I recently stayed at this hotel and I was pleasantly surprised. Location: The hotel’s proximity to the nearby universities is a huge plus. If you’re a student or visiting for academic purposes, you’ll appreciate the convenience of being within walking distance. Additionally, having SM Mall just across the street makes shopping and dining easy. Attractions Nearby: Rizal Park, just a few blocks away, is another highlight. It’s a pleasant walk from the hotel, and you can explore this historical park and enjoy the greenery. Room Comfort: The room I stayed in was spacious and comfortable. The bed was cozy, and I appreciated the extra space to move around.

The hotel is great if you're actually going in the Intramuros area. It's very close to all the interesting places. As for the hotel, it really has value for money because it has strong wifi, there's more than one tv station, there's a lot of sockets for your charger, there's a mini ref, and there's even a blow-dryer! However, I would suggest for a pail and tabo and/or a bidet. I like that they allowed us to place our stuff on the hotel as we went around Intramuros and Ermita prior to leaving for the airport. Would definitely stay here again.

It's really rubbish. Apart from the good attitude of the front desk service, nothing is the same. When I entered the house, the water was stopped. The hot water suddenly became cold and hot. The bottled water drank almost the same as the water in the swimming pool. All kinds of furniture were about to fall apart. The sound of air conditioning sounded equivalent to the level of aircraft engines. In addition, I did n’t understand when I first came to Manila. Ctrip wrote xx kilometers from the city center. This city center is the old city of Manila. The real urban area is in Makati. I'm still wondering how I couldn't find a five-star hotel in Manila

The facilities are old and the surrounding area is very noisy. There was a sound of machines hitting at 5 o'clock in the morning. I applied to change the room. The front desk was enthusiastic to change it, but the traffic was still there. The front desk service was good. There was no breakfast or the breakfast was very poor. It was probably outsourced, with high prices and poor quality. In short, be careful when shooting this hotel.

The ‘Unfairmont’ should be a 4 star hotel: - the worst restaurant buffet I’ve ever had … the chicken korma for example was just chicken in mayonnaise sauce and the rest was dry mean or no meat such as butter chicken curry with zero chicken in it (inattentive staff so remained like this through our dining) . The restaurant area is small so very noisy with chairs back to back so had to say ‘excuse me’ to diners behind me before moving my chat back to get out. ‘Fresh’ juices are from concentrate too. - No seats in the smoking area and signs up with diseases on. Not a place to savour a cigar. - Gym and rooms are than ordinary - Tv in the room too small to watch from the bed - Intolerable banging etc made it impossible to sleep.

The hotel staff were very friendly. Always smiling. Very helpful. They are always smiling and very approachable. The hotel location is near the alphaland. For those who are applying for a visa ( tasheer) , i would definitely recommend the green sun hotel for you to stay. The hotel tv channels does not not work all the time (i think its because of the signal) , does not have resto but they do have a mall near the hotel, at breakfast there are a lot of food vendors in front of the hotel where you can buy food for breakfast and lunch at a very reasonable price. The overall stay is excellent.

Very friendly staff. Purely! A rare hotel in Manila where there are no ants. Excellent location: 25 minutes walk and you are in the heart of BGC. The original layout of the room. But the toilet lacks a sink. I have to shave and brush my teeth over the toilet. Another small minus: a deposit of 1500 pesos is required upon check-in. I found out about this late. And I lost a lot of time looking for an ATM, the nearest normal ATM was 15 minutes away.

It's our 2nd time here because this place is very near to malls. The hotel is connected to G4. There's a lot of restaurants nearby. Also, it's because we miss drinking their draft beer. Unfortunately, it was unavailable so we tried something else. The deep fried chicken was a bit expensive to its taste. It's very salty. It did not meet our expectation for 650 pesos. On a brighter side, the staff were helpful and friendly. They always greet you even when you're just passing by.

A decent hotel in a good location at a fair price. The staff is very friendly and helpful. The gym is decent, with a nice view, and the rooftop also offers great scenery. The rooms are spacious and include a kitchen, which is a great feature. Housekeeping was good. The breakfast felt more like dinner, but this seems to be typical for the Philippines. Adding some fresh vegetables would be a great improvement. There is an excellent Vietnamese restaurant nearby, and the Power Plant Mall is within walking distance, where you can find healthy food options in the supermarket as well as a salad bar. The Makati city center is also easily accessible on foot.

The place is perfect for people who prefers in a commercial center. Huge room so I really like it. The front desk with a blond hair failed to inform me that the toothbrush, hair dryer and slipper is by request when it was included in advertisement. Housekeeping took time to bring my toothbrush, slipper and hair blower that I have to call the front desk for the second time, based on what I observed, the housekeeping is good as I even spoke with them, I think the front desk needs proper training other than the front desk I can say I like the place. Hopefully when I go back the Front Desk know how to deliver excellent customer service. I cannot even read the WIFI password as her handwritten is not really good, I need to ask the blond hair front desk about what she wrote. She was busy chatting with her co workers instead of doing her job.

One of the highlights of my experience was the view. The view from my room was absolutely breathtaking (and that’s coming from someone with acrophobia). Stayed 3days and 2 nights, it was a nice room and clean, with fridge. We can relax and watch Netflix, the hotel has plants that made me feel more relaxing, there is also huge mirror if you want to see your OOTD. I love their arts decoration too! The bathroom has hot and cold water, it has bidet but unfortunately they dont have hair blower so you have to being your own. Theres also coffee shop downstairs named Hoi! Also in the morning We cant open our windows because theres a school building. near wet market and 13-20mins to greenbelt and Sm. Theres also laundry shop nearby and walking distance to Bar and Restaurants.
