Do not book this hotel from trip.com. Because in trip.com it show you the price of 700INR for 1 day and after you will do check-in in hotel they will ask you to pay 700-1000rs more as they will say that in our system it is 2000Rs room and you have only paid 700Rs. Later if you will try to complain in trip.com, they will say that you pay the amount and we will refund it. Then they will ask you to send the email with receipt attached, which will not be provided by hotel lady or men by saying that there is some technical issue so we cannot provide you the receipt, but you will get your receipt of food you will eat. Do no book it from trip.com. They are making fool of customers. We can to OYO and book it from there, it will be more cheaper there. The lady in the front desk so cleaver. She will make excuses for receipt. Even the room was not that which i booked from trip.com. WHATEVER YOU WILL PAY AT THE TIME OF CHECK-IN, THEY WILL SAY TO TRIP.COM EXECUTIVE THAT THE AMOUNT WE CHARGED WAS FOR THE ROOM UPGRADATION FROM CLASIC TO SUITE🤣🤣. Very funny.

Beware of the cleaning staff. They check your belongings and steal petty stuff. We gave our keys for cleaning and left, thankfully did not leave any valuables. In the evening, i found that the wine bottle was filled with water instead of wine. A few eatables were missing too.

This small, quiet hotel is located in an unslaughterable distance from Taj Mahal - ideal for a early visit of the Indian true sign at sunrise. We spent a night in the hotel and were satisfied. The staff at the reception was super nice and helpful. Breakfast after our Taj Mahal visit was completely in order. We had no hot water, but the room was very clean and clean - we've experienced it differently in India. However, it smells tungsy after the discharge at night. For one night, however, totally in order and due to the abovementioned benefits and the favourable price-performance ratio, a clear recommendation.

It is a pleasant experience to stay in this chaotic city of Agra for one night. The hotel facilities are not very new, but clean and the beds are very comfortable. The hotel has a swimming pool, spa, gym, kids club and more. The service staff is very nice, we will have dinner at the hotel in India, and we will send us some desserts and fruits on the same day, and we will say what needs to be mentioned. Hotel: When we arrived at the hotel at 6:30am the staff were ready and waiting to take us to our room. The room was very clean and the hotel is lovely and modern. The breakfast was good and the service was quick. Location: The location is fantastic, only 5 minute drive to the Taj Mahal and easy to get into the centre where the markets are. It is also close to the two best restaurants in Agra; Pinch of Spice and Salt Cafe. I thoroughly recommend staying here.

The location of this hotel is on main road hence it is easy to find. The parking is in front of hotel where you get slot only if your are lucky. There is Pizza Hut and Costa Coffee outlet whose customer normally make parking full. The reception and entry of this hotel is downstairs. The staff of this hotel is polite and friendly. The rooms are quite spacious with sitting sofas and study tables. There are good amount of three pin plugs in rooms hence one can charge enough devices at same time. There washrooms is also spacious and clean. They do provide hot water from 5am to 10am. The towels, cushions and linens were clean. Somehow their Wi-Fi was not working even after putting credentials displayed at reception. They do have their own restaurant where we had our dinner. It was good and prices were reasonable. I would recommend this hotel for families who are on short stay visit and just need to explore TajMahal and Agra Fort which are near from this hotel.

I checked into Hotel Areeba on September 18th, and I was assigned Room No. 206. I had previously discussed cleanliness and hygiene concerns with Ruchi Chouhan two days prior to my arrival. However, upon entering the room, I was disappointed to find that it was not adequately cleaned. There were flies in the room, the curtains were heavily stained, and there was an unpleasant odor. During the night, I placed a food order while Rahul was on duty. Unfortunately, my food took over an hour to arrive. In the morning, I approached Ruchi Chouhan to address these issues. However, her response was unprofessional and unhelpful. She did not provide any assurance or assistance, simply stating that there was nothing she could do. I am deeply dissatisfied with the cleanliness of the room and the service I received during my stay. I hope that the hotel can take appropriate measures to address these concerns and ensure a better experience for future guest.

We had two deluxe rooms with a large bed and one smaller bed and stayed two nights. It was perfect for our group of six and a baby. All of us absolutely loved the environment and feel of the place. We felt so welcomed and taken care from the point of booking all the way to check out. The staff were all very quick to respond to all our needs and made us all feel valued. We ended up eating every meal at the hotel because the food was wonderful and we enjoyed being in the environment. We could swim while we waited for our food and we took every opportunity to enjoy the pool. They take perfect care of the pool and in the hottest heat they still make sure the pool is a refreshing temperature! The rooms were clean and comfortable and had many nice amenities-- all you could need. The hotel is decorated beautifully and well maintained. We would highly recommended this hotel to anyone coming to Agra and genuinely look forward to coming back to stay as soon as we visit Agra again. It was about 20 minutes to the Taj and Agra Fort but they connected us with a very reasonably priced driver who took wonderful care of our larger group and they even helped coordinate rides for us. Truly a place of relaxation and comfort which as Americans can be hard to find. Soo glad we booked here and hope many others will enjoy it as much as we did!

Our Riksha adviced us to go here. Right next door from Taj Mahal we had the best location. We have had an excellent stay at Maya hotel the last night. In the very hot temperatures right now the airconditioning was the best in our room! The room has All facilities and you can make yourself a nice cup of coffee or tea which the room is equipped with. Raj, the owner was very hospitable and great to talk with. So for solo travelers no worries, here you will always be in good company. Also for visiting Taj Mahal, Raj adviced us well on when to go (05.00AM) in order to avoid crowd and have the best experience.

Very bad experience. I should have booked through Mmt or other platform. I checked online and called hotel. Some Mr. Verma assured me 2 extra mattress @ 3800 inc bf. As I didnt want kids to sleep in separate room, so i fell for his words and confirmed booking.. Hotel was easy to find right at the back of Grand Mercure. Checkin was ok.. Room was shockingly smaller that i vould have imagined. I was told i am given a vlassic room! What a pity.. Vlassic room means front view with an abandoned green area in sight and an obnoxious UP electricity board Transformer. ( i guess this is certainly better than No view toom ) Room was cramped... No space for extra bed.. After removing coffee table, one ply bed with 4 inch foam matreas was adjusted. Bathroom has some perpetual stinking problem. Worst part.. When I asked for 1 small bottle of water (kinley 500 ml) they said its chargable!! Just imagine the hospitality! A room that is not worth 2000. I paid 3800 andI can not get one 500 ml bottle water!??? Salute to the dacoity! Worst part.. Breakfast.. Lousy staff. Diluted ***go juice was put in the jar, Baasi Tea ( stale readymade tea ) which probably was made 1-2 hours back was re- heated again n again to beserved on buffet. Plz see images If you get classic for 1700-1900.maybe its ok.. Otherwise stay away... There are tons of great option neat Tajmahal.

I don't know why the evaluation is so high! The location is excellent, it only takes about 10 minutes to get to the east gate of the Taj Mahal from the hotel. Very close. It's safer around. It's just a family hotel, so it's more like a Chinese farmhouse. The breakfast is average and the price for breakfast is very high at Indian prices. It is recommended to eat across!
