A pousada está localizada na Praia do Cupe, em Porto de Galinhas. A praia é linda, porém de mar batido e perigosa, exigindo atenção. Hoje tivemos até mesmo alerta de tubarão. Tem um restaurante associado, que explora tanto a alimentação dos hóspedes na praia, quanto fornece o café da manhã - razoável -, café da tarde e almoço e janta. Nossa estadia, prevista para o período de 15 a 22/02/24, estava indo muito bem até hoje, quando tivemos a visita na praia em frente ao hotel, de um irmão e familiares que estão hospedados em Porto de Galinhas. Precisando de mais 4 cadeiras de praia e de um guarda-sol adicional, fui informado de que deveria solicitá-los na recepção (Paulo). Na oportunidade da solicitação o atendente acima me informou que o custo de locação seria de R$ 100,00 por pessoa. Considerando a cobrança descabida. - afinal cosumiríamos no serviço do hotel - desistimos do propósito e nos deslocamos para um serviço alternativo oferecido na praia a preço muito melhor. Terminada a praia convidei meu irmão e demais familiares a almoçarmos no restaurante do hotel que - conforme avisa placa colocada na margem do terreno do hotel virada para a praia - É DE ACESSO LIVRE AO PÚBLICO, sem qualquer outro esclarecimento ou alerta adicional. Após o almoço, assinada a devida comanda da despesa, fomos nos despedir do familiares na porta do hotel. Para nossa surpresa, quando de retorno ao nosso quarto, fomos interpelados pelo atendente Sr. Paulo, nos solicitando que assinassemos uma comanda de R$ 500.00 (quinhentos reais) por DAY USE. Esclareça-se que a única coisa a ser eventualmente usada num eventual Day Use é uma piscina minúscula na qual, mesmo como hospedes nunca entramos e qua não foi utilizada por qualquer dos convidados para o almoço. Lógicamente nos recusamos a assinar tal exploração, mas a proprietária da pousada, identificando-se como tal arguiu que tinha imagens de três do visitantes almoçando em uma mesa na frente do restaurante, na chamada área comum e que isso caracterizaria o uso de um espaço do hotel e, portanto, a cobrança do alegado Day Use; em absoluta e total discrepância com os usos e costumes do consumidor desse tipo de serviço e até mesmo com a ética da atividade. Nunca mais retorno aqui, e não indico a pousada a quem quer que seja; lamentavelmente.

The hotel is perfect! Since arrival at the reception, the attendants, boys, breakfast, excellent food (only needs a touch of more temperament), everything very well done and well served! The beach in front is beautiful, but how is the open sea firefighters are careful to guide due to the floods!! But in 300m there is the beach of the excellent cup for bath and the to walk!! We recommend and we will surely return!!

The structure of the hostel and the rooms itself is good, the biggest problem is access to the hostel: it has to pass about 3 or 4 quarters of street on the ground, with water vaying and very buried. Another thing we don't like was that they exchanged bed and towels every 3 days, i.e., our room was never clean during our stay. It is also very good, it is a good breakfast, a relatively large room with fridge, microwave and pia, that for us who were with a baby was great, they are expanding another banner of rooms.

Llegamos después de las 12 de la noche, luego de todo un día de viaje. El recepcionista solo dio la llave, subió el equipaje y nada más. Podría haber una recepción y cambiaría mucho la percepción del lugar. Los desayunos fueron normales, nada de espectaculares como muchos comentarios. Le falta mucho para ser espectaculares. La habitación fue cómoda con un buen balcón y linda vista al mar, aunque le faltaria una mesa y sillones ahi. Tuvimos que sacar la mesa y las sillas al balcón. Los ameneties del baño estaban bien, debería mejorar la calidad de las toallas y toallones, tenían muchas lavadas y estaban ásperos. El mueble de la habitación no es muy funcional, no es posible dejar las valijas abiertas. La caja de seguridad es antigua. Faltarían unos tapetes al costado de la cama. El área externa de pileta es agradable y bien mantenida. La limpieza diaria de la habitación y el baño era correcta. El personal es competente y amable. Se puede caminar hasta la playa, queda a 200 metros, pero 1,5 km hasta la playa principal de Pto de Galinhas. La pousada está justo muy cerca de la construcción de un edificio y el horario laboral es de 6 a 17 hs. Hay mucho ruido. El precio por Booking es muy caro.

I was half annoyed at the beginning because in the recruitment showed that in the room there was a Queen bed and a single bed that suggests that it would be a larger room, access to the pool having to pass through the outside is not too legal, the access should be internal and restricted, in the q room we were had a vacuum when we used the shower, which was half wrong and the record was released. The breakfast is wonderful and staff care is perfect always with good humor and reception, the bed was good, and the capirines are great.

I must say, the hotel is nice the people are great. The only issue I would say that this resort needs to improve on is, 1. the Flies on the food and 2 the resturante needs to be a Airconditioned facility. It was gross going to eat at the resturante and flies where all over the food and fruits that were laid out buffet style. The heat is also so terrible to try and enjoy a meal when humidity is 90% and no AC. I said in room 217, the AC in the rooms are terrible work very poorly. I was told that the pools were open 24hrs, but when we arrived we was advised closes at 6pm. The place is well located and has a lot of amentities, they just need to fix these issues, especially if they want to see the American Tourist at this location. I advised them that no Americans will come and eat with food out like that and flies on the food. I also advised they need to install Air conditioning. over all I give it 3 out of 5 I must also advise they dont have any staff members that speaks English.

The resort was very well run. We stayed in the Bungalow, and it was awesome. The employees were very helpful and ensured all of our needs were met. I would recommend more food choices or keeping restaurants open all day to truly be all inclusive. I would also recommend butler services at the Bungalows. The hotel is just perfect with wonderful views of the sea. Check in was smooth and was made to feel very welcome. Our room (115) was lovely and had everything we needed with views of the sea. The cleaners do a wonderful job of keeping your room clean and the whole hotel. The pool is really nice and very warm. The hotel has a wide selection of food on offer at a reasonable price and the bar has a nice selection of drinks also. I have to give a special mention to the waiters who are constantly making sure you have everything you need and nothing is too much for them. They really make the hotel a perfect place to stay. Overall we had a great time and would certainly come back. Thank you.

The hotel is simple but with a cosy and welcome that I have not feeled very often. The owners are super attention, the TB officials. The breakfast is very delicious, it has everything a little. The air conditioning is great. I only have thanks to Mr Nelson and his family! The only negative point was that we initially stayed in a small room (room7) with a large bathroom but only with type windows swinging to the inner area of the hostel and mofo in the bathroom. Very bad, but we asked for a exchange and were very sensitive to it and we stayed in room 9 beeeeem better ... without comparison.

O café da manhã é simples, porém, notavelmente é feito com muito amor e carinho, tudo fresquinho e muito gostoso (gostaria de deixar meu agradecimento especial às moças da cozinha e às que arrumam os quartos). A piscina estava sempre limpinha e geralmente, vazia (com um casal ou uma família às vezes), bem tranquila para chegar da praia no fim da tarde e aproveitar. Encontrar essa pousada foi um presente! The resort is exceptional, beautiful, very well decorated and the service is of the first place. After staying in Vivá, we went to Maragogi and hosted a very famous resort there (and even with propaganda of being one of the best in the world) and it was a disappointment, we just didn't return to Vivá because it didn't even have to cancel the other's reservation in We find the living much better, more beautiful, more comfortable, cleaner and cheaper than the famous resort of Maragogi.

We stayed 8 days in this hostel.Positive points: near the center, the hostel is clean, air conditioning works well, wonderful shower, comfortable bed, room and bathroom with good space. Negative points: Although the room is spacious, it needs generally reform (picting the doors and exchange the floors that are broken ) improve the ventilation of the bad bathroom that is bad. Excellent location next to the main street is about 50 meters from the beach, about 100 meters, green waters, food is not expensive, food for all tastes.
