews and immediately booked it. even tho it was a last minute booking, they were so welcoming and they definitely did not disappoint! we had an amazing view of the twin towers from our rooms and it was really worth our stay. they even offered so many activities like karaoke-ing, golfing, PS5 and even late check-outs. this place was definitely worth the price, we really enjoyed our stay.

The location of the house is super good, between Porcelain Street and Alor Street, and you can walk to both places. It is convenient to go to the bar street and night market at night. The view is wide, and you can see the Petronas Twin Towers and the new high-rise (forgot the name) from the balcony and bedroom. Three bathrooms are a plus, and there will be no problem for a large family to use. The kitchen can simply cook noodles and fried eggs for breakfast. The facilities are also great. There is a swimming pool on the tenth floor, and the children have a lot of fun. There is a parking lot from the first to the eighth floor, with a free parking space. It is very convenient to drive, but the parking space is on the seventh floor, and it takes at least five minutes to drive up. The downside is that the house is poorly maintained and there are cockroaches in the kitchen.

First time stay suites residents berjaya times square. Agak mencabar masa nak check in, sebab kena deal dengan wakil yg jaga resident tu, ingatkan cek kat kaunter hotel tapi tak yer. Mula2 dia tak bagi check in sebab dia ckp apartment aku tu utk 2 org, sebab aku bwk anak 3 org tak boleh masuk. Dia mintak lagi seratus dia bagi bilik lain, aku ckp tak nak tambah bayar sebab semua aku dh bayar siap2. Last2 dia call boss dia, baru dia bagi bilik yg lain dia ckp, tapi x payah tambah duit. ************* sampai apartment sangat memuaskan, bilik baru renovation. Naik satu lift dengan lift hotel. Sangat2 risau.
