Got a great last minute deal at this beautiful hotel. The staff was very nice and we enjoyed sipping wine overlooking the water on a comfy couch by the lobby. Our room was small with a city view but clean and cozy. Only criticism is that we put out our order for breakfast the night before and it never came so we had to call room service twice and ended up giving them a phone order because no one ever came to the door to get the order slip. Overall wonderful place to stay and you can walk to everything.

Stayed here last month with a friend for a few nights since flight was cheap and it was close to my birthday. Check-in was quick and easy with Brandon and Tracy. Everyone was super nice and helpful. Our room was nice and I liked that they had cotton pads and cotton swabs in the room for guest use. There were bathrobes in the room which is nice but we didn’t use them. Desk and desk chair were a little dusty, but I assume people don’t really use it often and it’s nothing you couldn’t brush off yourself. There was a bit of street noise at night because our room was right above the neighboring restaurant/bar but that’s not an issue for me. Loved the tea selection they had in the kitchen. Laundry machines are mildly expensive, you’re looking at 8 dollars to wash and dry minus cost of detergent, but it’s worth it if you have a lot of clothes because the machines are big (we were only here for a few days so we didn’t utilize this.) For some reason all of our Uber drivers had trouble finding the location and always drove past the hotel even though it’s right on the corner but all of them were pretty nice about turning back around. This place is a short walk to Pike Place Market, which we absolutely loved going to. Tracy recommended a few places that sounded really lovely to go to, but we didn’t end up having enough time to go everywhere we wanted this time. I don’t know if this place is ADA friendly because you use stairs to go to the communal kitchen and even to the front desk but I assume there are other routes.

A hotel that is perfect for family travels. Every aspect is carefully designed, warm and practical, giving people the feeling. Breakfast was simple but adequate. The dining environment is particularly atmospheric. You can also sit there for coffee and computer while you are not dining. Even more surprising is that dinner is also free. If you come back late, you can take freshly baked biscuits in the lobby. The location is quiet and safe. The main attractions such as the Seal needle and pike market are all within walking distance.

I gave a corner room, and the three adults did not feel crowded. The hygiene is very clean, and there are no traces of water stains in the corners of the bathroom! ! Coffee is a Starbucks on the bad street, and a pack of diy popcorn! There is no breakfast at the hotel, but there is a Starbucks next door, and there are also fast food restaurants nearby. Although not in the commercial area, but there are also cvs, high-end supermarkets nearby, buying small things is not a problem! ! The nearby Kerry Park is a great place to watch the sunset, which is a little tired to climb the hillside.

I thought it would be very ordinary, but the stay felt very good. The first is that the decoration is relatively new, there are heating, microwave ovens, coffee machines in the room. Secondly, the room is good and there are no obvious stains. And the staff at the counter are very friendly.

Breakfast is OK, the location is opposite the number 66 head, there is a large cruise ship docking every day, I am disembarked from the number 69, so book here. It is a short walk from the Pike market for ten minutes, but after a highway bridge, the area under the bridge is occupied by the tramp, and dare not go to night. The hotel has a swimming pool, too small, foreigners do not have a lot of hair in the swimming cap, do not change swimming trunks, disgusting death, just got off the water and went back to the house to take a shower. Service is general, the hotel is behind the railway, before going to sleep, the train passed very clearly, 40 knives to the airport taxi

The hotel's front desk service is very good, the room is clean, and free bath salts are delivered to the room. When checking in, the front desk will give 2 bottles of water and a welcome drink. Guests will be provided with a free glass of red wine from 5 to 7 o'clock, and free delivery to nearby attractions. The location of the hotel is very convenient, there are bus stops and supermarkets within 100 meters. The room we stayed in this time also happened to have a little view of the Needle. Recommended for those traveling to Seattle to consider staying here.

The room was very clean and newly decorated, and there was enough space for two large suitcases. The toilet is not in the room and you need to go out of the public area, which is not a big problem. There is a laundry room and kitchen on the first floor, with tableware, kitchen utensils and oven.

The hotel is a new hotel, so it is relatively clean. The bed is also large. The main attractions to go to Seattle are walking distance, MACY next door to the hotel, and Ding Taifeng in 6 minutes. The bad thing is: the hotel's windows can't be opened, and the back of the hotel is facing the garage. Because it is a three-dimensional garage, it is estimated that the 10th floor and below are all in sight. 5 minutes from the Pike market, so it is very convenient to buy things, you can buy eggs, bread, rice, seafood, vegetables, etc. The key is to bring something that can be heated. The subway is also next door. To eat seafood, the public is ranked 1st in ELLIOTT'S OYSTER, 6 minutes on foot. There is a seagull on the side, there is no introduction in the travel notes, but it is very good. It is also 6 minutes to the cruise ship. The boat should be sitting on Lake Washington. It is more than 10 dollars more than the basic model. This way you can pass the lock and the scenery is better.

This was a last minute stay for just myself, showed up late in the evening and though I was planning to check out first thing in the morning plans changed...after a late check out the staff was exempt in helping me find ways to get to my next stop. Checked in on the 15th. Told my significant other to call ahead and request early checkin ( traveling with young children ) Arrived around 1045am. At first the girl at the desk didn’t even read the notes ( or maybe no notes were inputed ). Stepped into the conversation as my significant other was the one who made the reservation. I kindly asked if we could get a complimentary early checkin and that I would leave a stellar review, as the desk agent ( female ) was about to just checkin our luggage only. Jacob the FOM steps in and sees there’s a room available, gets us in AND gives us complimentary breakfast for our 2 day stay. Super friendly, super professional could tell he didn’t mind accommodating us. FYI I have a SIGNIFICANT amount of front desk management experience in Anchorage, Alaska. Being respectful and polite to the staff at the hotel goes a LONG way. Be nice. And you will have a great stay GM… it’s people like Jacob who will one day take your job if you don’t do your job correctly ;) Keep up the good work Jacob you have tons of potential! Cyrus

This was one of the best Hotel experiences my wife and I have ever had. It began with an amazing Valet named Earnest. He was the most congenial and friendly valet I have ever met. He was unable to park our 1 ton truck in the underground parking. I had a bunch of tools in the back for a IT installation job I was in town to complete. Earnest felt genuinely concerned for the wellbeing of our vehicle and my tools. He went out of his way to help me empty the vehicle, and checked all of the items (which was a lot) in the baggage area of the hotel. He then helped to find street parking which was in a safe area, and actually saved us $60 in parking fees. After all of this Earnest then made an amazing dinner suggestion and even provided us with coupons which saved us a great deal on our dinner. As I returned to the hotel each day during my stay Earnest greeted me by name, without reminder. That is a feat in my book as I often can't remember coworkers names whom I interact with daily, for years. My wife and child accompanied me on this business trip. They eventually became visibly stir crazy. The Desk clerk noticed and provided all sorts of coloring books, crafts, games etc for my 4 year old. This without us asking. I did not get her name unfortunately. After our trip we thought we had left some items behind. We called the hotel frantic because the items were irreplicable. The staff (each and every one we spoke to, one of whom named Cindy) were genuinely concerned and eager to help us locate the items. Calling us back to update us with their search regularly, and even offering to ship the items to us immediately once found. Beyond the absolutely impeccable staff the hotel itself is beautiful. If you love pre-war architecture and design it is an absolute gem. It is like a time capsule. Every room has a milk door, and the electrical is all retrofitted because the building clearly predates electricity. AS bonus they have a café, salon, skin care facility, and speakeasy on site. The speakeasy was closed during our stay, but the café was wonderful. We did not try the other services. I will likely stay here on each and every visit to Seattle. It's an absolutely perfect hotel!

Amazingly nice hotel. I was really pleasantly surprised. The rooms are small but oh so functional, the epitomy of interior design of small spaces. The rooms are fully smart connected, and you can control everything via an ipad, really nice. Althouhgh the rooms are on the smaller size, they still worked great for me, a 6ft5 guy. Good location, walk to the Parker market for about ten minutes. The price is the cheapest near here. The room was clean and tidy, but small, the sound insulation effect was average, if you live on the side of the street, you will hear the sound and vibration of the car passing by. And the air conditioner is a window machine, the effect is very good, but the noise is quite big. This is a common problem in American hotels. If you want to be quiet, there is a room that requires the back street, no air conditioning. The hotel does not have a restaurant, you can order takeaway for dinner, and there is a 7-11 for two or three minutes to walk nearby.

We stayed here just one night on Aug 16th. Staff at reception were very friendly and welcoming. We stayed in Room 226, corner suite on upper level. This room has special meaning if you are a Nirvana /Kurt Cobain fan, as this was Kurt's requested room at the motel back in the 90's. Special thanks to Johnathan who arranged for us to have this specific room. The room itself was a good size, had double bed, pull out couch bed, microwave, table and chairs. Room also has 3 good size windows that open, we didnt need the a/c as a nice breeze blew in. Room and bathroom were very clean, bathroom had plenty of clean towels, shower ran fine. Wifi also ran fast.No issues during my stay, evening was quiet, no problems whatsoever with our stay.

The serviced apartment was better than expected, with a kitchen. The parking lot is multi-storey. There is a gate every time you enter the parking lot. You need to go to the front desk to register the license plate number of the car. After entering, the parking lot gate will open automatically. It is also convenient to travel nearby. Although there are few breakfast items, the quality of the ingredients is very good. The hotel room is also very quiet. I rarely meet guests. Occasionally, I meet guests staying in the hotel with dogs. This hotel allows pets. I wonder if I need to make an appointment in advance? The facilities in the hotel room are also complete. It is next to the road but there is no super noise. I have stayed in many five-star hotels, but this one is indeed a very pleasant stay experience. I will come again in the future.

We have stayed in this gem of a hotel at least five times now, and it is consistently excellent. Seattle offers many lodging options, and this hotel has become our favorite. We love this small chain and have stayed in nearly all of them. This Seattle hotel is the jewel in the crown as far as we're concerned, not necessarily because it is the most fancy but because the staff always go out of their way to make the experience a genuinely welcoming one. The pineapple theme is charming, and this particular hotel layers in a fun 60s theme that is upbeat and nicely done. The rooms and lobby are always immaculate, the bedding among the most comfortable of any upper-end hotels, the amenities are appealing without being pretentious. Self-Parking is safe and easy on the premises, creative snacks are offered at the desk, and the rates are among the most affordable for an area that is often challenging. We hope that someday they are able to bring back their breakfast and cute bar. The staff is consistently helpful, genuinely warm, and consummately professional, going out of their way to find ways of making our stay memorable. This particular University Inn managed to do this even in the worst days of the pandemic lockdown when we had to be in the area for serious reasons. We really appreciate the kindness and high quality that the management of this hotel manages to find in exceptional caliber of its hotel staff, especially at a time when so many organizations are struggling to keep even minimum staffing levels. Thank you Staypineapple University Inn! We look forward to coming back whenever possible!

I checked into the vibrant Moxy Hotel in July 2024 for a 2-night stay, and what a warm welcome I received from the fantastic evening team, OJ and Trinity! Was fantastic ! Very informative about the area and suggestions to whereabouts and where to go. Despite arriving late after an exhilarating Pride Event, they put my nerves at ease. I had called ahead to ensure my reservation was secure, and OJ's suggestion to extend my stay at the same rate was the icing on the cake! I cancelled my next-day plans at another hotel and instead, met the accommodating Manager who helped me prolong my Moxy experience. The hotel's ambiance is pure perfection - sleek leather, wood accents, and a stylish design that makes lounging by the bar a true delight. I'm so glad I chose to stay longer in this fabulous haven! I forgot the name of the morning crew but he is also very informative to the Public Market Center and the First and Original Starbucks location.

The classic Hyatt Hotel has an old-fashioned layout. The rooms are clean and tidy. The main thing I like is that it is in the city center. It is very close to the Space Needle and Pike Place Market. It is convenient for travel.
