民宿位於二/三馬路老城區核心地段，優點是到二馬路美食街5分鐘步行，到信利廣場10分鐘步行。有很多好吃的店（甘草水果、能記牛肉、山珍鮮牛肉火鍋）都在附近，較為便利（杯杯鮮排隊嚴重，不推薦）。房間面積較大，設備齊全，1.5米床靠牆，衞生是民宿標準，衞生間乾濕分離，配備洗衣機很方便。辦理入住快速，電梯快速。服務溝通比較順暢，遇到噪音問題能積極給出解決方案。 不足之處是沿街交通比較擁擠，人車混行，打車進出容易堵車。房間沿街早晚都比較吵鬧，希望能改進隔音窗户。雨天情況下附近街區衞生環境略顯臟亂差。剛進房間會有股潮氣悶着，開空調後能消散，床單被鋪有點潮濕，建議可以放個抽濕機或注意通風。希望增設一排晾掛衣服的牆鈎，衣櫃不大實用。投影方向需要坐在沙發上看，有點不方便。 室內照片沒有拍，和展示圖一致。
