There were roaches in my room , i spoke to the front desk and they had security come kill a roach that was on the wall , i took pictures and made videos on Roaches running around my room. I’m also waiting for the manner to respond back to my email due to me requesting of 3 days worth of my money back. Other than that the customer service was beauty and the works were nice

In my first stay I had been in tenth floor which is more better and newer but my second stay they gave me a room in fourth floor which is aged and old and no refrigerator or microwave inside . I didn’t like it but as a whole the hotel is Ok , staff at the reception need to be more friendly and smile to visitors. Some of them they don’t even answer a complete answer . It’s all about the location , location , location in the heart of the downtown where you can go all around at day but at night alot of homeless around the area . As it was OK . Don’t forget to bring your water with you .

The Elser Hotel exceeded our expectations in every way! The staff was incredibly helpful, especially Jonathan, who went above and beyond to ensure we had an amazing room and took care of all our needs. Mustafaa and Francisco were also incredibly helpful and resourceful, making our stay even more enjoyable. The location of the hotel is fantastic, being close to Bayside and offering plenty of walking areas around. We loved exploring the nearby attractions and the convenience of having everything within reach. The hotel itself has a contemporary and trendy vibe, which we absolutely loved. The cleanliness was top-notch, and it was evident that the management takes great care in maintaining the property. Overall, our experience at Elser Hotel was exceptional. The location of the hotel is very convenient. It's a 3-minute walk from the MetroMover Bayfront station. It's next to the seaside park and the Bayside business district. There are also whole foods and CVS within a 10-minute walk. The hotel meets intercontinental standards and check-in at the front desk was quick even on Thanksgiving Day. Sea view rooms also have a great view of the bay. The room was very quiet. Sanitary cleaning is qualified. You can only choose valet parking, and the overnight fee is 55.37, which can be combined with the room deposit and credit card payment. When you pick up your car, just reply to the parking text message and someone will pick it up in less than 5 minutes, which is very convenient. The hotel has sixt car rental company, if you don't have a car rental option. Overall very satisfied.

The staff is what makes this place amazing. Nora is always friendly, accommodating, and extremely helpful with my requests. She was my ”recreation director” during my stay, and trill took care of me and my son while we were there. Juan, one of the managers, answered all my questions, and made me feel comfortable and ”at home”. Yeilly addressed every issue I brought to her attention. Angelo promptly fixed a jammed window shade in my room. Lisette, the other manager was always friendly and helpful. Andres and Vincent were my breakfasts hosts that I enjoyed my morning coffee with.

I think this hotel has more slots Advantages: The location is very good. It is a 10-minute drive from the bayside market and a 10-minute drive to the island. The gate is a miami trolley terminal (the bus is free and there are many lines). The welcome is a hot chocolate tart, and free ice water and limited wines are available in the lobby. The waiter was warm. The restaurant 8 and 1/2 downstairs is good, the Italian girl is warm and patient. Disadvantages: Check in at 16:00, which is a little early, so wait until 4:30 to get ready. In addition, if check in is later than required, additional fees will apply. Room facilities are not new. Downstairs is a construction site, as if building a church. It has been more than a year. Workers started work at 7 o'clock on weekdays. Don't expect too much of a room with a park view. It is a street garden with a view of the sea. The other part of the hotel is the superior apartment where you can see various dogs in the lobby. Hotel parking can only be valet parking, a price every 4 hours, 30 dollars a day, and tip. Behind the small chapel is $ 10 during the day and $ 10 overnight (please call me Lei Feng). It's opposite the office building and it won't open on weekends. In addition, it is not recommended to choose a room with breakfast. If you choose, the hotel will provide a $ 10 voucher per person, which is applicable to the 6 restaurants downstairs, it is better to eat it yourself. Very good five star hotel. Good location, surrounded by high-rise apartments and glass office buildings. If you need to drive in and out of the parking lot multiple times by car, it is recommended to use the hotel's Valet, which costs slightly more than US $ 48 a day, but unlimited access, only need to call 10 minutes before the car. If you only need to go in and out once, you can self-park. There are only a few street parkings around the hotel. The room is large and the facilities are fully functional. The toilet is separated from the wet and dry, which is very user-friendly. Stayed here 2 nights post cruise and we simply loved it--5 min walk from the beautiful Brickell shopping center. The best part of this hotel is the pool area without a doubt--its stunning with great service and a gorgeous pool where children are most welcome. The main lobby bar is a slight let down for us and looks a little dated but still nice. Rooms again are nice but in comparison with other 5 star properties in Miami are showing signs of age. Breakfast however in Le Mar is spectacular with simply beautiful food and if you eat outdoors the views are magnificent.

I'm giving my experience a 5 star review because of Peter and his welcoming energy! He was fabulous and super helpful during our entire stay. The only negative experience would be the super thin walls. I could hear conversations (and other activities) from my neighbors on both sides of the wall. I stayed on the 15th floor. Hotel is in great location - walking distance to coffee, convenience stories and great restaurants in Brickell Village. Bed and pillows comfortable. My only suggestion would be to add a rack or shelf in the shower to hold soap, shampoo, etc. Quick and great valet service.

The rooms are comfortable and clean, and there is no problem with the service. This hotel is really good. It's close to the beach and still dt. There are not many tourists. The hotel is not noisy or noisy. It's not like my friend's southbeach. Recent pre and post cruise visit to The Gabriel. What a great find! Lovely hotel, professional and friendly staff, comfortable room and a wonderful restaurant, Cvltvra. The restaurant was a great bonus. Lunch and Dinner were of exceptional quality and taste. A great buzz around the place. A wonderful swimming pool at a good temperature. My toilet was not flushing, the manager, Lilia, the most horrible human I have had the misfortune to encounter not only tried to blame me for the mess of poop the plumber left in the floor but also told me that due to the mess the room was now out of order and “there were no more rooms” (although her co worker, Angel, clearly told multiple people there were rooms in Spanish) I was made to leave the hotel because they sold me a room with a messed up toilet and then proceeded to belittle me blaming the mess on me. Unbelievable. I don’t get my money back for a week and I had just enough to pay for the room, so now I get to sleep in my car for the weekend, Lilia, I pray your karma is swift. What a terrible person to represent your company. I truly believe these people are scamming their guests also, but that’s another review.

An amazing hotel …..brand new….everything was perfect….great reception area (lovely smell as you enter), room was on the 20th floor with floor to ceiling windows in the bedroom and lounge and a balcony - fabulous view out to the water and off the skyscraper lights at night…..well equipped kitchen with fridge and freezer including ice maker. Didn’t venture to the pool on the 8th floor but looked great…..the terrace and lounge on the 24/25th floor are still being kitted out but awesome views. There is construction in front and at the side but with the soundproofing, heard nothing. The best hotel I’ve stayed in.

The hotel has a lot of guests and the swimming pool is very small. The location is close to the bus terminal and the Metromover in downtown. The mover is free. You can take the mover to travel to different attractions. They are all not far away, which is relatively convenient. Taking the subway is also an option, but the trains run every 30 minutes, so you can take it if you're not in a hurry. What is worth recommending is the Science Museum. If you have children, you can take them to visit it for a whole day. It is very worth visiting. Miami is a tourist area, and eating out at any time is expensive. Self-driving parking is also expensive, so be prepared to burn money.

This is our new FAVORITE Miami hotel. We are Platinum Elite members and stay at Marriott properties all over the world. We reside a few hours drive from Miami so we come to the city often for arts, dining, concerts, and little get-aways frequently. We recently stayed here July/August 2022 and had outstanding customer service from the valet to housekeeping to front desk. Room was spotless, front desk called a few minutes after we got into our room to check that everything was ok, housekeeping request was fulfilled within a few minutes, front desk was always helpful and courteous, valet staff were great and we just love the views offered but this property. I love being able to choose a relaxing rain shower from up above or a more powerful shower jet from the regular shower head. Theres a Publix just a couple blocks away as well as the Brickell City Centre mall. Three a great size fridge to stock up on water and snacks and also a safe. We love being able to walk to so many things and highly recommend this property for a little getaway. Everyone knows that post-covid we have to be a little more patient with new hotel / airline staff in general and maybe we have to wait on some lines here and there but honestly, I was so impressed but these people I could not think of one thing they could have done better. When looking for a hotel, I did not realize that Element and AC were actually in the same building. The only difference the I observed was that Element has a short-order cook at breakfast so you can get pancakes or little egg things but AC side has a nice breakfast spread too. I'm not a breakfast person so I really don't care but kids might like the pancakes at Element side.

The Citizen M Miami was great for a one-night trip. The bed was large and comfortable, making it perfect for sleeping well. But the room size is quite small, so if you’re planning on staying longer than one night, make sure to bring very few items – there isn’t much storage space. The location was good – it’s about a 10-minute walk from the Brightline station and the Bayside Marketplace. If you haven’t stayed at the Citizen M before, you may not be used to the concept of having a toilet and shower in a glass box with limited privacy. Additionally, the bed is against a wall, so if you’re sharing with someone, one of you will have to climb over the other. Considering all this, I felt that the price was quite expensive for what you get. But it was great for a quick one-night stay!

Stayed at the above for 4 nights. Have stayed here many times in the past and the hotel has always been good, however check in and communication at Front Desk took a little to be desired. Last couple of stays it has much improved and the Lady called Cierra is certainly putting hard work and effort including training of staff making sure a warm welcome and nothing is too much trouble attitude on arrival. Hotel rooms are good not perfect however no complaints whatsoever and would recommend anyone to stay here. Negatives Breakfast is extremely poor, service isn't good, food is cold and very limited on variety and certainly not worth the money. Disappointing that they are bringing in car parking charges.

The location is close to the airport. The room is quite big, the bed is 1.5 inches, the bathroom has a glass door, and there are yoga mats and other things in the room. The hygiene is pretty good, cleaner than the Hilton downtown, hahaha. You can order food in the restaurant. The one we bought included two breakfasts. On the third morning when we checked out and caught our flight, the waiter packed it for us. We liked it, but the toast was a little burnt on both days.

The hotel is a short distance from the airport, but it takes twenty minutes to actually take the shuttle bus. And the shuttle to the airport was only one hour before the start of the train. No noise, very quiet. I can't hear the roar of the plane. Small and exquisite, breakfast local buffet no one service, the choice is more limited. The service staff are bilingual English-speaking talents and the service attitude is very good. I went for a walk and came back and sent me two bottles of water. There is no water in the room. If you buy it, you need a bottle of 2.8 dollars. The room is very big, if you value the area, the price is very high. Booked a single bed room, directly gave me a suite of twin beds, plus the sofa can actually live three people. Explain that as long as it is not a busy season, it can still be changed after going. The overall is very good. Very good impression.

The one with a kitchen was booked, and it had a balcony, and it cost me 25 dollars. In the end, I added 40 dollars to Fudge. It was said that it was a bay room. Stayed here on an over night lay over with my family of four (two adults, two older teens). After a delayed arrival at around 7:30pm, all we wanted to do was get to our hotel. Waited for 10 minutes no shuttle. Called the hotel, told them where we were standing and was instructed to move to pick up station 7 and shuttle would be on the way. 20 minutes later. No shuttle. Called again and same front desk employee told me ”I don't know what to tell you, he's on the way should be there in less than 10 minutes. Just as we were about to give up and take a cab, along came the shuttle. Driver was nice, I”m guessing busy doing something else when we needed him to pick us up. Here is your pro tip: 1: Don't assume the shuttle runs non stop. It doesn't. 2: Call the hotel and make sure its on the way. 3. If you have an early AM flight, don't stay here unless you want to UBER or Cab to the airport. The shuttle does not start running to the airport until 7AM. Our flight left at 7:30, so a 12 dollar UBER it was. The rest of our experience was fine. This is nice property. Had the two bedroom unit and had great space for our family. Used the washer and dryer on second floor (bring your quarters 1.75 per wash, 1.00 per dry). They have a full service bar that stays open until 9pm. Until they improve their Airport shuttle service (remember, they are an AIRPORT HOTEL). I would stay someplace else.
