Above all, its location was perfect for me to reach every direction including airport by MRT. Happened to join the party next to hotel. it was a kind of nice surprise. Front desks staff are superb, very friendly and helpful. The room was very clean and cleaner was polite and helpful. Breakfast spread and service were very good. Only exception was on the first morning when we went to the breakfast hall, the guy at the entrance did not seem friendly at all. There was no greeting or smile nor eye contact. He didn’t utter a word but expected us to know what to give him to proof we were indeed hotel guests.

Easily accessible .close to an MRT station and most restaurants ,bars and touristic sites .I walked from here to everywhere I went to while in Singapore. Was clean and the receptionist actually let me check in even when I arrived earlier (very understanding). one thing only is I felt a little uncomfortable walking bare feet inside and to the bath room .I had no clue about the no shoe policy ,I'll reccomend take your slippers if that's allowed to wear inside .Other wise it's a 5star . can't wait to go back .It's nice and comfortable .

The location is excellent. There is a subway station and a hawker center next to it. There are many popular check-in spots and food streets around it. The hotel room is quite large in Singapore. It is very comfortable. It is a pleasant stay. I visit the bar on the first floor once a day. All drinks and snacks are free. It is really touching. The service is very good. The only thing is that the thin and tall female waitress always seems to be worried and looks unhappy.

The best hotel in SG! When I booked the room, it was much expensive but anyway this is an amazing hotel! Everything can feel their warm and heart. Room is clean but a bit small. Bath room quite small and without movable bath sprinkler. Roof bar is nice but drinks quite expensive. Singapore sling is not suggested as the taste below average... Thx for daily fruit, snacks, drinks and red wine!

Located within walking distance from Maxwell MRT. Accessible to many cafes and there is a 7-11 just located opposite of the hotel. Room is quite small so it will be quite difficult to move around if there are multiple luggages. Basic amenities are provided such as toothbrush & toothpaste, comb, shaving set & shower cap. However noted that there are no mineral water provided (Evian water is chargeable). There is kettle in the room so you can boil your own water or get it from 7-11 just across the street. Visible worn out look and dust is seen in the room. Also, noted some ants in the washroom. So cleanliness can be improved. Our room comes with access to their executive lounge but certain service such as afternoon nibbles are only available at Maxwell Reserve (walkable distance). Pool and gym are also only available at the other location. Breakfast and evening cocktail is available in the hotel itself. If you're looking for a boutique hotel with unique design, can consider to stay a night as it is located near to many food areas.

It was a great experience, Jonathan and all the staff were very welcoming and if you need suggestions, they will always have some, very helpful! They have a great space to socialize and also an area where you can work if needed. Definitely will go back there! From my perspective, it was so close to everywhere, the subway, the marina bay, and the markets. Every day there was something to do and meeting new people and new roommates.

Booked for my mom and dad when they came over from Sydney to visit. Mondrian guests are mainly Caucasians, didn’t find anything special about the room. Hallway feels claustrophobic. I find that it’s quite inconvenient have to take a lift to lobby and walk again to catch another lift to room. Location wise it’s close to Tanjong pagar, Chinatown etc. I think would suit younger guests than guests my parent’s age 50+. Won’t say the service or amenities are any impressive, my dad did a swim and there was something sharp that cut his foot in the pool. He notified the staff concern on safety for other guest. Hotel didn’t really do much in terms of service or follow up.

The noise that other people reviewed is really loud. The accommodation provides small earplugs, but they are not yet available. However, the accommodation provides earmuffs, but they are too big. However, the pub is closed on Sundays. It is very quiet for anyone who sleeps on Sunday night. What I don't like is that the bathroom is outside and locked with a code. You have to bring your mobile phone because you can't remember the code. There are advantages, such as free coffee, Milo, free water, and a spacious place to work and eat. The location is good. Clarke Quay Metro Station and Clarke Quay Shopping Center are just a few minutes walk away. There are two 7-11 convenience stores next to the hotel. The buses are also much closer than the subway. The minutes are here. The hotel facilities are fairly clean, the air conditioner has no noise, the bed is comfortable and not soft, there are free mineral water and oranges every day, there are not many samples for breakfast, but it is enough, eat in the morning and start the day. The room has a hair dryer, very nice. The front desk can help to call a taxi, there is a lift for the disabled, very practical. The room is very small, the washstand is next to the bed, the 20-inch suitcase barely opens two, and then it is more difficult to open the door.

Plenty good restaurants, near to two SMRT stations, ”China town” and ”Maxwell”, The cleans of the room was amazing and in the same floor you can wash and dry your clothes free or charge. The facilities are very good, it is a local villa area, very beautiful, the landlord is also very good, and provide a lot of help. The only thing that is not perfect is the 30 Singapore dollar sanitation fee, which is not cleaned. It is said that it will be cleaned only once in 7 days. We only live for three days. We do n’t have cleaning tools ourselves, which makes us unreasonable.
