Very suitable for a female solo trip. Breakfast is a small cake, very fresh but not very healthy. 🧁😂 The only suggestion is to have fresh coffee in the morning and fix the washing machine as soon as possible

|2.78km from city centerFront desk was kind enough to let me check in a couple of hours earlier. Was even greeted warmly when I arrived. Even let me have the lower bunk as requested.
Too bad that there's a heavy snorer in the same room and I didn't have much sleep for the last two nights I was there and literally overslept my check in hours. Really have to rush myself out coz they have someone else for that spot, which was understandble.
Overall, I am still more than happy with my stay over at Campbell Inn. Nearby 24 hrs convenient stores and eateries work well for me coz my work ends quite late at times. And they even have vending machines selling drinks and snacks and their own fridge selling sodas and drinking water.
I will definitely be staying here again soon. Perhaps, for a little while longer next time.

Our room was on the third floor and had stairs, but they carried our luggage for us which was helpful.
The bed was clean and there was one bath towel and headphones.
The shower is in the same room as the toilet.
You will need to take precautions such as bringing short pants and slippers that you don't mind getting wet, so those who are not used to traveling may have trouble.
They were very kind and looked after our luggage after we checked out.

However, the accommodation provides earmuffs, but they are too big. However, the pub is closed on Sundays. It is very quiet for anyone who sleeps on Sunday night. What I don't like is that the bathroom is outside and locked with a code. You have to bring your mobile phone because you can't remember the code. There are advantages, such as free coffee, Milo, free water, and a spacious place to work and eat. The air conditioning in the shared room is not hot, but cool. Overall, it is not bad.

Room is beautiful! Although it's rather small, the layout of the room is good enough for it to not matter. One downside is that there was only one chair, which prompted us to move the table by the tv nearer to the bed so that both of us had a seat whilst eating.
You can get nespresso in the morning which doesnt add on to your bill and a mini 'fridge' to keep your cold items chilled!
Service was great too! Had in-room dining in the morning where we ordered the chef's brekkie. Took me a while to figure out how to call the front desk but when I did, everything else was seemless. However, the food we got didnt really live up to the price.
Location-wise, the hotel is near where you wanna go for a good shopping day. However, heading up the hill to get to the hotel is somewhat annoying. It wasnt as accessible as I hoped it to be. Best to drive to the hotel rather than public transport because you'd have to walk a distance and up a hill to get there.

Now, let me paint a picture of the room for you. It was like stepping into a dreamy oasis. The bed was so comfortable and fluffy, it felt like I was floating on a cloud. The room itself was impeccably designed, with stylish decor and all the amenities I could ever ask for; the kitchenette, washer dryer, cutlery and more. It was the perfect sanctuary to relax and recharge after a long day. Just to add and suggest on breakfast could have more hot foods and cooking station; making scramble eggs etc.
But what really set this hotel apart was the attention to detail and the genuine care they showed towards their guests. It was evident in the personalized touches, like a handwritten note welcoming me to the hotel or the surprise treats left in my room. It made me feel valued and appreciated, like I was part of a big, happy family.
All in all, my stay at this hotel was nothing short of magical. If you're looking for a truly exceptional hotel experience, I highly recommend checking into this gem. Trust me, you won't be disappointed!

If you don’t mind sharing bathroom it is good. The breakfast was also nice, possibility of cooking your own eggs. The buses are also much closer than the subway. The minutes are here. The hotel facilities are fairly clean, the air conditioner has no noise, the bed is comfortable and not soft, there are free mineral water and oranges every day, there are not many samples for breakfast, but it is enough, eat in the morning and start the day. The room has a hair dryer, very nice. The front desk can help to call a taxi, there is a lift for the disabled, very practical. The room is very small, the washstand is next to the bed, the 20-inch suitcase barely opens two, and then it is more difficult to open the door.

She let us checkin early, just gotta sign up foe Ascott. There was a kitchen AND washing machine with detergent, not to.mention the 2 seperate bathrooms were great since we wouldn't have to wait to share. The lack of locks on the bathroom was a bit cumbersome but I do get why, in case children who are staying in the seperate bedroom lock themselves in.
All in all, would stay again since there really isn't another option for family-friendly apartment near/on Orchard road.

Plenty good restaurants, near to two SMRT stations, ”China town” and ”Maxwell”, The cleans of the room was amazing and in the same floor you can wash and dry your clothes free or charge. The cooking stuff enough to cook a regular meal. Decent Internet speed. Easy check in and out. quick to revert the deposit to my credit card. Overall wonderful stay

The area is hidden in housing estate around tourist spot like chinatown and also towards east west side of singapore. They provide such a clean and huge water pressure not to mention which makes a plus tick for foreigner who is worried of water hygience. After my check out the staff also greeted me with super nice attitude and easy going personality. Very nice place that won't push or kick guest out once you complete the stay, everything was smooth and perfect. Nice idea of this concept!

Service is great and responsive. The bed and linen are comfortable. Only complaint is the lobby being on the 2nd level and the elevator queue is such a pain every time we go out. I stayed on the 13th floor and I feel the elevator prioritize the higher level (20th above). I booked a Grab when I waited for the elevator and the driver arrived at the hotel before my elevator. Multiple elevators skipped my floor went straight down or didn’t even move at all. I ended up paying penalty fee for the driver’s wait time.

The only thing that is not perfect is the 30 Singapore dollar sanitation fee, which is not cleaned. It is said that it will be cleaned only once in 7 days. We only live for three days.
