The place has an Serene environment with lush greenery away from the bustle and hassle of cities yet is near the Hongqiao Airport and Railway Station. it is not only the location and environment that attract me but also the staff service. As an old couple, I am not mobile phone savvy with apps, so I requested a staff Lily to help me with online vegetarian food order and she agreed to my request. She even lent me a mobile phone chargor so that I could continue to take video of an ancient residence recommended by staff.

Room was clean and big. Have a kitchen which can request for cooking utensils and all. Microwave, washer, big dining table. One area of improvement will be the toilet gets pretty damp after use and there was no venitilation to dry out. So floor remains wet overnight, solely dependable on aircon to dry it.

The hotel is located very conveniently directly in front of the Hongqiao Railway station. Our room had a carpet which is not the cleanest so we didn't allow for the baby to crawl around. There was a light sense of smoking in the room. The size of the room is quite small also. The bathroom is nice and clean. The breakfast was average. Nevertheless we went to this hotel for the 3rd time now because of the convenient location.

Very close to Hongqiao Airport. It is not walkable. It is recommended to take a taxi during the morning rush hour, because it is more convenient to take a taxi with luggage. The room is very clean. I have stayed in this Hotel for 5 days. The staff is so friendly, the rooms are comfortable, the lobby has everything, workspace, laundry, ..etc, the wifi is available and fast, most importantly it is close to the airport, train station, and subway. Paid bikes are available around the hotel, it take 1 rmb to go from the hotel to the subway, you only bike for 10 minutes and you're there, by subway it'll take you around 20 minutes to get to nanjing road. Overall i like it so much and i will definitely come back next time i come to Shanghai, as for the price we rented for 250rmb per night during the whole stay, but in times of fairs the prices will go up, so it's better to book when the prices are low. I recommend this hotel.

We stayed at this hotel several times and were satisfied for the price before, but had terrible experience this last time. When we arrived at the hotel at 18:30,we were told that our room (booked and PAID online in advance) will only be available at 21:30, because they had let it out by the hour. It was disastrous to our busy scedule and absolutely unacceptable. On the plus side: excuisite flowers in the lobby, good Chinese black tea in the tearoom, no-hustle service with receiving packages.

It was truly an exciting experience for Ultraman fans..the moment we stepped into the hotel area, man-size Ultraman figurines can be seen everywhere. The Ocean park was also a wonderful experience, especially the Ultraman show in the ultraman theme theatre. The concierge staff was extremely helpful and nice though he is just an intern.
