Unfortunately, it's not very clean...lol However, I didn't encounter any cockroaches or other insects, so I think it's fine for a *** traveling alone. The hotel staff are kind. The hotel is located about a 20-30 minute walk from Delhi Station, so I think the location is good. (I didn't meet any foreigners lol) There's a McDonald's nearby, so food is not a problem. There are also a few local restaurants. I think the service is good. I was really surprised when there was a sudden power outage on the first day...lol It was a great memory because it made me think, ”This is India!” lol It was restored in about 15 minutes. There were no amenities other than towels. (It seems that hotels in India don't have blankets, toothbrush sets, etc.) [Summary] It's cheap and recommended for men traveling alone. Women might want to avoid it...lol

If I talk about location it was little difficult to find inside of street . Cleaning was not really well ,towel was totally bad no shampoo no brush . There was widow but outside light comes in toilet seat was not good see the photo , but service was good no much time for check in, and staff was friendly.

Had a decent experience while staying in this property. Considering its proximity to the IGI Airport and pocket friendly as compared to other fancy properties in Aerocity, I always find this place suitable, to avoid last minute rush and considerable reduction in travel time. Rooms are decently maintained. Property is good in terms of sanitisation and hygiene. One suggestion which maybe implemented is, giving more options in the breakfast buffet. We were on a vacation trip to India for 3 weeks. The day we arrived, AI cancelled all the flights to our destination city. So our taxi driver took us to Vishal residency. I must say, the service was excellent. They stored our luggage for 10 days until we finished our local travel and we picked up our bags after 10 days and moved onto our next destination. This was my 4th visit or possibly 5th...I really like my stay here. The staff are friendly (English is tough for some) but they will do anything to help and support you. I enjoy having the possibility of meeting lots of other visitors, either during breakfast or in the evening time on the terrace. A great opportunity to meet people from other cultures. Your room has a kettle and fridge which is handy. As I'm a girl on my own, I feel very safe at this home and would recommend this accommodation for travellers who are by themselves. Close by is a small market area and very easy to get a tuk tub and close to Green Park and Haaz village. Parking for visitor is tricky as its residential area. |This would always be my choice in Delhi..

Overall, I found this hotel disappointing. On arrival, the gentle*** at the reception desk ignored me for a good minute or so as I stood waiting to be acknowledged. This was entirely at odds with every other hotel we stayed in during our India Golden Triangle trip. Arriving at 2.30 in the afternoon, we popped into the bar cum restaurant, which lacked any warmth or welcome, ordered a beer, only to find it was closing at 3.00 for 4 hours, so nowhere to relax here if you have a busy day around Delhi. The restaurant gets busy in the evening at can be very noisy, as can external noise from adjacent properties. The rooms were good with large walk-in showers. The location is excellent for both walking out and as a base for exploring Old Delhi during the day. Would I recommend this hotel? Not if I could find one around Connaught Place with somewhere to relax after being out all day.

I arranged my son's first birthday party at JRD Exotica, must say I was blown away by the overall experience. Decor was superb, every single corner presented the theme we decided. The most impressive part was food - every item prepared was superbly tasty and authentic, and I found my guests praising while eating. Mr. Pranab Sarkar & his staffs were extremely supportive and helped us from ideation till the last minute of party, at their best. If I quote few of my guests' expressions, ”there coudn't have been a better place and way to celebrate the special day of my little son.” I will surely fall back upon this place and the staffs to arrange similar occasions in future.

All in all, a great experience! the room was small but perfect for a solo traveler. Most importantly, cleanliness was maintained and i hope the management continues to maintain it. Three choices for breakfast which is served at the dining space near the reception (all good. Location is great as well (as in good connectivity, just about a 2 minute walk from munirka metro station. There's a geyser in every room, so no problems for hot water. Wifi works well with routers on each floor.

The location is outstanding at the entrance of the main bazaar in front of New Delhi station. The nearby tourist spots are also close. It's not a resort only for those who want to taste the main bazaar, the old town. Cost performance such as indoor, breakfast is good. The staff was also pleasant, especially the front door guard man was a kind person. One thing is that the exchange rate at the front desk is good and exchange. The next day, the nearby exchange was much better. It was a pity.
