|10.82km from city centerThis is a bit of a special place. The hotel is right at its own private beach. It‘s very isolated from everything else which can be nice if you don‘t want to leave the hotel at all. We wanted to go to the town some evenings and that is a bit of a challenge. You first have to take a golf car (which only runs until 10pm) and then change into a tricycle. The tricycles won‘t go directly to the hotel because the last bit of the road is too steep and winded. The other option is to walk along the beach for 20 minutes instead of using the golf car for the last bit, which we did a couple of times. It‘s not too dangerous but there are stray dogs.
The food in the hotel restaurant was Italian and just ok, nothing amazing. The service was not great. Two women seem to know how to run a hotel but the rest of the staff were rather useless. They often seemed annoyed, even when we were just ordering food. We once asked about the zipline that is literally next door and they didn‘t know anything about it (price, time, how to get there). They organised a tour for us, which was great, but messed up the booking somehow so the tour guide thought we were only two people instead of four, which resulted in less food for lunch. And then they even charged us more for the tour.
Our room was fine. Clean and no bugs. Yes, you can hear everything but we didn‘t mind that. The room was only made up on request though.
The whole area is beautiful but there were a few things that annoyed us. So I wouldn‘t come back.

Not expecting a great comfort and cleanness but against nothing to reiterate on the location, it is on the beach it is very pleasant to wake up and to be able to go to bath by walking there. The location is very good, quiet and beautiful, I've preferred El nido center which is very noisy. I work in Manila, I would return on a weekend because he is doing the business for the price and, frankly, you don't stay in his room with a similar frame 😉. I can recommend the elnidon dean travel and tours agency that is on the parking of scooters, Danica organized a private tour for the D tour for my mother's anniversary 👌

The lobby and sitting areas are tastefully done with local crafts displayed. The koi pond is a soothing addition to the peaceful surroundings, although the busy street noise nearby does make itself known. The service and staff are top-notch. Smiles and responsiveness galore. You may be able to find a more modern hotel with more lavish amenities, but Bulskamp is a delight, and I highly recommend it for its service and pleasant vibe.

The hosts are friendly (we booked excursions and transfer to the airport through them).
The curtains are excellent - they do not let in light in the morning.
The neighbors (and the hosts) are not noisy - it is quiet in the evening, in the mornings they do not start walking loudly after 8.
The air conditioner is noisy (but it is possible to sleep) and blows directly on the bed.

The location is ten minutes by tuk-tuk to town so isn’t the best but in return you do get to chill right on the beach.
The food and drinks at the bar are amazing but they are a little more expensive than downtown el nido.
The beds and the bathroom facilities are clean and well looked after with plenty of bum guns to sort you out after eating a bad meal in town.
The entrance and exit could do with improving especially at night as you have to get in from the beach which isn’t ideal at night when there is a high tide and/ or loads of rabid dogs barking and running toward you.

Please note that transportation must be booked up to three days in advance, and activities must be booked up to the day before.
It seems that the marine plants and animals on the beach in front of the hotel are being carefully protected and nurtured, and there are signs of regeneration. Even now, there are various plants and animals in that narrow cove, which can be seen from the pier, and is a great place to snorkel or dive. It is very fun.
The air conditioning is so comfortable that you almost forget you're in the Philippines. There is also hot water in the bathroom.
Above all, the staff are very hardworking and I would like to hear about what kind of employee training they do.
The activities are also very interesting.
Meals change daily. I think it's delicious for the Philippines. (In general, the food is better in Thai-Vietnamese food. I have the ingredients, so why not?) I wanted to get back the frying pan and make the omelet myself. If I give you the recipe for dessert, will you make it for me? )g
The only thing is that the drainage system is weak, and there is an ammonia smell in the shower room. This is a common problem throughout the Philippines, and may be a fundamental problem with the piping system or construction technology.

|8.42km from city centerCentre, convenient for boat tours, pure , there is toothpaste , gel and shampoo, drinking water in the canisters, tea, coffee on the table in the yard in free access, breakfast 100 peso , not very, in general normal for one night, not much didn't like what agreed with The host that will give a bike for rent after the expulsion for two days if we buy a boat tour , the tour bought , and the bike didn't give ))) was not very pleasant ! Spectacular view of El Nido terrain at the rooftop restaurant/pool. ”Comfortable Chic” is how I would describe it. Right next door to Friendz, if you can t stand your teenagers to close. They can have their own little vacation from you even if you're together. I just wished the wi-fi was a bit stronger, but hey - I came to El Nido to get my face off the phone. The staff was really accommodating in all aspects of our trips - from shuttle services to bike rentals to restaurant suggestions. They also had the Ferry service office at the mezzanine, so our ferry ride to Coron was ticketed on the spot. I would stay in this hotel again, fo sure.

The food was the best we have had in El Nido. We had dinner at their restaurant by the beach and the food was faultless, with impeccable service. In the morning we had their special Mahogany Wrap (I can’t recall the name) and it was delicious. We didn’t want to leave. Would definitely come back next time we visit El Nido. The staff also helped me surprise my boyfriend for his birthday. Such a great stay, 5 stars doesn’t do it justice!

The hotel consists of glamping (tents), a 3-story building with standard rooms, small villas and larger two-story villas. I was surprised that during cleaning they did not replenish the minibar, tea, coffee, and water. The cost of the villa is approximately $350/day. The beach is beautiful and if you go left from the hotel you can be completely alone.

|8.33km from city centerI really enjoyed staying at Coco Garden! But you must understand that these are bamboo houses, essentially huts, inside of which there is a bed under a mosquito net. The houses are basically in the jungle, so geckos, ants, etc. can run in. But behind the mosquito net you won’t be afraid of them!
But unity with nature is 100%!
The house has a shower and toilet. Fan.
Every morning a simple and delicious breakfast. WiFi worked flawlessly. And the employee Lamy was so friendly that she smoothed out all the shortcomings!
It is best to immediately rent a scooter, because the nearest beach and the town of El Nido are a bit far away on foot. The stay turned out to be very authentic! I'm happy!

Room: I used it for three people, but it was big enough. It was really nice to have breakfast on the outside terrace.
Meals: The restaurant at the hotel was really good and we used it for everything except breakfast.
