Directly opposite is a bakery and a kiosk with good opening times.
The hotel itself is modern and tastefully furnished.
We had an apartment with refrigerator, dish and furniture.
The beds and bathroom were modern and comfortable.
Continue to be recommended without conditions.

|7.11km from city centerAll in all was a very nice stay. We had a family room in the 7 floors, here was a room with a double bed besides two single beds. The bathroom is small and clean and is equipped with a shower bathtub. The kitchen line has a refrigerator and two stoveplates, and the furniture is also available. The furniture is simple and useful, so no first class expect. The mattresses were very comfortable and the breakfast buffet included everything you can use for starting the day. The staff could be friendly with each other, but the ranking struggles had no influence on the service. Unfortunately, it may take a little time to get the chairs at their destination, these are not the fastest. At the moment, the 800m metro station Billstedt is replaced by a rail replacement, but it works without any problem. We liked it and I would book there for the second time.

Breakfast buffet is worth to have it, there are different selections of food and a very nice coffee to start a day. Friendly staff in reception but the waiting time for check in is a bit long , maybe it was the peak time. A bit disappointed of No slipper was offered in my room. Overall it is a nice hotel which can be recommended.

The facilities were very good but there was no air conditioning. It was very hot, especially in summer. Without air conditioning you could not sleep or rest. The towel dryer in the bathroom didn’t work. Hand sanitiser on all floors were empty and when I asked someone to refill them, they did not. a few days later when I checked the sanitises was still empty on all floors in the gym area. There is only one washer and dryer and you have to wait hours for the person before you to finish. The kitchen area was very small and there was no place to dry your dishes. Not the best place for me and I will not be going back.

What I didn't think good, on the room of the tape floor, the sticks had and I as an allergic had a nose closed all night.
The bed was comfortable, only the topper dropped down and down.
Recommend the (separate) beds, a ride in the middle, as these were broader.
Well, only with a chip card to reach the upper floors of the rooms.
The price was still high (360€ for 2 pers and 2 nights).

The hotel has more than 20 floors and is a very eye-catching building. I was very lucky to upgrade to a view room on the 20th floor. Every morning and evening, I can see the beautiful view of Alster Lake from the room, with white sails and a mirror-like lake surface.

The breakfast selection was also adequate, from bread to rolls, sausage, cheese, sweet spreads, etc. We didn't lack for anything. The reception is open 24 hours a day and is always friendly. Parking spaces in the back yard and garages are also available. Since the party mile (Große Freiheit) is right outside the door, anyone looking for complete peace and quiet is in the wrong place.
