I held my 30th birthday party in the Cellar Rooms of the Reigate Manor. Everything was incredible. The staff handled absolutely everything which meant I could just enjoy the party. They provided the most incredible venue (so fun and intimate yet spacious), food, drink on arrival and bar, DJ and photographer! I loved every second and couldn't recommend it more for a special event!

We spent two nights here on a family visit earlier this month. OH, our son and I just loved it. We had two standard doubles which had everything we needed and more, and for so called ”standard” rooms they were a bit special when you consider the price. Cheap as chips and perfect for a short term stay. Views over the golf course, tranquil setting and so so quiet. Perfect nights sleep. And for me the most outstanding thing was that the bedding was changed daily, that's a rarity these days. Breakfast was served in the club house and again was ideal, relaxed setting, choice of cooked foods - no cereals, pastries or fruit but a very good start to the day.

Visited as a golf society. There were over 40 of us. We were looked after extremely well. The staff were friendly and efficient. Food lovely. They also have a Thai menu which was also very nice. The new manager Neil could not have been more accommodating. We loved it so much we are returning in October. The last review re the head green keeper, read between the lines on this. Tripadvisor is not a platform for those type of comments. The hotel is comfortable and very clean. The golf course needs some TLC but all courses have suffered throughout the winter. All in all, a fab sray.

The staff and the service: totally incredible. The food was average at best, and there weren't many amenities, but it was located very close to 2 train lines which was extremely convenient. If you aren't planning to spend much time in your room, it's a great staging area for heading into London, going to and from the airport, or getting anywhere you need to. Priced right, especially for what you're getting. I would recommend it to friends and I would stay there again myself.

Stayed here with family while visiting Chessington theme park. The hotel is located in nice quite part with beautiful views. The staff were brilliant and very helpful. Staff recognised my membership status and explained all benefits. The room had few stains but overall was comfortable. Note the place has no restaurant or anything at walking distance but few local places offer delivery. Breakfast was unfortunately a bit letdown for us 2 days in a row as the hash browns were cold and croissants not warm! Being vegetarian that were the options I went for as didn’t have much choice. Thankfully good coffee machine so had lovely cappuccino. I will however stay again more for the great staff and the location of the hotel.
