Particularly, young lady at the reception counter...Her name is...Bella or something like that...was very polite and humble and helpful. The food was good and delicious. The facilities were very good, but because it was new, finding the location was very difficult (they said in Google Maps it was wrong and there were no signs to help new comers find it) and the service was disappointing. The website said we could check in at 14.00 but when we came on time, they said the check in was at 15.00, so we waited but not until 16.00-ish and asked why it was taking so long did we get our rooms (which was also not what we asked for so we waited longer to wait for our other room— we ordered 2 rooms). They gave a compensated fruit to apologize, thank you for that but we hope for the next customers it can get better.
