|1.09km from city centerThis hotel is located in the safest area in Boston, facing the sea, with a good view! However, the facilities are relatively old, and the service is really hard to describe. I feel that several front desks are incomprehensible and sloppy; they have paid in full in advance and have been repeatedly informed, and the room fee has been swiped twice. If there is no instant message on the credit card , will muddle along in a daze, I am really convinced, and I have no apologies for making mistakes, and I have fully felt the maddening casualness and sloppyness, and the service is poor!

|0.44km from city centerRight in the heart of the city, classic Bostonian restaurants nearby. Very friendly staff at reception and decent rooms. Nothing impressive but good place if you want to be in the city and still close to the airport (very easy to reach with the blue line). My pics are of nearby areas.

|3.48km from city centerThe kitchen is well equipped, microwave oven and induction cooker, bowls and chopsticks, and props. Basically, meals for a week are cooked here. It is very convenient. The microwave oven bowl is also super good. Cooking and barbecue are very good. There is a supermarket across the road, and there are many to eat. Yes, I didn’t rent a car this time. It’s said that I took Uber every day for $49 a day. It’s not convenient to park in the city. The biggest problem with the room is the air conditioner, which frightens me when I start it in the middle of the night. Breakfast is better on weekends. Anyway, so-so, not many choices, opposite is a park, very quiet, short-term stay is okay, but a bit expensive, there is a big lady at the front desk who is very enthusiastic, the other young people on day shift are not so good 😁

Location is good rooms are spacious and and nothing beats to the WARM HELPFUL AND POLITE FRONTDEST a big shout out to the manager MAM SERENA for going out her way just to give me a hand to make my stay stress free as I have problems with my creditcard. The staffs are very approachable and very respectful… I would also like to thank sir MARIO and mam ALYSSA you guys did a great job…
I have stayed with a few Marriott hotel as i travel very often but one thing that makes this hotel different from the others is that they give you 25 dollars voucher that you can use to buy foods and a complementary welcome drinks that’s very refreshing…

There are stairs that can be used by the general public in place of the elevator. There were only two elevators during my stay and one of them was broken. The hotel was overcrowded so there was a queue for the elevator. The front desk staff asked me to access the stairwell through the administrative area, which is poor building design. In addition, there are almost no parking spaces inside. The underground parking lot is very small and tends to be full, so I had to park in a nearby parking lot.

I had a late midnight flight flying out, so have requested for a late check out via trip.com comment box. When I checked in, the hotel told me they took note of my request on the trip.com booking and gave me a late check out. Appreciate the professional service at the reception! And the efficiency of trip.com on meeting my request and bookings 🩵 Thank you

|1.29km from city centerThe hotel charges a $300 security deposit and an automatic 18% gratuity on any food/drink purchased. A bowl of oa**eal and coffee was $23. There is no breakfast buffet available. The rooms are tiny and designed very much like a cruise ship cabin, complete with bunk beds! There are no closets, drawers or counter space in the room and only 6 hangers (to hang clothes where?) I had to use the ironing board for toiletries. The bathroom is separated from the bedroom only by a curtain. (I wonder how couples feel about each other after staying there?) The only window is a floor-to-ceiling window in the bathroom so you can flash nearby shoppers as you step out of the shower. The heated towel rack in not within arm's reach of the shower and featured hard and frayed towels. The room featured a large TV that was surrounded by LED lights. No obvious switch turned off said LEDs, but apparently the round rainbow-colored emblem in one of the built-in cubby holes turned it off.
On the plus side, the hotel is a half-mile from the Boston Convention Center. Also, travelers can take the Silver Line bus from Logan Airport to South Station (or one stop short of the station to this hotel) for FREE! The one-way trip back to Logan Airport is $2.40. There is a rooftop bar that features a nice city view.

|1.23km from city centerThe room is very small, about 10-12 square meters, which is inconsistent with the description on the Internet. The bathroom is also very small, only shower gel and shampoo are provided, and toothbrushes, toothpaste and slippers are not provided. The mineral water in the room is only provided on the first night, and it is no longer provided afterwards. There is free machine-drawn water in the lobby. When checking in, the service of the front desk lady is average, with a blank expression. The two of us only took one passport to register; the service of the beautiful lady at check-out is very good, and she also helped to re-register Marriott points. Emerson is in the school season, and it is a three-minute walk, so the room price is relatively expensive. I went to New York for a week and returned to the Hilton opposite the Courtyard. I will compare it then.

|3.67km from city centerBreakfast includes basic eggs, bread, yogurt, fruit, coffee, etc. It is not particularly delicious, but it is filling and has a high overall CP value. The room is large, and the lobby downstairs is also large. There is free coffee/tea/water supply at the entrance of the restaurant, which is a very comfortable environment. The only drawback is that it's about ten minutes' walk from the subway station, which is inconvenient when it's snowing and cold, or when you're dragging luggage.

|0.57km from city centerThis Indigo should have just been renovated last year, and Apple's own map shows Holiday Choice. I have stayed a lot at Intercontinental / Crown / Holiday / Smart Choice. This is my first time staying at Indigo. Some places around are under maintenance and a little messy, but there are many restaurants and supermarkets. Get a staple drink for breakfast, a small portion and a bad attitude.
There is no garden around this hotel. Why is it called Garden? Because next to TD Garden, which is also the home field of basketball and ice hockey teams, concerts are also held, the price changes a lot, there are often no rooms when there are activities, and it is noisy after leaving at night. It is also next to the North Railway Station and the subway station, but to go to New York from South Station. There is a parking lot and valet parking at the entrance of the hotel.
Unfortunately, when I checked in, it was 5 ° C outside, and I changed to the fourth room to heat up. When your room has a small air conditioner as shown in Figure 4, the large air conditioner is likely to be bad, and the small air conditioner may also be bad, much colder than the hallway. The front desk will let people repair it. (Fake decoration) If it is not repaired, it will help you to change. The attitude is good, but I suspect that they already know which rooms have bad air conditioning. The cleaning staff speaks Spanish, not English at all, and requires software translation.
In short, you don't need to live here if you don't want to watch the game nearby.

|2.04km from city centerPros - location near train station , easy location to use local bus
Cons - Breakfast was using voucher worth USD20 per room which could be used at Starbucks at lobby or at the cafe but I believe a cash top up is needed if you are having their buffet which is a very limited choice .
Also no amenities kit (toothbrush, shower cap given) - have to request. Same for bedroom slippers . No bottled water in room.

We live 5 hrs aways from the boston city
Every time when we spend some time in the city we always book intercontinental hotel cause this hotel service, cleanness everything was so perfect. It worth, we loved it But lately we are very disappointed of services.last night we stayed was worst experience ever had at intercontinental hotel
We stayed a night

|3.24km from city centerThe location is quite good. It's right on the Boston University campus. It's very easy to get around in all aspects. There are also many kinds of food in the surrounding area, which is very convenient. It's just that the hotel is a bit old. The price is relatively high probably because of the good location and convenient travel. The subway is right at the door, and the hotel staff are also very friendly.

|3.75km from city centerI was pleasantly surprised to participate in the hula and lei weaving classes organized by the hotel. They also have ukulele classes. It's a pity that we didn't sign up.
The hotel's swimming pool and hot tub are very comfortable.
The complimentary chocolates and facial masks made our family very happy.
The hotel is only a 3-minute walk from the Polynesian Cultural Center.
Next door to the hotel is the bus station. Unfortunately, we had too much luggage and the driver wouldn't let us on.
The only drawback is that it is very difficult to get a taxi or ride-hailing service nearby.
We persisted in booking an Uber, and it took about an hour before we got one. It’s about $65 from the hotel to Waikiki Beach.
However, this is still a very beautiful hotel. One ticket for the cultural center next door is good for three days. So it will be more reasonable to book two nights in the future.
This way you can walk back to the hotel to rest after the show in the evening. You can go again the next day.
By the way, hotel parking requires another $20.
Everything else is fine. recommend! Come again in the future!
