We celebrate our anniversary on 17th Dec.2021 with infant. Here’s review from our stay:- 1. Staff is very cooperative and well mannered. 2. The rooms are small but prefect for small families with 1kid or a couple. Extra adult will make room look smaller but if you are in group & just want to have fun then go for it.. pool is small too 3. All rooms are pool & lake view. 4. Stay during monsoon & winters will make it more memorable as lake view will be good. 5. Breakfast options are limited with only veg options however when asked for egg omelette they made it for us. 6. Resort is very close to MTDC boat club which should not be missed while in Nashik & relish on authentic Chulivarchi Misal at Sadhana restaurant.. 7. Approach roads towards resort is good & easily accessible. 8. In adventure activities we did Go karting & Zipline (cost rs.300/- per person per activity) 9. Rooms were cleaned daily. 10. Restaurant food is on à la carte can be served in room. We tried indian food & Chinese starters which taste good. 11. Restaurant & room service is from 10am to 10pm. 12. Hotel has 3 sets of in-house restaurants, Food is good. Lot of walk-in customers just visit to dine-in at these 3 restaurants. Staff seemed less, pre-occupied and not forthcoming. No staff to help guests with their luggage either during check-in or check-out. No travel desk. Religious places like Ramkund, Tapovan are within 1-3 kms of the hotel.

I am Sherin from Kerala, I had booked two rooms through Nasik Travel Agents for 11.03.2022 and 12.03.2022(room no 207 and 204). When we checked in we had informed that on 12.03.2022 we would check out early and we needed our breakfast to be packed by 6.00am. But during checkout the front office guy doesn’t know about it, and he has an argument with us for a long time leading to a loss of time for us and there was no effect about it. Then he called his waste manager and that guy doesn’t know anything about it. So finally we decided to ask the bill amount without breakfast, they didn’t agree for that too. So we had to pay the full amount and leave from there. So my opinion is that no one take this hotel as the staffs are not friendly and they treat us in a bad manner. And we hope the management take favourable action against the pathetic behaviour of the reception staff and the waste manager Regards Sherin

We stayed at Three Leaves Hotel for the first time as it was the only hotel that looked clean. Previously, we used to stay at Gajanan, which is not comparable but does not offer online bookings. After searching for hotels, we found that Three Leaves was the only one with clean and somewhat better rooms. We were offered a suite as their regular rooms were unavailable due to a large crowd. The prices are significantly higher compared to similar hotels in nearby Nashik or Shirdi. However, since they have a monopoly in this area, we had no other choice. Now, coming to the services, this is the worst part. They provide Biotique toiletries but only shampoo and moisturizer. When we asked about body wash, the staff didn't know about it. The Wi-Fi was not working for two days, and it didn't seem like it would work on the third day either. The swimming pool was not clean, and the filtration system wasn't working. The pool had a big beautiful slide, but it was also out of order. The hand shower in the washroom was leaking from the side. They have taken great care in maintaining the outer areas, but they don't seem to focus on their room and service quality. We had to leave early at 6 am for pooja, but no one was available at the reception. They don't clean the rooms on their own, so we called them while we were outside to get our room cleaned in our absence. Their reply was that they didn't have a spare keycard and we needed to submit the key before leaving. This meant we had to wait until 7 am when their staff arrived, causing us to miss the pooja. We even handed over the key to the reception while having lunch at their restaurant, but no one came to clean the room. We returned with our key and found the room untouched. The only thing that was worth the price was their restaurant. The food was extremely delicious compared to similar restaurants nearby. It was a bit pricey but reasonable considering the quality and taste.

Its a huge property and the location is superb..We had booked Premium Pool View Room for 2 nights.. The room was much larger than seen in the pics..It was very clean and neat..It has a lovely balcony and gives us a view of both Pool and Lake..We enjoyed being in the Infinity pool surrounded by the mountains and the view of the lake.. Mr.Aniket Joshi , the Assistant ***ager , was very kind and helpful .He made sure that we had a very comfortable stay..He even arranged for a cake since it was my birthday and got our room decorated.. Thanks to Mr.Aniket once again for his humble hospitality that made our stay even more memorable. The staff was very kind and polite. The property is a very luxurious one. The breakfast was very lavish. We tried variety of food for lunch and dinner like Chinese , North Indian, continental , pizza past etc and every item we tried was very good and tasty. They have bicycles on rent. And indoor games like carrom, table tennis , air hockey etc One can easily go to the lake nearby either by cycling or in car.. its a beautiful view.. I would highly recommend this property to everyone. Our stay here was very memorable one.. Would definitely love to visit this place again ..

A not so great experience. Excellent checkin but bedsheets and pillow covers were not changed. Used sheets were not changed and it took some time for the staff to change them. Towels had lost their original white colour and need to be replaced. No mats provided outside the bathroom door as a result a lot of wet patches in the room. Food in the restaurant was good and the serving staff were good. But there were a lot of flies hovering around the tables and food. One hand was utilized in shooing the flies away. Given the cost of the room expected better things. Plus point more than adequate parking space, located ideally on the highway easily accessible.

I am indeed impressed with the hospitality experienced it right from the check in until now. I truly appreciate Mukund, senior manager and Devansh from the front desk who went an extra step and took really good care during my stay here that I am thankful for. Restaurant manager Chandra Panda was very courteous during our breakfast visits and was very welcoming to ensure pleasant breakfast experience. The house keeping staff is very humble and ensured a proper cleaned and hygienic with timely checks rooms. Ssk has a banquet hall ***** with spa, a cafe that's open till 4am to ensure your night cravings are answered well. The rooms are pretty spacious and clean too. They have a valet parking too which is not so common in Nashik as yet. As I travel to Nashik quite often for its food and weather, I would want to stay here soon again. Cheers!

Location - 3. 5/5 ( because it's on the main road, at night there is too much horn sound disturbing the sleep) amenities - 4/5 parking within the premises is good didn't try the restaurant in the hotel so not sure how it is rooms are well equipped hot water was not available at night

My husband and i stopped here for the night on our way back to mumbai. The place is in the middle of a lot of greenery. The rooms were clean and nice. The food was good. Staff was also good. Overall a good experience and different from the same old highway side hotels.

I was first speculative about the hotel because of less reviews available But i still decided to go for this place and it was really worth it. The staff was very good and hospitable. And the place is well managed. You can also easily get autos and taxis from the location.
