Millennium Downtown New York
Wall Street/Financial District New York | 0.31km from One World Trade Center
Location is great, our room view is awesome ! (27th floor) Doorman is friendly and useful.
We reach the hotel in the morning but early check-in are not allowed. So front staff asked me to pay deposit and check-in later (4.00 pm). When I’m back the hotel, other front staff asked me to pay deposit again. But I told her that the hotel already charged me in the morning. She still confirms that there are no record in the system. I also proved her with bank msg on phone. After manager comes and re-check again and my case is ok. And deposit (200$) will be return after checkout (about 15 days for international bank). It s on pending now.
Hope there are no issues for my deposit again.
Another point is hotel parking, it is renovated right now. But you can find another parking nearby. And location is great , subway is very close.
Im really like this hotel :)

Conrad New York Downtown

We chose the hotel for the second time this year, and it did not disappoint. We received the same attentiveness and carefree rest as the first time. Maintenance and renovation also took place in the time between the two occasions, which I can confirm, as we requested and received the same room both times, which we were pleased with. We almost came home, we felt at home. The staff is wonderful, conscientious, self-sacrificing. They are extremely attentive, we asked for and received a refrigerator and microwave. We love its location, its surroundings are calm, safe and spacious. Shopping and transportation options are easy to solve, with Hudson Jersey in the background it's beautiful. Thank you for letting us spend Christmas with you, we already want to go back! Grateful thanks!

This hotel is the best in New York. We stayed for three night here. The staff were warm, very approachable and helpful. Our room was perfectly prepared, nicely decorated and very clean. The hotel location makes it easy to explore New York City.

World Center Hotel

My room was alarmingly different than the photos on the website, in a bad way. The room also smelled a little of sewage or eggs. It's was a long, musky, dimly lit room, and while the overall square footage might have matched the room shown in their photos, my room was very narrow so felt smaller. The window overlooked an AC equipment thing, and it was a small window to very little light. I asked to be moved but they were sold out, and the front desk person didn't seem to care. You have to check yourself in. The guy at the desk them barely lifted his head to point to me to the terminal where you check yourself in. It inevitably didn't work, I had to get the guy to help, I asked what went wrong and he mumbled that it sometimes doesn't work. I get the general trend towards self service in stores, but do we really want to take this interaction away? Why wouldn't this hotel want their staff welcoming people in with a live check in. I mentioned my displeasure on the way out and the person at the desk also didn't care or even respond. She just pointed me on where I need to go to check myself out, which I did, but then had to ask for a print out. Oh, also, they don't clean the rooms. I guess that's in the fine print somewhere but I had no idea. You can ask separately but the default is not to clean the rooms. Overall a bad enough stay that I was thought I should share it here. My bar is low when I'm on business travel. I figure I'm not paying, so it's ok if the hotel is just so so. But this place was decidedly bad. I would not stay here again. I stayed in room 328 by the way. If you do find yourself staying here, I'd recommend trying to stay higher, and not in this corner spot. 328 was tucked in to a corner a bit and the whole area smelled bad. and small, with a window overlooking some staff is disengaged and apathetic.

Club Quarters Hotel, World Trade Center

Absolutely blown away by Club Quarters WTC! The hotel is nice, but the rooms are amazing! Went for a work trip and this was everyone's first time staying at Club Quarters WTC. No one could stop talking about how great the hotel rooms were! So large and spacious, and loved that my room had a balcony (of sorts) overlooking the WTC Fountains. #1 best thing I've ever seen in a hotel, though, are the water fountains with water bottles available on every floor! This is truly a game changers and something that should be in every hotel!

New York Marriott Downtown

The room was spacious enough for New York, and the floor was wooden except for the bed area, which was nice. The staff was friendly, and the location was right in front of One World, so it was perfect for traveling downtown.

Smyth Tribeca

I had a really lovely stay at Smyth Tribeca. I stayed there 4 nights during fashion week, and it was the perfect location to access downtown spots super fast and get around. A short walking distance from Nolita and SoHo which is very convenient. The room was super spacious with a big bed, and the staff was really attentive and friendly. I would love to stay here again for fashion week.

The Frederick Hotel Tribeca
Tribeca New York | 0.46km from One World Trade Center
I love this hotel. Booking hotels really stresses me out. I always worry that it won’t be as advertised. Thank goodness I found The Frederick. A friend recommended it and I’ve now stayed there twice. I like the location. I like the hotel. I love the vibe. Easy access to a Starbucks and the subway. The neighborhood is pretty quiet at night. My most recent visit was just a quick 1 night stay but I wished I could stay longer. One of my fav things is that the room AC works very well and my room gets nice and cold…I love a cold hotel room. The bathrooms have cool map tile work in the showers. It isn’t noisy. Like I don’t hear people next door or milling about in the hallway. Mery checked me in and she was lovely. Honestly, everyone I’ve ever interacted with has been delightful. I just love the coziness of a boutique hotel.

Residence Inn by Marriott New York Downtown Manhattan/World Trade Center Area
Wall Street/Financial District New York | 0.47km from One World Trade Center
We stayed here for a 6 night family vacation. Check in was quick and practical. All staff in this hotel were very friendly - extra kudos to the people working the breakfast area! We were upgraded to a bigger family room than we booked, with a queen beds, a separate sitting area with TV and a separate kitchen - on the 12th floor. Very spacious accommodation. Everything was clean, although you can see these rooms get used a lot. Plenty of power outlets to charge your devices, decent WiFi. The only thing we missed is more facilities to dry your towels, we had to hang them all over the apartment to dry. Breakfast was a bit basic with a lot of prepackaged stuff and no bacon for the entire week we were staying there (not that we really missed it, but it's strange nonetheless). I also wonder who ever eats scrambled egg whites? But that might be us :-) Excellent location in lower Manhattan with metro and plenty of shops close by. The entrance of the hotel is in Maiden Ln, not on Broadway however. Walking distance to Brooklyn Bridge, WallStreet, Battery Park, 9-11 memorial.

The location is good, within walking distance of Fifth Avenue, Times Square, and Rockefeller Plaza. The service is OK, you can text the front desk to deliver anything you need, but there is no daily cleaning service for stays under 5 nights. The room is comfortable and spacious.

A very convenient hotel for transit, helpful staff and fast service during check in at 11pm despite having quite busy travellers coming at the same time. Clean and comfortable room for a short stay. Really appreciate the free airport shuttle facilities, big van, spacious and very nice driver 😊

Minimalist breakfast. Because I had to leave for Chicago for two days in the middle of the road, I was able to leave my luggage here after I had a feeling of trying and talking with the front desk. I agreed very quickly. So I decided to live here after I returned to New York from Chicago.

Our overall one night stay was fine, but I rated this property ”average” due to: - At check in, Peggy did not acknowledge us as Hilton Honors Diamond Members. - Our room (1011) was in sad shape. The floor was sticky. The furniture had tears and was very worn down. The ceiling had large water stains and the walls had water damage in several areas. - The shower had no 'hot' water. When you turned it to the hot setting, cold water came out, you had to let it run for awhile (wasting a lot of water) to heat to lukewarm, at most. However, our overall stay was okay due to: - Glad to see recycling bins...which we used. - Grateful for the complimentary shuttle to and from the airport. - Enjoyed the complimentary breakfast- plenty of choices. - We had a nice view of the city from our 10th floor room. This hotel is close to LaGuardia Airport. It was quiet, with exception of hallway noise. We did not have a car, so I cannot comment on the hotel parking. The front desk had plenty of menus offering Mexican, Chinese, and Italian food for delivery.
Great location in the new landmark Hudson Yards; new hotel, clean and tidy. Not to mention the quality of service, mainly for one-time tourists; the food is average. Not worth 8,000 RMB per night. Not recommended

4.2/5Very Good
Very good hotel, with a sense of history, the style of decoration is very American style, the surrounding environment is convenient to travel, there are many food shops on the 8th Avenue of Fifth Avenue, which is amazing. The only shortcoming is that the room is too small, the suitcase can't be spread. Open, feels smaller than the Japanese hotel room
Overall, I had a good experience in the hotel. The rooms are rather pricy but that’s normal in NY, especially if you have a room overlooking Times Square. The staff is (mostly) friendly and courteous. There is a 10$ voucher that you can use every day in the bar. They hotel has room service which is not a given in NY after the COVID related down scaling of services in hotels due to lack of guests and staff. The food is OK, though the quality and quantity varies from day to day. Be careful with your laundry service. I overlooked that the day I was handing in my laundry was a holiday and I was charged a hefty $140 for a few underwear, T Shirts and socks due to an additional holiday/Sunday fee. However, after raising the matter with the hotel manager - who handled the matter in a very friendly and professional manner unlike the operator I spoke to first - a discount was added to my bill that compensated for the additional holiday laundry fee. Since it was me that had overlooked the holiday, this was a nice and welcome gesture that I much appreciated. Overall, the hotel can be recommended though the rooms are a little too small for the price. They are, however, modern, clean and comfortable.
Because the plane was late, I arrived at the hotel at 1 o'clock in the middle of the night. The lady at the front desk helped me to check in very quickly. It was the speed of New York. Hotel location is very good. About 5 minutes walk to Fifth Avenue, turn to Central Park, and the subway station will walk for 5 minutes. The hotel is a post-modern urban minimalist style, the room is good, very New York apartment feel, but the breakfast is a bit too casual, too simple, but the breakfast at the New York hotel is probably so good, it is a very good hotel

Just had another great stay (from start to finish) at the wonderful St. Regis New York. From the bellmen, to the front office staff, to the butler and housekeeping staff, to the incredible service in the King Cole Bar our stay was top notch. There are so many high end choices in the best city in the world, and you can truly never go wrong with the St. Regis. Can’t wait for our next trip back soon.
