Blue Vista Residence with Balcony Horizon View - Central City Location Double Beds 60m2
Nice City Center Nice | 0.06km from city center
The location is close to the train station ( Nice Ville about 10~12 minutes walk), and the tram is also 5~7 minutes. The housekeeper aunt was very enthusiastic and took the initiative to explain how to buy tickets and take the bus, and sent a bus card to let us go to value-added (too convenient for us, because the 3-day pass card bought later, the card fee was confiscated, But can't value the owner. The last gift from the aunt was taken away because she went to the airport more times. Thank you aunt)
The house is an old house, and the decoration is also the old decoration of the original owner. But there is floor heating, there is a balcony, and the scenery is beautiful.
Blue and white cards cannot add value. Red can add value.
Many people travel together, you can consider buying a red, convenient value-added card.
(The card has 2/4/6/10 times, and many people can share < to check with the train station staff in person)
Remember that the card is only applicable to buses, trams, not trains.

Blue Azur Residence with Balcony and Cityscape View - Central Location with Double Beds
Nice City Center Nice | 0.16km from city center
I had a fantastic stay at this hotel! The rooms were spacious, very clean, and well-equipped with all the amenities I needed. The bed linens were also clean, and the whole place felt fresh. The large balcony offered a great view of the street.Even though I arrived at 2 a.m., I had no issues at all; the area felt safe. The staff were friendly and always ready to help.
The location couldn’t be better—: D it’s right in the city center, just a few steps away from everything. All the major attractions and the bustling shopping street are nearby and easily accessible, making it incredibly convenient to explore the city. The hotel is also within walking distance of the train station and tramway stations, enhancing transportation options.
It’s definitely one of the most chill spots in Nice, surrounded by plenty of restaurants and shops. The kitchen was well-equipped for cooking, making it easy to prepare meals during my stay.
Due to my tight schedule, I wish I could have stayed longer next time. This place truly meets all my expectations. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the area—it was absolutely fantastic.

Very close to the Main Street for trams, shops, bars & restaurants. Modern and clean. Great breakfast! The room was small but everything you needed. We did have a balcony to sit on. The staff were very helpful. We didn’t have a car no not sure about parking. Could be a bit noisy if the windows were open but we had air con so slept well! Tea/coffee, mini bar etc., everything needed. Would stay again.

Hôtel Byakko Nice

My wife and I stayed for one week at Hotel Byakko. It is conveniently placed for public transport and in good walking distance of the shops and Old Town. The staff are all very friendly, polite and efficient and the amenities and breakfast good. Our bed was extremely comfortable and the shower good too. If anything, the hotel undersells itself, by not mentioning some of its amenities, including free afternoon tea, a safe in the room, shower soap etc in the bathroom and so on. We would highly recommend Hotel Byakko and would certainly stay there again if we are back in NIce. Thank you to all the hotel's staff for an enjoyable stay.

Slo Nice

Spent 6 nights in a female dorm at Slo Hostel while visiting the French Rivera and overall, I had a great stay. Hostel looks very new and is clean and modern but in a historic building with lots of charm. Bed and Wifi are very comfortable. The pod beds are awkward to make and the drawers underneath are a bit awkward but honestly the attention given to designing those beds is commendable. The little mirrored chest in the beds for makeup and storage was a great idea. Never seen that before! Location is perfect for the train station, but it's about 10 minutes to Old Town with the nearby tram. If you're doing lots of day trips, it's a great spot, but to access some buses and the water, it's a bit far. That said, I didn't have an issue with it. Hostel does NOT have a kitchen, but there is a small fridge for guests. Hostel also does NOT organize any activities or events, which personally I was fine with. Breakfast is about 10 Euro and looked pretty good and well stocked. I didn't get it but saw it daily when I had my own breakfast. Dorm room also had good AC, which was so nice to have in late June in Nice. A few things to note: - Elevator is functioning but makes a VERY loud weird noise as it approaches the third floor. - The shared bathrooms and showers are fine, but some doors stick or don't lock well. And the ventilation in there is weird because it can definitely linger smells. - Hostel has NO guest laundry but there is a laundromat nearby. - The female dorm has huge windows that overlooks residential buildings. There are NO curtains in that room, which made me uncomfortable at times. They should really add that because changing in the bed isn't easy. - There can be some loud street noise in the evenings, but it's not too disruptive, just be aware. - Dorm room doors automatically slam, which shakes the walls and beds. I get why they do it (for fire protection) but it is really disruptive given how hard it slams. Staff is very helpful and willing to answer questions, just double check some of answers because I did get misdirected a few times. Overall, I had a great experience at the hostel and would definitely recommend it plus stay again.

Maison Lamartine - Nice
Nice City Center Nice | 0.33km from city center
29 September - 7 October, 9 nights We had the most lovely, relaxed, well-cared-for stay at this hotel. The location is close to Le Gare Nice-Ville, so it’s very easy to take the train to Villefranche-sur-Mer, Monaco, and any other locations along the Côte d’Azur. Parking is at the shopping centre just a couple of blocks away where you can also find a variety of shops, groceries, patisseries, and Nicholas - the local wine merchant. In front of the shopping centre are the trams that go to Old Town and the Promenade. The neighbourhood has a variety of restaurants as well as the Monoprix where you can easily pick up some tasty antipasto, salads and seafood to bring back to the apartment. We enjoyed a very generous breakfast on the terrace downstairs that was provided and cooked by Emma and Corina. The muesli was delicious with yoghurt and strawberries. The basket of baguette, croissant, pain-au-chocolate was so nice. Scrambled eggs were so creamy, moist and delicious! Emmas adds some Herbs de Provence, Corina adds basil. Both were so good! The Lamartine apartment - I picked this one because I loved the colours in the living room (that velvet couch, gorgeous floral pillows!) , the kingsize bed (very comfortable! I can suffer back aches, but never had one here) and the little terrace we could sit on to have a drink at night after our day of touring Nice and various cities on the beautiful coast. The warm hospitality, efficient service and generous spirits that we experienced made us feel very much at home. Thanks to Julien, Emma and Corina for making our stay so memorable.

The pillows!! We are currently online trying to find those pillows. The hotel room was small, but nice and clean. No kettle but the water (sparkling and still) were free downstairs as well as the use of a coffee machine. We didn't try the breakfast so cannot comment about that but the Hotel is in the middle of the centre so everything was nearby. The tram stops 1/2 minutes away from the hotel so that was a bonus as well. Being in the centre, I expected noise but it was nice and quiet. And the staff were amazing from beginning to end Overall, a great experience, And those pillows!!!

Hôtel Petit Palais
Nice City Center Nice | 0.42km from city center
I don’t usually write reviews but I feel compelled to this time. I knew Hotel Petit Palais would be a good stay when Kevin at the front desk kept in touch with me via Booking.com messaging about my room, dinner reservations etc. before we left New York. When we arrived at the hotel, he and Philip, the manager, rushed outside to welcome us like old friends. They took care of so many details we hadn’t even thought of to make our trip effortless and frankly, made us feel like valued guests. Lots of thanks to them. They are impressive. Aside from that the rooms are newly renovated and very nicely appointed. We had two rooms during our three night stay and one was quite a good size and the other on the small side but still comfortable. The bigger room at a very modern bathroom. The smaller one had a more traditional bathroom but it was fine. The hotel is quiet. The pool is tiny but very pretty and relaxing. Breakfast was delicious—a great assortment of fresh croissants, eggs, fruits, meats, yogurts etc. A percent way to start the day sitting in the pretty garden. The lady who runs the breakfast was also very charming and professional. The hotel is up a big hill and while that may be a dealbreaker for some, it also allows you to see a beautiful, wealthy neighborhood you would likely otherwise miss. It’s also a great respite from the chao of Nice’s old town along the ocean and the throngs of tourists and the views are beautiful. I would definitely stay here again. So grateful to the management. I’ve traveled quite a bit and I think this hotel is a rare find.

Mercure Nice Centre Notre Dame
Train Station Area Nice | 0.43km from city center
The bathroom partition in the room is very poor, the shower bathroom is full of water, the four-star hotel only provides paper cups, it is easy to rot the store, and it will not help to change the initiative overnight, the bathroom hair dryer is very old and faulty. The water output of the shower head is very small. The quality of the bed is medium. The breakfast quality is medium, probably only Samsung. I had to iron my shirt in the morning because I had to attend an important occasion, that is, I chose this hotel because I saw that the hotel had this service. When I arrived at the ironing room, none of the two irons could be used. At that time, it was about 8:00. I responded to the hotel about this matter and said that I needed to go out to attend important occasions at 10:00. They said they would deal with it and notify me. At about 8:40, I will ask again. The counter told me that the repair staff would not come until 9:00, and said they would call me again. When I waited until 9:30, there was no audio. I called the counter again. They said that they would reply to my situation in 2 minutes. The result was not returned. I called back again. This time it was more exaggerated and I didn't answer my phone at all. It didn't answer until 9:45. I rushed downstairs to prepare my shirt, and it was fine, and when it went down, an iron with a large rusty print was printed directly on my white shirt, and ruined my whole shirt, for there was no time, and I could only go to the hotel counter and tell them to tell me before I came back What they were going to do about it, and after I came back in the evening, there was no audio, as if there was nothing at all. I just took my shirt and asked them to deal with it. If it was something I would not claim. The next morning, when I went to get the shirt, they washed the shirt, but the obvious print was still on it, the counter told me that it was 15 euros to wash one, not my money. When I heard it, I was really mad. Did you figure out the situation? Is it their hotel iron that broke my shirt, making me look like a Okee who asked someone to do my laundry for free? The counter also told me that they had changed the iron in the last two weeks. Although they could not be verified, it was really outrageous. I came to see that iron later, and it was not like it had only been used for two weeks. Finally, after the counter manager came out, I was willing to compensate my shirt for 40 euros. Because the shirt itself had been depreciated, I didn't pursue it again, otherwise it was not only this value. The overall service feels very poor, the equipment is also very backward, and I will never stay again.

The location is very good. It is only 5 minutes away from the Caspian Sea. You can watch the sunrise and sunset. There are also some restaurants and cafes around. The single room is much larger than the room. The toilet is much brighter and more refined. It meets the needs of single living. The staff is available 24 hours a day. , But the wifi is not very good. Generally recommended
Please do not hesitate in booking this hotel, I promise you will not be disappointed! From the moment you check in, you are looked after and provided with wonderful information about Nice and the surrounding towns and beaches. No question or request is too much trouble. The property itself is super cute and boutique, and honestly deserves more than 3 stars. The rooms are spacious, clean and modern. Location wise, it couldn’t be better, a short stroll to the gorgeous blue waters of Nice. Fabio and Barbara are wonderful hosts and we truly hope to come back some day!

The hotel is located in a center of Nice close to Nice Ville train station. Walking to Nice tourist attractions is easy and simple from hotel. Taking trains to nearby villages is also very convenient.
Next to the Galeries Lafayette in Nice, it is very convenient to walk to the train station and the Carrefour express. It is also very close to the old town and the seaside. No. 1 tram is just outside the door.
The room area is much larger than expected, and the TV can also watch various dramas, which is very cost-effective
The hotel is good for its position and the rooms are pretty comfortable. Two bedrooms and a living room with equipment for kitchen are good if you stay with family and children.
Two details I didn’t like.
1. Our sink in a bathroom was tapped and water didn’t go down. I called to reception to fix it, they answered that they don’t have anyone to come and fix it. The lady told me she will call me back to help me somehow but she never did it. We had 3 children and 3 adults and it was almost impossible to use a sink which is not nice at all.
2. The receptionist couldn’t give me an invoice for a company and avoid any responsibility of it. It’s not professional and nice as well.

Excellent stay at the Sheraton Nice Airport, in France Côte d'Azur, for a short relaxing holiday under the sun. This hotel is very modern, built in glass and overlooking the airport with its runways. Location is good because you can take the bus or the tramway to every spot of the city of Nice, or catch the train from St. Augustin railway station, just 5 min walking, to other villages of the Côte. Check in experience was very smooth and professional, they upgraded my room to the Club Level as per Marriott Bonvoy Titanium membership, along with breakfast and Lounge access. The room itself was very nice and large, with big windows facing the tram route but very very quiet, no noise during the night. There were a huge TV and a comfortable double bed, kettle and coffee machine. Very good restautant for breakfast and a la carte dinner, not a huge selection but tasty dishes and very nice personnell, trés sympa! On the top floor there is a beautiful terrace (with swimming pool during the season) overlooking the airport and the sea behind it, where you can suntan. On the other hand, Club Lounge service and offerings could be improved to be up to Marriott standards in Europe. A big plause to the young and professional staff!
A fantastic hotel with many great activities. The hotel has a fantastic location nearby the airport l'm not very far from the City Center, Radisson Blu Nice has its own pool and beach satisfy all your needs whether you like a calm family, friendly beach, or a pool with a fresh drinks and the restaurant.
We stayed here in July. Booked two rooms - a superior room facing the promenade and a regular room with a city view. The sea facing room had a fantastic view but very tiny. The regular room was on the 5th floor. Had views of the mountains/hills and was massive. I was so worried prior to checking in given the bad reviews here. I noticed though that for some reason most Nice hotels have bad reviews! I had nothing to worry about at all. We arrived before 2PM and had our room right away. No issues with rude staff whatsoever. And no noise issues with the sea-facing room either. The only issue is it's a bit of a walk to the Old Town and the train station (uphill and doing this twice a day is quite tiring). But seriously I was in Nice for a week and I don't think I'll trade his hotel for any other hotel. Nice, further up closer to the train station, wasn't quite as ”charming and lovely” as having views of the promenade.

I stayed here for a week recently and it was perfect to base myself for seeing Nice and the surrounding towns, extremely convenient for transit. I stayed on the fourth floor in a spotlessly clean room. There were great free coffee/tea facilities: a pod machine and kettle in the room, plus a self-service machine downstairs that did really nice drinks including lattes and hot chocolate. I want to mention also that the staff were absolutely lovely throughout my stay and one woman even offered to assist me with my French as I mentioned I was trying to improve it.
